(Ambassador bridge is my personal favorite) they clearly use fresh ingredients and you can taste the quality. From the buttery thick crust to the savory toppings this pizza is truly exceptional. The staff here is amazing as well, we generally order pick up but decided to stop in late one evening and opted to sit at the bar. The bartender on duty was talkative and friendly, and made our dining experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable with a section both for restaurant seating and bar seating, though they kind of mix with each other. If you are a fan of pizza do yourself a favor and try Via 313.

Somewhat basic sauce, but it is done well. Next time, I will order their signature pasta dish. Apparently it's a homemade family recipe. Last, but not least, dessert. We got tiramisu and panna cotta. The tiramisu was not our favorite. Out of dozens of tiramisu in denver, we only liked 1. And this was not it. But I would say this is above average for denver. Lady fingers were not soaked enough, the cream felt a bit stiff, and i just wanted I to be a bit more of a gooey mess. The panna cotta was excellent. A bit much on the fruit topping, which we didn't care for, but we loved the panna cotta underneath. Overall a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next visit and trying other items on their menu, like their pizza and their meat special.

I absolutely love love MOD Pizza. If you haven't had MOD Pizza you can create your own pizza with UNLIMITED toppings or pick from their different types on the menu. The pizza here is always fantastic and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees don't seem to mind if you ask for extras on something on your pizza but of course this is a thin crust so know your limits. You can also get an add on sauce when your pizza is done, I always get a sprinkle of pesto to finish the pizza off, so good! I love the caramelized peach tea, it has a wonderful rustic flavor that pairs well with the pizza, yum! The service and food at this location is always on point and they keep the restaurant clean when people are constantly coming in and out. For the drinks, the fresh teas are amazing. There is plenty of parking that is shared with other retail and restaurant establishments in this little plaza. read more

THE MANAGER TODAY WAS RUDE. A TALL WHITE OLDER MAN AND HE DID NOT WANT TO HONOR MY MILITARY DISCOUNT. He was prejudice against ME and I will never return again. I just left out about 20 mins ago and I will tell other military families to never go to THIS PLACE!!!!! This manager needs to be FIRED!!!!! Also he stood over the older lady while she was making my pizza and being very rude and telling her how to make the pizza. This is my new favorite pizza place. It isn't greasy like normal pizza. It is healthy and you feel good eating it. So to make up for all that healthy goodness, I had to get one of their fruit tarts. I got the strawberry one and it was worth all those extra calories. It is kind of Chipotle style where you pick what you want on your pizza. You can also pick from one of their creations. The employees are always friendly. They always ask if we need help with the menu, which is great because it is a new place. Great prices! Almost everything you could possibly think of to put on a pizza, for a flat rate and made right in front of you! It was thick, cheesy, and wonderful. It tasted like we would make at home if we have the know-how to make amazing pan pizza. It didn't have to resemble any pizzas from the past because it set a new standard for quality and goodness. We also ordered their thin crust vegetarian pizza which also tasted fresh and amazing. If you, like me, have been searching for pan pizza that tastes like your Chicago favorite, stop, take a breath, and take yourself over to Nocolo's to taste how pan pizza should taste.
