Before coming here I didn't know what Mod Pizza was or how to order. Well let's say this is like a Chipotle bit for pizza. You can get on of the special pizzas they have listed or creat your own. The creat your own, you go down the line and let them know what you want on your pizza. Always fresh ingredients and you can get pesto and other sauce toppings when it comes out of oven. BEST PLACE EVER!!!! If you don't like it than that's you're fault, considering you have the power to make you're own pizza with the ingredients you pick out. The pricing is perfect; $8 for a whole pizza with unlimited toppings is FANTASTIC. Definitely is my favorite place to get lunch. read more

Normally I would give MOD a good review but I had the most horrible experience at the (park meadows mall plaza) I have ever had at any food serving establishment. If I were the owner I would have the manager fired along with a number of staff - they yelled at us to start with when we walked in just trying to get my children seated so my wife could order; acting like we should leave unless we came to pick up an order. However seating was allowed and there was plenty of empty tables - when I told an employee it was rude he said he didn't care his shift was over and he didn't want to talk about - then went to his manager said I was harassing him, which I was not, and without even talking to me or finding out anything- he starts yelling saying I needed to leave and he would call the police if I didn't leave - I was polite and left even though I was not doing anything to disturb the peace whole experience was shocking !!!! read more

Love this place!! I am Vegan due to some health issues I have and they are always very good at making sure the pizza is 100% vegan for me!! Plus their red sauce is now vegan!! The prices are great and the food is always good. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will continue go here again and again!! read more

My daughter and I stopped for lunch. The place was busy, the service was fast, the pizza was great! Going to bring my husband here as he is the pizza expert! I had the plan cheese pizza with pinapple, spinach, and black olives. I do agree, the pizza toppings seem to be limited, but it was very good!. I ordered the mini which was perfect for me. Yum! My husband is a big guy and I eat low cal, really pleasantly surprised that we can both eat here and be completely satisfied. Love that I can get a "diet" pizza (ordered a mini with half the norm of cheese) and he can get a bigger "mod" with whatever craziness he wants on it! This place is awesome when you want to create your own pizza or salad from premium toppings. You can also choose from a predetermined menu of staff favorites that are pretty good. Went on Friday night with the family. Very loud atmosphere in there between the loud music and place being packed. Very competitive to get a table! My daughter and I are gluten free, so we had the gluten free crust pizza. The gluten free crust was very disappointing. All the toppings are nice. Suggestion on the the toppings on the pizza, less is probably better. Salad was ok. Regular crust pizza according to rest of family was fine. I would Try the restaurant again but hope for a better crust on the gluten free. read more

Surprisingly this is really great pizza! It looked like a fad the first time we went. It was so busy and the line so long and the place so packed, we walked out and opted for a burger instead. Two weeks later and on a weeknight, still busy, but we decided to go for it anyhow...and we were really impressed. Our pizzas were pretty tasty, but not the best I've had by a long shot. The topper kind of overloaded my pie unfortunately (huge handful of pineapple and red peppers). Found myself having to pick off most of what she put on just to make it a balanced pie. As far as friendliness- I would give them a 7 out of 10. Didn't exceed my expectations in this category but weren't unfriendly by any means. Could have been a little more personable , but I understand it was the end of the day. (Roughly 7p.m. ) The milkshakes were tasty.. but again, not the best I've had by a long shot, and relatively small for the price which I believe was 3.25 ish? Just your normal milkshake you would get anywhere else, nothing Really unique about them. Their beverage selection was nice , as they offered many of the same tasty bottled drinks I find myself stocking up on at the house on a regular basis. So that was nice!!! their house teas were really good, as well as the lemonade ! I find myself very picky with my lemonade and found theirs to be a step above the rest. All in all, there were some definite positives about the place, but the customer service could be just a tad bit better, I would have liked to see friendlier and more personable employees to be completely honest. Also, would have liked to see more care put into my pie because I do see potential, just sort of a let down when the toppings become overwhelming and the balance isn't really there. I will be back at some point to give them another shot and maybe next time they will get a 5 star review if these little things are improved . read more
