MOD pizza is okay, there are several much better places in the near by area. I'm not a huge thin crust guy but this isn't very tasty.... I got the double crusted pizza, it was average. 3 Stars. read more

Great place, fun staff and great pizza! PS: try the balsamic fig glaze!! read more

We had no idea this place existed and was referred by a friend. The pizza comes in 2 sizes, small for those of us watching our calories and large for the bigger guys. The dough is thin yet has substance. You are able to pick any sauce and toppings to your liking. I love that you can have pesto vs. The traditional red sauce. The staff is wonderful in building your pizza to your exact specifications. All the ingredients are fresh and they have basil and cilantro which adds a wonderful flavor to the pesto sauce. The environment is welcoming, clean and friendly for a truly fun family dining experience. This is our new favorite pizza place that we will frequent on a weekly basis. Highly recommended! read more

Always a fun place to eat! Love the build your own pizzas. It's probably our 2-year olds favorite place to eat. Fun atmosphere with plenty going on and delicious pizza! Thanks for being here MOD. Please don't leave MIll Creek! read more

I came in twice in one week and when I got the counter the girl said "it was _____for the name on the paper" and I was like yes!!! It was only that exciting for me because I remember her telling me she was new the first time coming so learning all the stuff she is and remembering random customers name just made it feel more personable and I think she saw how happy I was and continued to add it with 2 free soda cups. I don't know her name but I will get it next time, this lady needs to be praised. read more

Subway for Pizza. Love the concept. Prices keep going up, but for what you get, it's worth it. Love that they can make any pizza into a salad. read more

I like the fact that it's fast but I feel like it's just toppings on a pita bread. Nothing amazing and it wasn't that good. I do like that they have siracha and ranch though! read more

I like Mod Pizza, just not this location. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They act like you're inconveniencing them. This location also shares a building with a bank and the back door opens to the banks driveway. On numerous occasions the employees are hanging out and blocking the bank driveway puffing on their little vape pipes. They don't attempt to move out of your way at all. I'm surprised they haven't been hit by any of the drive thru banking customers. Not worth the treatment. read more

Our very favorite pizza place. Great price. How can you beat ~$7 per pizza with as much of all the toppings or as little as you want? Like a 10" pizza, made fresh, in front of your face, yum! Great service, the staff is always super upbeat, they ALWAYS say Hello and Thanks for coming when we come and go. We like this location better than the one on 164th simply because of the layout, they have like a giant garage door that opens up into patio seating so it's a very well laid out open air space. read more

The pizza base is good but the pizza as such was a lil greasy for me. But the service is amazing . read more

Absolutely the best pizza and quickest service! I love the 100% customizable menu with the freshest ingredients and help yourself drinks. We have been there 7 times and have never been disappointed! You thought McDonald's was "Have it Your Way", guess again! It is MOD pizza! The only minus is that they are sometimes busy with a line out the door. They ARE worth the wait! No deduction of stars there as the customer service, quality of the product, speed of service and experience are WELL worth the time your time! read more

Having grown up in Chicago I was raised on some of the best pizza in the world. My first time at MOD I was not sure what to expect because it is, after all, a chain restaurant. I ordered online for pickup. The online ordering process was very easy. However, I recommend they add a spot for leaving a tip, if desired. I ordered a Mega Mod with a number of toppings and an order of garlic strips. The great thing about MOD is that you can add as many toppings as you want without additional cost, so the whole order with tax was about $15.00. The pizza was light in spite of all the toppings I ordered. Everything was fresh and delicious. What kept me from giving a four star rating was the fact that I only received 1/2 container of sauce for the garlic strips. Not even enough for 2 strips. Otherwise, I'll be back! read more

The staff are friendly, food is fresh, and venue is clean. We enjoy coming to this location.

Out of all the mods in the area this one is the slowest one to get your food. Super fast this is not.

I frequently go to the Alderwood Mall Blvd location for lunch. I order once I get in my car using their incredibly simple app, I then make the short drive to their location, I walk in and they know who I am and always have my order ready as requested. I would have to say the staff at MOD Alderwood are the best. Thank you and great job particularly in these very trying times. read more

While I have always loved their pizza, the service has gone from good to terrible in the past. My recent visits have shown much better customer service and I am moving them back up to 4*. The Bellevue Square location is still their best location from a service perspective. This location has good parking, great location and the food is consistently great. read more

I'm not sure it they were understaffed tonight or it's always like this, but it took us a total time of 55 minutes to get two pizzas only!!! So disappointing!! read more

