We got the build your own pizza option, and I love how it's unlimited toppings. My favorite part has to how thin and crispy the pizza is while it's packed with flavor from the toppings; additionally, I recommend getting the marinara sauce on the side and using it as a dip. Been to this MOD Pizza location a handful of time now, and I have to say the service is a hot mess. Plenty of staff on hand but not much communication between each other, which makes building your own pizza take much longer than other MOD locations I've been to. On the plus side if you can wait and have the patience to move through the line, the pizza always seem to come out nice and crispy throughout. Location appears to be relatively new. Decent parking. I came here today to order a vegan pizza for myself for takeout. We were attending a party and we were able to bring our own food as they were serving their own ordered pizza which we couldn't eat. When we entered the place we were greeted and walked towards the menu on the wall. We wanted a vegan pizza and she knew right away what we can add as toppings. They have so many pizza toppings that you can make your own pizza! The base can be thin crust, thick crust, gluten free crust, and you can also order a salad type pizza toppings in a bowl. I had tomato sauce with all the vegetables topping that they offered including roasted whole garlic, roasted broccoli and vegan cheese piled high! And this is all one price yay!! My hubby got tomato sauce and his toppings were whole roasted and crush garlic, fresh spinach, mushroom, roasted red bell peppers and lots of vegan cheese! I hope down the line they will have impossible or beyond meat Italian sausage crumbles as a topping, or vegan pepperoni slices, or even smoked tofu. My end toppings was balsamic fig glaze, so good! We waited in the dinning area. It's a big space they even had two roundtables that looks like it can fit up to 10 or more people also outside they have an eating patio area for those upcoming summer days. This place looks like a new location because it was very clean and modern and spacious. I enjoyed waiting for my pizza they had good background music and everyone seemed happy while they were making pizzas for online orders. Overall I think I will come back here again if I'm in the area and have a taste for a good vegan pizza my way! Oh I also wanted to add, I had leftover pizza! Crust is different, like a very light cracker, sausage is nice and small, not as Italian as going to an Italian-owned spot but still good and easier to eat. This review is not about the food because the pizza is always good. This is about hygiene. The pizza baker was not wearing gloves, using bare hands to push pizza off prep tray and into oven. Then the baker was having a good time tossing the empty pizza prep tray into the sink 5 feet away and often missing and falling to the ground. My first thought was "I hope they wash those". So I have been to Mod pizza before. First time at this location. The pizza is decent. I got the cauliflower crust. It was better than I expected and it held up well to the toppings. My problem is that there are three employees behind the counter. No one has come in since our group. The tables are in need of being cleaned and the floor is gross. Stacks of dirty dishes waiting to get picked up. Trash can full almost to overflowing. Send someone from behind the counter to clean the dining area. read more

The food was excellent, however the customer service was not. Upon entering we where clearly being scolded as if we were not welcomed. The young lady with sweats on told her coworker that she did not want to take our order because she "did not feel like talking today". My other concern was the miscommunication between the staff of whether or not were allowed to dine in. I had asked if were allowed to dine in and there was a quick hesitation between staff. My first instinct was to go to the District in Oakbrook for pizza and I wish I would have went with my gut. Found one of the employees there to be unprofessional. The lower rating is because of their poor organization. The first person asks the size you want and sauce. The second person puts on the sauce and cheese. A third person puts on the toppings per your direction. Then it gets put in the oven and the rest is downhill. There's no paper copy of your order. The line breaks apart and you look for someone to pay. If you order a shake, it most likely can be forgotten. The food eventually gets called up, but there's no guarantee you even paid for it. You have the offer of finishing toppings, but it's awkward to ask to go back behind people in line where those toppings were. With better management, I think this could work well. read more
