Been to this MOD Pizza location a handful of time now, and I have to say the service is a hot mess. Plenty of staff on hand but not much communication between each other, which makes building your own pizza take much longer than other MOD locations I've been to. On the plus side if you can wait and have the patience to move through the line, the pizza always seem to come out nice and crispy throughout. Location appears to be relatively new. Decent parking. Staff could use a re-up on training and procedures to help make the ordering experience more pleasant and efficient. 'Til next time.

I came here today to order a vegan pizza for myself for takeout. We were attending a party and we were able to bring our own food as they were serving their own ordered pizza which we couldn't eat. When we entered the place we were greeted and walked towards the menu on the wall. We wanted a vegan pizza and she knew right away what we can add as toppings. They have so many pizza toppings that you can make your own pizza! The base can be thin crust, thick crust, gluten free crust, and you can also order a salad type pizza toppings in a bowl. I had tomato sauce with all the vegetables topping that they offered including roasted whole garlic, roasted broccoli and vegan cheese piled high! And this is all one price yay!! My hubby got tomato sauce and his toppings were whole roasted and crush garlic, fresh spinach, mushroom, roasted red bell peppers and lots of vegan cheese! I hope down the line they will have impossible or beyond meat Italian sausage crumbles as a topping, or vegan pepperoni slices, or even smoked tofu. My end toppings was balsamic fig glaze, so good! We waited in the dinning area. It's a big space they even had two roundtables that looks like it can fit up to 10 or more people also outside they have an eating patio area for those upcoming summer days. This place looks like a new location because it was very clean and modern and spacious. I enjoyed waiting for my pizza they had good background music and everyone seemed happy while they were making pizzas for online orders. Overall I think I will come back here again if I'm in the area and have a taste for a good vegan pizza my way! Oh I also wanted to add, I had leftover pizza! The next couple of days I stove topped the pizza crust in an oiled pan. The bottom crust was so crispy it was like I just ordered the pizza!

Staffs were very friendly and welcoming!! Fresh pizzas!! I got calexico(?) and half pepperoni half salami with black olives. And a sausage pizza. I love the fact I can load up my pizza u expected ways anyway possible I want on pizza! Lol i have fun putting a lot of stuff mixed!

Where are the rest of my toppings? Very disappointed...

We are so glad we did! Because the cheese was perfectly gooey without being overwhelming paired with a delicious tomato sauce atop a complimentary crust with just the right amount of give to it. This may be the only thin crust pizza I would continue to get. The pan pizza was basically just the thin crust pizza with a lip on the perimeter and more cheese. This pizza was not nearly as good as the thin crust because if I'm going to eat a non-thin crust pizza, I want a more doughy crust and this just did not deliver. There was also too much cheese and it wasn't charred the same way the thin crust was. The inside is quaint with hats from all over everywhere. Service is also very kind and as quick as they can be with how busy it is. My only complaint is I wish they had a vegetable side dish that was fried, but it's a local pizza shop and perhaps not the right audience for this.

Thin, square-cut, and baked well-done, the pie showcases a crisp, structurally sound crust with just enough char to add bitterness and depth without overpowering the bite. The pepperoni is assertive and well-distributed, releasing savory oils that mingle with a bright, balanced tomato sauce and evenly browned cheese. Each slice holds its integrity--no flop, no excess grease--allowing the quality of the ingredients to remain front and center. The restraint here is intentional; nothing feels overworked or gratuitous. Kim's Uncle keeps the operation deliberately narrow: one pizza size, phone-in ordering only, and a clear commitment to execution over expansion. The result is a confident, old-school tavern pie that respects tradition while delivering precision. For those who appreciate classic Chicago pizza done thoughtfully and without compromise, this is essential. 9/10.

There's plenty of parking in the lot just north of the restaurant, and when I stepped out of my car and into the chilly January air, it was like a religious experience - the smell, THAT GOOD SMELL, the smell you smell when you know you're about to have some truly tremendous pizza. Inside is little more than a counter, a couple of booths, and a stool to sit on and wait, and it couldn't be any more charming. The pizza box stole my heart too, not your average boot of Italy here. I don't know that I would do the hot soppressata over regular pepperoni (could just be that I don't like it as much, but I wanted to try), otherwise this was delicious. Lovely, crispy, caramelized edges, just divine.

I ordered garlic bread and a 14" meat lovers pizza to go. They do have some seating inside, more seating than I expected. Initially, the garlic bread was okay. It has a more buttery taste than the other ones I've had. After I reheated it on my pizza stone, it became very tasty and crispy. The garlic bread I give it is 4.5. It tastes great if you use a pizza stone. The pizza on the other hand, I was underwhelmed. I ate it when it was fresh as well as on the pizza stone. The crust is bland and tasteless. The sauce was great. The toppings were okay. I ordered this ultra thin, crispy, and extra sauce. Pizza is like 2.5-3. Overall experience is a 3. This is a one and done for me.

Walking in, I gravitated towards the sign of specials, and then was guided to a table. Along with complimentary bread, I was treated to the sight of an owner (Mama Brasi, as one customer called her) who was visibly engaged in the lives of the clientele, both with repeat customers carrying out as well as with a family dining in, and their little girl who was a fan of salads. A hot bowl of minestrone arrived and added to the warm feelings. But it was the eggplant involtini special that was the star. Cooked and seasoned well, a healthy supply of sauce (I could see some sauce fiends wanting more, but I was content), and enough to take home a bit for lunch the next day. Early November was a little chilly sitting by the door, so keep that in mind for colder months, as there's not much they can do about that.
