Always a great environment, the place is clean, the people are nice, and the food is great. I always get the gluten free, and it's simply the best gf pizza I've ever had!! Just love this place read more

Mod is one of my favorite food places to get pizza, I usually come in right before closing, the workers are amazing, always busy but they work hard to make up for it. The guy helping me I think his name was brolio took the time to ask me how my day was and it really made my day, because even though they were close to close he made me feel welcome. read more

My family loves Mod Pizza, particularly this location. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. I love that you can customize. I love getting salads here because they make them fresh to order and you can choose what you would like. They are fantastic. I also love the special flavored iced tea and lemonade. My only complaint is that the chairs at the standard height tables aren't comfortable and the sides dig into your legs. read more

The guy with black hair in mid 20 s white guy seems rude. Not very friendly nor generous with food when asking him to put extra toppings he's a BRATT about it. So for that I give thumbs down. read more

First time eating at this restaurant! Very interesting concept with some very good food. The price is certainly aimed at the younger crowd and the atmosphere is trendy and upbeat. The food is fresh with an exclusive build-your-own concept. They've taken what people want these days, convenience, options, speed (fast service), affordable, and trendy, and blended them together to give you MOD Pizza. read more

Excellent pizza! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place! It's the crust, sauce, and finishers that make it special. My favorite is: red sauce, mozz cheese, pepperoni, spicy italian sausage, green peppers, onions, olives, a little more cheese on top, and finished with pesto. Mmmm read more

Went there for the first time today and fell in love! So fast and easy to order! Super friendly and helpful staff ! Pizza was amazing! I got the build your own mini! Cant wait to try there shakes and other pizzas on there menu! Very happy overall! read more

They messed up my online order, which for me is not the end of the world. They fixed it before the scheduled pick up time, gave me the messed up order and a coupon for a pizza. With all that I still only maybe waited 5 minutes and that's mostly because I got a mega. The customer service here is amazing every time and they proved it again. read more

I love how this is the only place i feel i can order pizza without feeling judged. Great place for anyone to get their favorite combos of pizza. I wouldnt typically say its superfast. But they are quick for the amount of customization they offer. Pricing to me is actually fair for what they provide. People say its expensive, but its a customizable pizza they cook on the spot. So the priceg quality ratio is on point. Friendly service and lots of drinks including floats and other various sweets. I will be coming back quite often! read more

I've been to a lot of mod pizzas but this location is my favorite. The service was nice and the setting was very clean. Customer service was also a plus everyone was kind and respectful. The pizza was amazing and it was finished faster than expected and tasted 10x better then many pizza places I've been to. read more

I've always loved MOD pizza but this location wasSO SLOW and seemingly hectic even though not many people were in There. They even tried charging us twice because they weren't communicating wit each other. Won't be back to this location especially if I'm wanting fast food read more

We love MOD Pizza! The Mill Creek location is super convenient, fast and has friendly staff. Unfortunately when I went yesterday they had made some changes to their available toppings - 2 of our favorites were gone! Without the ricotta cheese and the Momma Lil's sweet hot peppers our pizzas were not the same. They replaced the sweet hots with banana peppers - you can get those almost anywhere! Momma Lil's sweet hot peppers are the clincher for getting us to come back! read more

We recently did a PTA Fundraising event at the Mill Creek Mod Pizza. Griffin and his team were amazing to work with and went out of their way to make our event run smoothly! Thanks so much! read more

I love their pizzas. I always had a great 5 star experience. Just moved near this location and came here for the first time. Very very unfriendly. I had to ask what time they close because it was 8:45 and they were acting like I was a bother coming in. To my surprise they were open till 10:00 pm. Food is excellent but I'll only come here one more time and if the service is the same I'll never come to this location again no matter how good the food is. read more

Ive ate at the Lynnwood Location twice and now in Mill Creek. This location is better as the room is b igger and a few more parking ,spaces. The pizza is good if you build your owon. the price is good I think $7.15 for a personal pizza. I dont come here between 5 and 7 pm as the wait time is way too long. read more

There are 3 things I look for in a casual dining experience. Manny's pale ale, tasty food, and great customer service. This place has all 3 in spades. The customer service will blow you away. And that means that even if the food was terrible, which it's not, you still probably come back. Plus they've innovated the pizza game. Wish I would've come up with the idea. read more

Customer service was great but we got a to go order of the twists and there were three in a huge box!! What's with that?! The milkshakes are the best though!! read more

