I love Napolis. So we are regulars here because it's my kids favorite. I got a half cheese half pepperoni today and only ordered one pie because one of children is sick. I started talking to the owner and I ended up telling him what my son was going through dealing with the flu, and Y'all, he took the time to pray over my sick child. I usually drive by and one time i drove by and went to park and tried to it said open, but locked door it was around 1030am lol this time which is my first time trying them its same time it said open sign and this time i walked in and they don't open till 11am, but they were very accommodating I waited for my order for 30 minute after I ordered. I left at 11am. I walked in and said hello and ordered spaghetti and meat sauce. I think the pasta dont seem to have that much sauce flavor the meat is good. The garlic knots i ordered were small, but that was ok I like them but too oily. I think next time when i am around there I will get their pizza. I was just craving spaghetti today. It was very clean and very few booths while i sat in the booth it was very comfortable while waiting. After a long drive today, we didn't feel like cooking. I was craving pizza earlier, so that's what we chose. I normally always want the margherita pizza, but today I wanted pepperoni. I added garlic too because I was feeling fancy. It was yummy and definitely hit the spot. A little greasy, but I did get extra pepperoni so it's to be expected. It was still amazing though. Grease and all. Hubby got the spinach florentine with sausage today. He loved it. We love napolis. I, (69yr old M) just went in to Napoli's on VB Blvd craving a meatball sub. I explained to the young lady that I am a throat cancer survivor and the radiation has damaged my mouth and throat, plus taken all but 3 of my teeth and it is hit or miss if I can eat meat. I asked if I could get a sample of just 1 meatball to see if I would be able to swallow it, and if not, I would still get an eggplant parm sub. So, they were going to get a sale either way. The manager was on the phone with another customer, but still took the time to ask the young lady what I wanted. He refused "we don't give no samples here!" I tried to explain my circumstances and he said "it doesn't matter, no samples". So I left and they got no sale instead of an $8.99 eggplant parm sub order. Do not recommend. read more

Pretty average pizza. I wanna give it a 4, but its not quite there in my opinion. I wish it was more golden brown instead of just golden on the crust. The crust itself is alright. It's a thin center and a good puff up of crust. The cheese on top is flavorful, not stringy, but also a bit greasy. I got a cannoli as well, and to me the filling felt a bit too thick, and a bit weird in texture. I don't know if it's because I haven't had a cannoli in forever, or what, but that's just my experience. The shell was crunchy and the flavor was decent, like any other cannoli really, no additions to it. I'm gonna try more pizza places in the area, but I'm definitely coming back to try the tiramisu. read more

They might do great pizza, but I had spaghetti and meatballs and was very disappointed. Noodles were over cooked, texture of meatball (1) was off. Marinara sauce was too acidic. I live close and will probably try pizza before I write it off. read more

Drip, drip, drip- that's the sound of the pizza dripping on to the plate as I enjoy my slice. There were definitely napkins involved! I got Napoli's Pizza, which was probably the cause of the extra drip action. It has pepperoni, sausage, beef, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, and extra cheese. Putting that many toppings on any pizza will bring extra oils & juices. The garlic is really what took this pizza to the next level for me- loved it. The extra cheese really helped this pizza excel when it was time to reheat the leftovers. I wish it was delivered with some crushed red pepper. I know this isn't standard for pizza places to include these days, but it really would have been a great addition to this particular pie. Overall, pretty solid stuff. I got delivery through Postmates which was convenient. I'll definitely keep it in the delivery rotation for pizza night! read more

Great local pizza spot! It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it's quick, tastes good and service is friendly. We have pick up and delivery and either way the wait time is never over an hour. My husband loves the spinach calzone and our kids love the pepperoni. We have never eaten inside but at pickup it's not huge, probably 4 booths total but it's clean. I'm glad we can rely on a local business of pizza delivery in Little Neck! read more

This is a pretty average pizza spot. Owner is nice, pizza is cheap, and the food is hot and ready once you arrive. The garlic knots are pretty small but they were tasty and topped with lots of garlic and seasoning. Pizza was a little too greasy for my liking but good nonetheless. Have only had pepperoni slices from this place but they were really good. Better than a lot of other places that sell slices in the area. Pizza tasted like it was made the same day unlike other places that really seem to always serve old reheated slices. Best part about this place was the employee, he was really friendly and positive telling my 7 year old they can be anything they want in life. Customer service was nice. Greasy as read in reviews. It didn't bother me because your hands are gonna get a little messy regardless. It's pizza. The crust was hard. Even when I used the knife to cut it, it was hard to cut. I had to ask my husband to cut it lol. Also, the cheese kept falling off and it was not your stretchy cheese as many people expect. That was a downside for me in specific. The cheese is the best part in my opinion. I would give it a 3.5 but I rounded up to a 4 since the prices were cheap. 2 slices with a drink for $6.99. We love the pizza here, and definitely like supporting a local business. But the last 2 times we have come here (to pick up pizzas), the staff is not wearing a mask, which is really off-putting. Even when you are doing your transaction to pay, the staff was wearing no mask and we were within 2 feet of the lady running the cash register (we were masked). This has become a favorite when I'm working the evening shift. I find they can be a little slow so if you don't plan to dine in definitely call ahead so the food is waiting when you arrive. I am leaving the area soon so I wanted to get back to Napoli's one more time for some pizza. This time I ordered a Napoli deluxe (small) to check out how their freshly made pizza is. I find that's typically superior to ready made slices. I was right. The already-made slices I got last time were stellar but this pizza was even better. I've had to bump up the stars again. I have found more fantastic pizza places in this area than I have in years in Columbus. Oh and I had a great conversation with Russell, the owner, about his shop and how he came to own it. He's a great guy and a great conversationalist when the place isn't busy. Please check this place out if you haven't already. No one in the area of Virginia Beach should be eating chain pizzas when fantastic pizza like this is available!! This has been my favorite pizza place for the last decade! I moved away several years ago and always come in for pizza when I'm visiting. Cheese pizza is is fantastic and you can't find a better New York Stromboli! Im not a fan of salads but I eat their Greek salad every time and love it. Service here is wonderful- Irina makes the magic happen in the kitchen and Russel, the owner, always stops over and shares a kind word. Great food, great prices, and great people! Not a fan of the pizza. I am from NY and have not found a decent NY pizza in this area after 20 years. I will say though, the antipasto salad is awesome. It only comes with provolone and salami but the giardiniera and pepperoncinis are SO good. I have ordered this salad about half a dozen times in the last two weeks. The pizza was pretty good. I had the margherita pizza and my husband had a pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza. He said his was really good. Mine was good too. The only complaint that I have is that the mozzarella cheese wasn't melted enough on my margherita. I had to microwave mine to melt which is why I only gave them four stars. I will order from them again, just maybe another kind of pizza. read more

This place is so bad . I got chicken parmasean , the chicken was black in a couple corners you couldnt even cut through , and the sauce literally taste like less then ketchup. The pizza is good (for imitation NY Style Pizza), but the customer service isn't. I stumbled across this place and decided to place a carry out order to see if this place was any good. The guy who answered the phone was kinda rude. I came to pick up my order and there was no greeting from any of the employees. They just seemed cold.
