We ordered the man with the blue shirt and hat backwards took our order, we asked the lady before for half garlic bread half pizza and she said ok. When the guy started making it we told him and he stared at us and said it was too late. He told us to go to the counter to check out. we waited there and giving us our cash back he slammed it on the counter and walked to the back mad. We have always dined in, but due to major health problems we chose to have our meal delivered. Never again! The pizza was very cold, the crust was chewy, I ordered 2 no name cakes and got 1and received a bottled sugar free Coke instead of a rootbeer. Also, 1 piece of pizza had all the toppings scraped off. Staff always seems stressed when I come in on a Friday night. I waited 7 mins with 1 person in front of me just to order and the team looked stressed. I am so disappointed. I normally go in restaurant, order and wait for pizza and it has always been good, now I know why. Because you are there watching them prepare your pizza. I made the mistake of ordering online for pickup and because I had never had problems before, I didn't check my pizza. When I get home, surprise, it was burned and they even removed the rind so I wouldn't notice. Like having an oval shaped pizza instead of round is not noticeable. And it didn't taste as other times. I come to Mod at least twice a week and everytime, it's always a pleasant experience! What better place can you get a pizza with whatever you want on for an inexpensive price? We were looking forward to trying MOD Pizza based on a friend's recommendation. I like the concept, but was very disappointed with our experience there. The soda fountain was out of order, so I got a bottled Coke, and it took a bit of prodding to get them to give me a cup of ice. I ordered a draft beer - Bud Light - the fellow was going to give me a cup half filled with foam. I asked him to pour off the extra head and tried to give him pointers on pouring a draft beer - he admitted he'd never served beer before - but didn't have much success. The pizzas came out, but both our our crusts were underdone - gummy texture and strong taste of uncooked flour. We were able to eat-in, but it appeared that most of their seating was still blocked off due to COVID - which I appreciate. So, good concept, potentially good ingredients, but execution needs a lot of improvement. read more

But the gal (dark hair)who made my pizza was the rudest employee I have ever had take care of me anywhere. And the dude making the pizza as well! My husband and I stumbled upon MOD pizza while visiting a strip mall. We went to the shopping complex with the intentions of going to a bookstore, which we found out went out of business. Anyways, that's how we found MOD. This is a cute pizza shop, the decor was modern, with a collage of pictures of staff and customers adorned the walls. They have the menu plastered on the wall. There are 3 sizes to choose from. There is the 'mini' which is 6", the MOD which is 11" and the Mega which is a double 11" crust. The awesome thing about this place is you can either choose one of their classic pizzas or build your own. You can load your pizza with toppings and there is no extra charge! They charge by size, not toppings. The crust is thin and crispy, just the way I like it. I chose the mini, and picked my own toppings. I chose the pesto sauce, and topped it with chicken, tomatoes and black olives. It was very good! My husband and I ordered a fountain drink to share, but they also have milkshakes, beer and teas. Could be a software issue but when you order online and go to pick up and your food is still not ready 25 minutes later, it's a problem. This place takes forever with online orders! I ordered my online pizza order for pickup at 5:28pm. The pickup time was set for asap which was 5:58pm. I arrived to the location a couple minutes before 5:58pm and my food wasn't ready. I waited until 6:08pm to ask if they were working on my order. They said no and that they'll be working on it shortly. I said it was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago and the employee just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. The dinning area was empty and there was never more than 1 person in line ordering so I don't understand why they're so behind on mobile or take out orders. This isn't my first time that this has happened to me. In the past I've waited 30 minutes after the pickup time until I got my pizzas. There were multiple people waiting for pick up orders but the employee only offered drink cups to 1 person and apologized for the wait even though they showed up after me. It's now 20 minutes after my pickup time and still no pizza. They had been getting better on having the pizzas ready when they're supposed to be but this was my last straw and I'll not be coming back to this location. read more

I first have to day that I love Mod Pizza. I love the flexibility of pizza modification, love the toppings and the price. But I don't think you can call it fast food anymore unless you get there at the right time. We tried to get a pizza a few weeks ago on our way to a concert and had to leave when we only allowed 45 minutes. The line to order was going to take 30 minutes. Last night we tried using their online ordering - we went into an infinite loop and finally gave up after wasting 20 minutes registering, ordering, and providing credit card information. I called the shop to see if our order had been received - it hadn't - so they took my order over the phone and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later, my order was not yet started. I'll have to be content with Mod Pizza for lunch. It just doesn't work for pizza night. read more
