Only wanted a little more. Are they getting restrictive with what you get now? Has never happened to me before. Ordered the Dillon James Pizza and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I grew up in New York City and this is a far cry from a gargantuan NYC slice. I love this place so much and especially when in the mood for pizza - my only real issue with this place and the others is they sometimes don't want to give you a regular amount of an ingredient type. For instance, tiny handful of chicken for the pizza is not what I would like. So I always have to ask for more. I don't want to waste it, but go with a half cup of everything at the start! Don't be so shy. Load it up! Cooks fast...about 4 minutes; if they're dead like they were when I went on a Friday at about 1:20 pm. An 11 inch made to order pizza runs about 8 bucks and they have basic Coke soda fountain drinks on tap. Yeah they have salads and crap like that, but this is a pizza joint. Get a pizza you commie. Tons of seating and they gots them free WiFi, but you'll have to ask for the password as it's not posted...which perturbs me...and the staff...who was literally BLASTING gangsta rap and shouting across the expansive establishment to one another the entire time I was there, well, I wasn't impressed. We've been frequenting this MOD since it opened a few years ago. Never had an issue. We haven't been in a while and went today for lunch. Parking lot was empty, which I thought it was odd. Inside one customer. I waited in line and an employee approached to serve me. She appeared to be impaired in some way, she was unsteady on her feet, moving very slowly with exaggerated movements, kept closing her eyes, had trouble separating the slices of pepperoni. It took a while to get 2 pizzas sorted out, I kept having to repeat the ingredients. After I paid, I got my drink cups and got a chance to really look around the place. Trash on the floor, tables were not wiped, soda machine looked disgusting, tea and lemonade containers were so gross looking, I didn't even want any. We asked for the pizza to go instead of eating there like we initially planned, because the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Now I'm wondering if we should've just left the pizza there. I ate two slices and I was done, too grossed out to finish it. Dining room was shabby, bench seats fake leather was peeling badly, dirty and run down looking. There were three employees working at the time and only 4 customers including us, and nobody was making any effort to clean. I don't know what happened to this MOD franchise, but I won't be going back. read more

One bite everyone knows the rules. This pizza is a 9.1. Continuing on my quest to find the best pizza in Myrtle we had to stop by MOD now that it's open. I was pretty excited for this to come in, I've never been to one before but the model is exciting, as many toppings as you want at a flat price; kind of like a subway but for pizza which is way cooler. The pizza was really good and I wasn't let down in the slightest. They made it in less than five minutes and it tasted really fresh and was the perfect size. The service was great too, they all say hello and goodbye when you come and go so try not to jump when you open the door and everyone behind the counter shouts hello. All in all we will definitely be back, it's affordable pizza that's really really good. When you take the price into consideration, this easily is in my top two for pizza joints in Myrtle. Compared to Rotelli or other local pizzerias this one is nowhere near as good, but compared other fast food style pizza they're way better. The thing that will keep me coming back is that they have gluten free options for my partner who cannot eat any of that stuff. Okay I'm a big big fan of this pizza chain it's just delicious on point they do it exactly the way you want it done it's sorta like you walk up to the counter they put your crust down and you pick the toppings you want you can have unlimited toppings. they used to have a Double Decker pizza I'm not sure they still do that now but I think they will do it if you ask, it was the most unique pizza I've ever had. The crust is really nice I like mine little extra crispy and they don't mind doing that and the staff all seem like they are genuinely happy with their job. I've been many many times and taking friends and everybody I know that eats their likes it so give them a try they're delicious. read more

Bland pizza, a large looks like a small , not fit for a family to eat. Their cheese bread is litterly a cheese pizza with garlic. What ever spice they put on it, parsley maybe, makes it taste weird. I had the Jasper , which is red sauce, cheese, spicy sausage, mushrooms and jalapeno. 6 big slices for about $11. They also have a variety of soft drinks, and beer. I am actually STUNNED at the 4 stars. NO WAY! TERRIBLE. Just terrible! First, the girl that waited on me did not know the product. When I asked for an entree salad, she had no idea what I was talking about and asked me AGAIN. I then informed her that I have never been there before and didn't know either. Then I looked at the menu board and told her a MOD sized one. Absolutely awful customer service. Also, I thought that I was getting a salad that would be chopped with generous toppings for $9. NOOOOOOO not even CLOSE. The girl was so cheap with her small sprinklings of toppings. I don't have words for the way these people were dressed either. The lady putting the pizza in and out of the oven was dressed in gym shorts and had her cell phone resting on the center cutting board and loudly exclaiming about her conversation in a very uneducated and not classy way. I was embarrassed to just be standing in there. On top of all of that, I'm embarrassed that I paid $9 for the trash of a salad I got. My mother had visited this place on one of her previous trips and knowing my undying love for all things pizza, she brought me here for lunch this trip. There were several different types of pizzas you could choose from in 6 in or 11 in sizes, even a pumpkin base pizza. Or you could build your own. I decided to get the Dillon James with bacon added. I love that there is one price for the 11 in pizza and I can get whatever toppings I wish. And trust me, there are plenty of delicious options to satisfy all your pizza desires. After watching the employee place my toppings on it was popped into a fire oven. It was ready quickly. I did not opt for any sauces drizzled on but that is an option! Just came in recently as works right across the street and kalesha helped me, she remembered who i was and what my usual was and even asked if my name was spelt with a c or a k and that always surprises me because no one ever asked they just assume a C! I love this place! !! I'm gluten free and dairy free and they have both options for me. They take great care not to cross contaminat and keep the pizza on the screen when cooked in the oven. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this joint. I love MOD Pizza, the food, and usually the customer service. However- today was a much different experience. Being in the industry, I understand the frustration of modifying orders. I asked for a classic pizza (which states I can build my own pizza) with no mushrooms, and instead added tomato sauce (which doesn't come on this certain pizza.) The response I received was, "you want meat which doesn't come on it," I said "no, I do not." AGAIN I got asked, "you want anything else that doesn't come on it?" She proceeds to make my pizza, adding the mushroom I specifically requested was not put on it. I'm assuming she was too upset about the added marinara to remember to leave the mushrooms off. In order to not piss her off even more, I told her to leave the mushrooms on. The only reason I give this review 2 stars is because of the delightful other lady working the shift who truly made up for this experience. read more
