My husband and I were really excited to try this place when we saw that a new pizza place was opening up. Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. I ordered the Dillion James and my husband ordered the Mad Dog. The Dillion James was lacking something so I added some garlic powder which made it taste decent. The Mad Dog was super burnt on the bottom of one of the pieces (see attached photo) and tasted pretty terrible. I have made an online order for : 2 mini Tristan pizzas and one med Dominic pizza - the order was suppose to be ready in 25 min tops ! I had come after 25 minutes and was still waiting on my last pizza while the other 2 pizzas were already cold . Coming back home and opening the pizzas I had found that I got 1 med Tristan pizza and one small Dominic pizza and another small Dominic pizza. It wasn't what I have ordered online and on top of everything one of the pizzas was completely burned the other med pizza wasn't baked all the way . We love bringing our daughter to Mod, the selection of pizzas and salads is a great quick and easy dinner. We came today and got a bunch of pizzas and a big salad to share with my in-laws, and enjoyed it as normal. My mother-in-law's pizza was a little too done for her liking, and the manager offered to remake it at no cost. That kind of customer appreciation is rare in corporate culture today, and we were impressed. You know a restaurant is good when you've gone there three times and the quality and taste of the food is just as good as the first time. I had a really good experience at MOD for pickup. Before the pandemic I always got pizza here. But I had never used the order online feature, I had always just walked in and ate there. They were accommodating. I asked for spinach, they didn't have it, but they put a note on the box to let me know which was good. The pizza is so good, affordable, and good customer service. First time trying this. The idea of an assembly line for pizza is great, however a bit pricey for the quality. I ordered the Dillion James, to much garlic on it, lacking something other than mozzarella that goes on Margherita pizza. I mean what's a Margherita pizza with no mozzarella? So far the best pizza around my area. Stopped in for lunch, grabbed a pie to go. Ordered the Mad Dog with a deluxe crust. This time added onions and garlic butter around the crust which made a world of difference from my first visit. Got a couple pesto cups on the side and It ended being a great finish to the pie. We just left the Glen Burnie location and Loa and Andrew helped us. They were the most fun, pleasant and genuinely cheerful people. Its so rare to see folks who actually enjoy their jobs and it sure showed with these two. They are excellent employees and provided amazing customer service. Great option for vegans. They offer dairy free cheese and have all of the veggies that you would need. The cheese was very tasty. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the non dairy cheese pizza and traditional cheese pizza. Overall I was very pleased with my pizza. The service was excellent as well. They're more than happy to make your pizza, or salad, just the way you like it. A little more pepperoni? No problem. A little extra dressing on the side? Sure. If you're not into making your own, there are pre-listed combinations for both salads and pizzas on the wall, which I've also tried and loved. Looking for dessert? Their milkshakes are BOMB. This place definitely surprised me! I have never been to MOD but I've been to pie 5 ans &pizza. I am a huge fan of &pizza and didn't think any pizza place could top it, but MOD definitely exceeded my expectations and probably topped &pizza for me. They had a large variety of toppings and when I built my own pizza they didn't complain when I asked for more of an individual topping. I totally recommend their Sri-Rancha sauce and I got basil on my pizza for the first time (absolutely life changing for me). The staff was extremely friendly! Definitely recommend! read more

I really love this place you can your pizza any way you want you can get half pizza sauce and half white sauce on the same crust, you get whatever you want on your pizza at no additional cost, I love the thin crispy crust the people are very friendly they greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave the place is very clean, I love their Berry lemonade and Pear iced tea! Not a good first experience. I ordered the pizza on line. Was given a 6:00 pick up time. I went there at 6:00 to have to sit for 15 minutes before getting my pizza. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to make a pizza. And they didn't even make it right. The place wasn't busy. But the wait gave me time to watch the untrained staff, with no supervisor that I could see, take ten minutes to make one person's pizza. They definitely need better training there. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT The Glen Burnie store added $2 to my credit card after I signed the receipt and lined through the blank for adding a tip. (I put cash in their tip jar instead.) The only way to catch this is by comparing your receipt to your credit card statement. Most people won't do that and it's not a big enough discrepancy to raise any flags, so someone's probably making bank on this little scam. She went above and beyond after having an awful day at work Tuesday I just wanted to get dinner and go home. My mood was drastically improved walking out of there thanks to the kindness and attention to detail you really take for granted sometimes. I love the other locations SP and Annapolis. However this location gives the chain a bad rep. The employees needs tons of extra training. The food was terrible. The wait was terrible. The ordering process terrible. This location does not have it together like the other two. This is my second time eating here and I will not be back to this location again. Tonight I had to wait 5 mins to place my order almost 20 mins to receive my order and it was terribly burnt. If this is someone's first time at mod I suggest you try a different location. They simply hired anyone and they clearly need more training even though it's been open for weeks! read more

So, I should have known, when the price was under $9, that I was in trouble. I got a pizza with chicken, onion, two kinds of cheese and some buffalo sauce. I got there and noticed there were a lot of people. That made me feel good. I was sure it would be great. So, I get my pizza. I look at the box and see it is really small. I get to the car and open the box. The pizza looked awful. I mean, it was like a flatbread, loaded with cheese and the leftover pieces of chicken that had been left after the good chicken was gone. I actually had to stop at another place, to get chicken, to add to my dinner. There was a part on their site, that let you add something, I thought. I asked for extra sauce. Well, there was sauce on the back, right around the crust. But, under the cheese, I swear, there was nothing. It was like they gave me flavorless cheese bread. The toppings were not even on the thing at all. The ONLY part that had any flavor, was the part of the slice, out of the four that are the pizza, that had buffalo sauce. It was one of the worst pizzas, if you can call it that, which I don't think you should, I have ever had. On top of that, I just stood there. Nobody ever said anything to me. After standing for at least ten minutes, a lady asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes and she asked if I ordered online. I said yes. She had my bread there the entire time. If you are hungry, don't go here. Honestly, it is not at all worth the money. I saw there "thick crust." The thick crust is the size of a normal pizza. Go to the store and get stuff to make your own. If you have not the time, get a frozen one. If you want pizza right then, go some place else. Awful read more