I'm writing this review simply because of how accommodating they were about my billing issue. I come here fairly often and have never had any issues before (even randomly got a free drink once!) until a mistake with being charged extra on accident. I brought the problem to their attention and not only are they resolving the issue but they gave me a free pizza on the spot and a coupon for another free pizza. That's a really nice gesture on their part because I wasn't even asking for freebies. The crew is just simply amazing. Oh yeah and the pizza is good. read more

Consistently friendly and awesome service here! Love the pizza and structure of this business. Outdoor seating is cool, pizzas are baked quickly, and this may seem like no big deal, but they have the best ice! I love tiny ice! I also love the MOD salads too. It's just easy, a great location, and a fun place to bring my kids. read more

This location is hardly ever clean. They act like you're bothering them when you order. I go to MOD for the gluten-friendly options, but they can't ever seem to get that correct at this location. I always ask several times for a glove change and any specific needs I have for cross contamination but they act like I'm being a jerk. Its hard enough to eat out and I hate even trying to do it anymore so when I do go out I try to only go to places that offer a gluten free or gluten sensitive menu, it usually means they've had some training. I don't think this location has had any training and the employees don't care much about it. I don't normally like having people roll their eyes me when I order my food. Won't come back to this one. Mukilteo is wonderful if you're in the area!! read more

A Portlander here for another month on business, I decided to give this new MOD Pizza location a try. Ordered online on a rainy Friday night and walked down from the hotel to retrieve my dinner. They had lost my order, but the way they responded completely won me over. The gentleman I checked in with looked for my order, couldn't find it, told me so with zero excuses, apologized and said they would have it remade for me in six minutes. I think it was more like ten, but watching them all work was a treat. They were ROCKING it. Friday night, full house, young staff (both in age and the location is new) and it was a pleasure watching them working as a team and keeping their cool in the chaos. Back to the hotel and wow - this pizza is GOOD. Like, really good. And the salad is fresh and delicious. Way to rock it MOD Pizza Canyon Park. I know what it's like to open a new location and you guys are kicking bootie. Keep on doin' what you're doin'. I'll be back soon! read more

Not only is the pizza always consistent - but I have gotten great customer service from the folks here. The prices are great, and the joint is always clean. Anytime I have had an issue with an order, it's taken care of. This is the go to spot for pizza in this hood for sure. Thanks MOD! read more

I love MOD but I hate this location. I've ordered several times online for pickup and they have never gotten my order right. Tonight I went in with my two kids and a friend and her toddler. We were there before 5 so it wasn't busy at all yet the girl who started my pizza order was rude and dismissive. I watched her make our pizzas while juggling a 1yo and 3yo yet I made sure to pay attention to what she was asking me (even though she put on jalapenos even after asking if I wanted them and I said no thank you). I asked for a modified Calexico and I didn't see her put the gorgonzola on so after she walked away without asking if I wanted anything else on my daughter's pizza or finishing making my salad, I flagged someone down to help finish our order. I asked about the gorgonzola and she said it was on there but once I got home to eat, it definitely was not on there. They also forgot to put on the buffalo sauce. My side salad was finally finished after the two people behind me had ordered and payed for their food but I couldn't even finish it because it was swimming in dressing. So bummed that this location repeatedly makes mistakes and has terrible service. Side note: giving 2 stars as there was one employee who helped me get someone to put the finishing sauce on my pizza even though he was on break and really didn't need to go out of his way to ask if I needed something. read more

Love mod pizza! Worth the wait, but people.... this hello thing you are doing? (Every employee barks out hello when people come in the door) It's awful, it's loud. It's not welcoming, it intimidating. It's especially annoying to repeat myself ordering because you were busy "welcoming" someone behind me. MOD please stop making your employees doing this read more

I have been here many many times and their employees have always been courteous and very friendly. One bad, very bad racial experience and I think people should be aware of it. I made an online order for a pick at 6:09 PM. I went there at 6:20 and the lady took one look at me and immediately said we are running 20 minutes behind. I did see a bag of pizza and salad there on the counter while I waited patiently. Everyone who ordered after me were all getting their orders and at 7 I went back to ask her and she once again very rudely told me I don't know. So I asked can you check when I will get it - so she grabbed my receipt which tore in the process and showed it to her colleague- who pointed to the bag that was lying there all the while and said that was my order. This lady looked at me Said you can take it! No sorry nothing! It was very clear she was being racist and was taking the anger out on me. My daughter was with me and got very upset - I feel very bad she had to see all this:( read more

My husband and I eat at this MOD location often. While MOD pizza is always great with quality ingredients, Carla and the rest of the crew at the Mill Creek location really go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. They are always friendly and even when there is a line, you're guaranteed to get your pizza fast. When we need to eat on the way to work and are pressed for time, we always choose this location because we know they'll give us delicious food quickly. I even thought of applying here for a part time job because they seem like they are really enjoying themselves while working. read more

