Ordered a meal deal tonight for dinner. For 19.99 we got a large pizza with 1 topping, garlic knots. 10 wings and a 2 liter soda! Great deal!! Pizza is thin crust and actually really good! Got the $19.99 family deal with two 16" cheese pizzas. Let me just say, THIS PIZZA IS AMAZING. With a small family owned shop, you know what you're getting yourself into--ORDER THE BASICS! It'll be fresh and worth every penny. They only have 1 delivery driver so of course it's going to take forever but we dined in and it was perfect. Really good pizza so I've ordered a few times, but service is terrible. The apps seem to be extremely low quality for the most part as well. Service is trash. It takes them over two hours to deliver a pizza 2 miles away. Tonight was last draw. I would like to point out that the majority of CP's reviews here on yelp are nearly 2 years old. That said, I ordered my first pizza (of many) from them today, and was not disappointed. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. I've got nothing but nice things to say about the state of the dining area, and from what I could see- the kitchen was clean and organized. I got a regular pepperoni pizza, and it was great! Not worth your effort. Ordered a pizza through the orderup app and it was taking over an hour, so i tried calling the restaurant. No one answered. I checked the hours again and they are supposed to be open so i called again. Still no answer. Called a few more times because i was pretty annoyed at this point, never answered, never got an answer and there is no machine to even leave a message. Pizza was pretty good, my only complaint is that they don't take my preferred payment (American Express) so for that reason, I will probably stick with Planet Pizza or the other major chains. I never quite understand why a few retailers won't take Amex, We have 7 kids and order pizza twice a month, our average order is $40-60, so average that out and we spend approximately $1200 a year on pizza delivery, that surely would've covered any processing fees. I am staying oceanfront in a hotel so we have no plates or napkins - I go to order the pizza and I make sure to repeat it twice - they show up with the wrong pizza all I ordered was the common pepperoni right?! I used to love this restaurant until the recent change in management. I work five minutes away from CP by foot and I have patronized this business individually and professionally for five years. As of late, they do not answer the phone and they are not open during posted hours. I called today for delivery. I asked for something that is under the $10 minimum because I accidentally left my wallet at home today and I am not able to leave the building at this time. They would not deliver. I have often ordered from this store five days a week and they know it. My job orders from them quite frequently as well. They even know where our individual offices are located. They still refused a one minute drive. Customer service should matter to all businesses and especially ones that know their customers. As a person who makes note of excellent customer service, not just bad, I am hungry and very disappointed with CP. Ordered a delivery pizza of bbq chicken NO ONIONS. I have been ordering this pizza for 20 years and have always requested no onions. The pizza comes, it is covered in onions. I tried picking them off but then thought for $15 I really should receive what I ordered. I called to let them know and got an attitude from the worker who claimed I didn't ask for no onions. Multiple people in the house confirmed I asked for no onions. After some back and forth, they agreed to bring back a pizza. They did and then REQUESTED THE OLD PIZZA BACK! Are they kidding?