These folks are awesome. Service is caring and friendly, and the employees look like they love their jobs, and it shows in the quality of the food they serve! Classic cheese pizzas are great, but they also have tons of topping options, and are a great place to get creative! Local beer and wine on tap doesn't hurt a bit either! Looking for pizza, a salad, or even just a tasty milk shake, look no further. Mod is the best lunch in Mill Creek! read more

Best pizza place I've ever been to! Absolutely love it there, super friendly service, I would recommend it to anyone. It's like subway for pizza and extras have no extra cost! read more

The service has almost always been quick and very helpful. There have been a handful of times where there is a rude employee. The food is pretty good, but takes awhile to make, so I would suggest the online order option. It is very easy to do! read more

I can't say enough good things about this MOD pizza. I place my order online and the staff says hello to me by name when I walk in to pick it up. The gluten free crust is delicious, the pizza is reasonably priced and it is SO tasty. The staff at this MOD are friendly and personable. Highly recommended!!!! read more

My Dillon James with bacon and mild sausage was the opposite of bad. I loved it. And I am once again left satisfied.

There is a girl with glasses who puts in the pizzas in the afternoons when I come in from lunchtime around 12 and man, she is so friendly! Always keeping her team going and always asking if my order is the way I wanted. Every time I come into the Mill Creek Mod Pizza I'm treated like royalty and tonight was no exception. Not only do I get the tastiest gluten-free pizza ever, I get the best customer service too. Sarah and Amanda went the extra mile for me tonight, making sure I was 100% happy with my specific order. I'm always afraid of getting the eye roll at what might be considered a "needy order" but I am only ever met with genuine friendliness and a speedily made, perfect pizza. Thank you so much to Sarah and Amanda for being the customer service stars they are. And a special thanks to Ryan aka Batman for helping me with my drink. I'll be a loyal Mod customer for life. I love Mod Pizza in general. Really the only pizza I eat. This post is about the Mill Creek location and the stellar customer service I received. So I get my kids three days a week and my 4 year old daughter always asks to go to the pizza store and was very vocal about eating there, not at home. I was running errands after work with her and my 2 year old son along for the ride. Time was running out and as I hit the button to finalize my online order, which should have been 2 identical minis and one double crust pizza, I noticed my daughter had fallen asleep in her car seat. My son had done so 20 minutes prior. The math on the order looked right but as I was driving I didn't double check. It was bad enough I was using my phone while driving anyways. When I arrived at Mod I was a few minutes early. I went back to the car as to not leave the kids alone for too long. When I got back they said my 2 pizzas were ready and I noticed two large boxes. Confused and wondering if they simply put both minis in one box, I opened them to find two of the same adult pizzas! Everything was going wrong that could. I expressed my confusion to the woman who was serving me. She reviewed the receipt with me and I could see how I could've made a mistake. She asked if I needed the minis which I really did. My pizzas are giant and full of veggies. Kids only have dairy free cheese red sauce and mild sausage. I replied yes and she said I would need to pay for it which I was totally fine with. A young man asked who made the mistake and I said it could have been me, as I didn't take the time to confirm the order. He said that's fine, don't worry about paying for it. I was so relieved and blown away. It made my stressful small child filled night so much better. Plus now I get two awesome big pizzas to munch on over the next few days. Thanks to Jordan for making the quick executive decision! Anytime your people need a car please send them to me at J&R Autosports in Everett. I will hook you guys up! read more

Worst customer service ever, it took me 3 years after the first time to try another location, went to another location (Enumclaw & Canyon Park) they were amazing, decided to come back and guess what.... Still terrible service. When a customer says thank you a response is just polite. read more

I've been to a lot of MOD pizza's in this area. And I'd have to say that this Millcreek location is probably my favorite by far. They're always extremely warm and friendly. The place is also clean and when the workers have time they even ask to take out dirty plates. Wendy and Carla are our favorite ladies. They always seem really genuine when asking how our days are and they never seem bothered when we ask for extra toppings or ranch. We LOVE the ranch. Perfect place for a quick bite or even sit down and enjoy your meal! read more

My first time at Mod Pizza, and I was instantly in my food heaven as soon as I bit into my pizza. You can order a pizza, or build your own. They don't charge extra for toppings! Excellent prices, and unlimited toppings no matter what. Also, one part of my experience that I enjoyed was when my father went to go ask for a side of ranch, and he was told that they charge extra..... In smiles. Thanks Mod Pizza. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll recommend this place to everyone. read more

We love mod pizza! The staff Is always friendly the food is excellent Josh knows what we want and takes great care of us. Thanks for a great experience every time! read more