Every time I come here I am impressed. This is probably my fourth or fifth time and the employees always have a good attitude. There's nothing worse than going into a restaurant and seeing that the people who work there seem to hate it. Doesn't make you want to eat there. But it is always the opposite at this place, people have a good attitude, and are friendly, and I've always been really happy with the food. I hope they keep that awesome attitude and energy that they have there because it definitely makes it a place worth coming back to you. I would assume they have good management that treats them well because I believe that what sets the tone for a happy work place. Thanks MOD! read more

I love the Mod's Pizza in Mill Creek. They have the best salad choices and thank God they brought back the Honey Lime dressing!!! The staff always makes you feel welcome, the tables are clean, and the staff are always friendly, especially the woman in the visor and matching leggings. I will keep coming back. Holy smokes this place is well put together. It's like the best thing going. I'd buy stock in this company if it were possible. I think they have a bright future. Great food. Fair price. Fast. Reasonably heathy options. I'm impressed. read more

I would give more stars if they're consistent. I always get the same salad when I go there. Some employees give larger portions than others. Today, I got very small amount for what I paid for. I had to ask 3 times for more chicken but still got way less than I normally get. Please be consistent with your portion. read more

Mod is my favorite place! They have great service! I am allergic to gluten, soy, and milk and mod is my favorite place to go when I'm craving pizza! They have both a gluten free crust and vegan cheese! I defiantly recommend mod!! read more

I'm so glad MOD has taken off. There are locations all over now! This was my first MOD. I miss the regular pizza but I am glad they have a gluten free option. For GF it's great but it's still not as good. I love that you can do as many toppings as you like for the same price. It lets you have a lot more fun making flavor combos. Long live MOD!! read more

Pizza seems to have gone downhill, though the salad was excellent. Strangest thing is that they have removed all condiments and utensils and you have to ask for them individually. Including salt and pepper (which they will give you in a plastic serving cup). Bizarre. Was there some major salt theft issue going on? Morton's raised the price to $1,000 a pound? Kids gone rogue squirting each Sriracha at each other? The mind boggles. read more

I'm not sure what the hype is about. It's like this is pizza for skinny people. Definitely overpriced for what you get or don't get. Never going to this "fancy" pizza joint again. The pizza was so thin that the sauce made it soggy if you didn't eat it quickly. And it took too long for our group to eat due to the tiny individual pizzas being made. They didn't all come out together and some were done eating long before other got thiers. read more

I want SO bad to give this 5 stars, BUT we've had several errors with our pizzas. This is how it typically goes....we order online, my husband runs and picks it up, he gets home and we realize there is a screw-up and have to go back. Now, in all fairness, if my husband would check before he leaves there, he would realize the error and not have to make two trips. I give my husband 3 stars, as well. We've had a pizza completely missing the sauce once and the other times seem to be when we order the "mega" (double crusts)....we pay for it, but don't get it. My husband is there as we speak, getting the order fixed. The pizza is excellent and the staff are always friendly (why we keep going back). EDIT (changed from 3 to 5 stars): My husband just came home with the correct pizzas....they also gave us a pizza coupon and treated him to a milkshake while he waited. Going above and beyond to fix an error is what makes me love a business even more (everyone makes mistakes, right?). Dinner tonight was delicious and we tried the Lucy for the first time (my new favorite). And special thanks to Mary for reaching out to me so quickly after leaving my initial review! Great service and we are happy. read more

This is my first time going to a Mod pizza. I have to say that the whole team is amazing. They are quick friendly and made a simple night out with the family a fun night out. I got the salad and the value for the price is well worth it. The food is MODulous!! read more

Mod is one of our favorite places to eat! We ate there with a group of people Sunday...our son's bday. The service and food were incredible! Michael was one of the guys who was working and he was extra awesome!!! There are certain times I'm eating out and there is at least one grumpy employee...not this visit...the whole crew were on top of things and made our visit extra enjoyable. One of our friends told us about the 'no-name cakes'. Unfortunately, we had one....now we're hooked!! Will def be eating there again and again! read more

The Dillion James specialty pizza was just OK. The flavor is light and the crust is not what I look for in a pizza. No, I would not get pizza here again, however, it is worth a try if you have never had their pizza. read more

I like their pizza but I question why part of their schtick is to yell at me. Maybe I'm getting old but really I just want pizza. It's a little intimidating. I'll come here again because they're in my neighborhood and really the pizza is great. But only when I want to get hazed a little. read more

I would normally give MOD 5 stars for what it is....but tonight was hugely disappointing. Walked in at 8:35 with no greeting. 1 person making to go pizzas and the remaining staff were more interested in cleaning and what looked to be performing closing duties then to help the customers in front of them. read more