The food is great. I no tree mally go to the MOD by my home in Marysville. But the family was in Mill creek so we went there. As I am selecting my items for my pizza, the young man asked what meats I'd like. I told him chicken. He then questioned "Only Chicken?" Yes only chicken, I can not eat pork. He then very condensing says to me "ground beef is not pork" I said again I know, just chicken. He pushed as to why no ground beef. So i then I formed him I have a stomach condition and I have to know the quality of beef before I can eat it. So he takes it to yet another level and turns around and yells out to a co-worker "what's the quality of our ground beef" the response was "All we know is its USDA, but its good and still not pork" I told him once again I only wanted chicken. I'm so embarrassed that I have to explain myself took a stranger making a custom order pizza and in front of a busy crowd of waiting patrons. Not only was this rude and out of line, but its humiliation. I will never return to this location. I really hope the management of this location take the time to speak to their crew about what is the proper way to inform the patron what is available and when told no thank you or I can't have that, to use tactfulness and be polite. read more

After hearing some great experiences about Mod's service and RAOKs on social media, I had to go check these guys out. We've been in 3 times now and they have always been polite and made some very yummy pizza! We are fans! The only reason I did not use 5 stars is they are still new to us. I might have to come back and fix that :) read more

Impression of my first visit at this location. Customers were milling around waiting for their pizza, bad sign? A person ahead of me in line placed a to-go order for 4 pizzas. Placed our order, for 2 pizzas. Sat down to a dirty table, noticed the floor under the table was dirty as well. There are more than enough Mod employees behind the counter and more on the dining floor checking the dirty dish bins, but nobody cleaning tables. 15 minutes goes by until the person ahead of me in line stands up to get his partial order, then 5 minutes goes by 1 of our pizzas is ready, another 5 minutes goes by our 2nd pizza is ready. The person that was ahead of us is still standing by the counter waiting for the remainder of his order. He doesn't get the remainder of his order until another 10 minutes lapses after I got my order. In the meantime while that person was waiting for his order, other orders after his were ready. I felt bad for him. I love MOD's pizza, I think they're delicious, best around for the price, but cleanliness is paramount for me. MOD is pizza made on demand FAST, but not that day........ read more

Ordered pizza and a shake online so I can get it for my lunch. Got there a few minutes early and my order took my whole lunch break to get it and they acted like I was a scum bag because I asked 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready to see if they were done. This is my first and last visit to this highly overrated establishment. Absolutely terrible read more

For about $8 you get a pizza with any topping you want from their available selection. One word of advice though is to limit the toppings in order to get the crust to be beautifully crisp. Otherwise, the bottom gets soggy and a bit too chewy. My favorite thing to do is to MODify the Mad Dog. Throw on some more meat, add some veggies, and once the pizza is done, spray on some Sriracha (aka rooster sauce). The fact that this is a company founded in Seattle along with the fact that they're giving some of their workers a second chance where others wouldn't, definitely raises the star level from 4 to 5. I simply love the fact that I can come in, go down the line of toppings, get whatever I want, pick up a beer, and in a matter of minutes get a hot, delicious pizza made by and served by some super friendly upbeat people. Maybe some others have had bad experiences, but every time I've been I have not ever had an employee bring me down. And that goes across the board to three of the locations I've been at. read more

Way too confusing about their curb-side pickup, and they would only accept the 6 month out of date Zip-code for my card. This made it particularly uncomfortable for me having to repeat my card multiple times to a live person once the voice operator automatically transferred me after 2 attempts. After this ordeal my order is moved 17 mins after my last estimation of the 1st curb-side... During this time I see people walk in the store, because apparently you can still do that just not eat in( which like I've been saying wasn't clear) and go in and order like normally and get their fast mod pizzas. Now my family has to weight much longer for food I told them would be back quick. I don't crave pizza often as I have a low Dairy tolerance but this will most likely be my last mod visit. I'm just not mentally in a good place to let this slide easily. I believe an important part of Pizza culture is the convenience of obtaining it... We Americans are tired of ambiguity... If measure are taken I am willing to redo this review. read more

I've been going to Lynnwood branch until this one. I was there during their first few days of their chaotic operation. They should have implemented a better logistics thus quality went down. Waiting time was terrible, should I wait 30 mins for 2 regular size pizza. I understand that this is not the run of the mill type of pizzeria. but thats a lot of waiting time. OK, maybe thats just a minor opening glitches. I was back there few weeks after. I ordered hawaiian style, a mad dog, and pepperoni and onions. The waiting time that I clocked after taking my orders was 15 -20 mins, which is ok. I didn't bother to look inside the boxes. At home, most of the pineapples bits are on one side, I got 2 mad dogs w/ burned crust. I still love their pizza though! read more
