This is in a perfect location with many other things nearby. I have had MOD Pizza a couple times now and each time it did not disappoint. You can add any toppings you like without changing the price of the pizza and they do have tons of toppings to choose from! The customer service has always been wonderful on my visits and even when the line looks long they seem to get everyone taken care of fairly quick. Food always comes out hot and cooked just perfect. I recommend giving this place a shot! Also they do provide gluten friendly options if that is needed for your dietary restrictions. read more

Had lunch here. Pizza was eh. Wasn't good wasn't bad either. It is pretty fast and you can customize it any way you like. The crust was thin but not crispy. I had the ham and pineapple on half and meat lover on the other half. The ham was thick and didn't taste very good. Meats were a bit spicy to me. Tried and isn't going to be one of the places I'll returning to. I prefer CPK, it is more expensive but the flavor and fresh toppings are worth it. read more

My family and I always used to eat here since it opened but because of COVID we pick up and eat our food at home now. The pizza is great! I love changing up the unlimited toppings. The staff has always been friendly. I'm loving their new spicy marinara sauce and my husband usually gets either the pesto sauce or their new mushroom sauce. My kids stick to the original marina which is also yummy. Their variety of teas are great if you prefer not to drink regular fountain drinks. I also appreciate that they try to decrease germs from spreading by giving customers new clean cups for free refills. Oh and since we are frequent customers we downloaded their MOD app which allows you to scan your receipt and accumulate points for FREE pizza (which we've definitely enjoyed). Was super disappointed at this location. Not sure if we got a new employee or just someone who didn't know what they were doing. The store was fully staffed and a normal dinner time busy. Only one person was on the line for the first 10 mins we were in line. Someone finally came to help. He didn't really know what he was doing and was extremely slow. He added the wrong topping to my husbands pizza. Which happens but he just stood there and tried to pick it off which he couldn't. Both pizzas were burnt and not very good. read more

My family put in a mobile internet order. The pick up time was for 7:09 PM. I arrived at 7:10 and waited in the pick up line for 5 minutes. At 7:15 I asked if the order was ready. The young man looked at me like I had two heads. Then told me the order wasn't even put in. I asked if I could get my money back, he told me to go to the register. I went to the line for the register and stood there for another 25 minutes. No one helped anyone at the register at this time. I finally had to leave because we had a scheduled event that I was late for. The customer service was horrible. Pizza had the possibility to be good if it wasn't burnt but customer service was hard to overlook. Ordered online for in store pick up. Walked in and not one person acknowledged us even being there! They would take pizzas out of the oven and cut off burnt areas, and then serve them to the tables. I'm sure when you are paying for a large pizza you don't want Half of your pizza missing. They have a number matching system that should be simple. They kept taking the order number off the pizza and then couldn't figure out who the pizza belonged to. Would plate it and then put it back. Finally, we told them the pizza they kept putting on a plate to bring out was ours. No one said a WORD and handed us our BURNT pizza. At this point we left and ate our extremely disappointing pizza at home washed down with beer and soda (to mask the taste). MOD's needs better training on service and how to actually prepare food. Usually when I go in you can tell them extra cheese more pepperoni etc. so when I did online I put the extras of what I wanted in the special instruction spot. Not only did I NOT get extra toppings there were barely any in general, hardly no cheese which I asked for extra. Maybe 5 pepperonis on whole pizza which I also asked for extra. The dough needed to be cooked more which I've never had that happen there. So disappointed. Fabulous Thin Crust pizza, customize everything from sauce to final drizzle on top. We have enjoyed MOD many times, we've never had a bad pizza. We started our love of MOD Pizza when they opened a location in front of our neighborhood in Cypress. We missed it when we moved to Cedar Park; now we eat here every other week, at least. Our family makes everything from cheese only, light sauce; to a trash heap of a pizza that has a bit of every topping they offer. We always end up taking 1-2 home for later. Reheat in oven at 375 for 6-8 min. Keeps the crisp and cheese gooey. Will definitely come back. read more

My 1.5 year old got food poisoning & we had to go to the ER. Now backing up, we had been going to Pieology whose dough has been undercooked the past 2 times & who is careless about my daughters food allergies despite having GF/DF options. MOD's employees were nice and conscientious, and we had a great experience. We were happy to have a new place that my daughter could eat her favorite food (pizza) despite her food allergies. Then, at midnight, she started vomiting like I've never experienced before- 10 times, 4 hours straight, to the point that we were told to go to the ER. I 100% know it was food poisoning from MOD and it caused us the worst/scariest night and a rough following day. I called to let them know and the shift manager was very sympathetic & apologetic. She said she'd have the general manager call & he was the complete opposite. So rude and unsympathetic. I hope the nice people that work there find another gig and this place goes out of business. read more

MOD Pizza is a must when I am in Austin! I've been to several locations, but this location is by far my best experience. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and proficient. Most importantly, staff members are all well groomed, have a clean appearance, and we're wearing gloves all the time. The establishment is very clean, comfortable, and has an overall great vibe. Staff makes sure to check in with patrons to see if they need anything and even offer to clear your table of unnecessary trays and trash...which is very impressive for an order and sit place. My pizza was perfectly cooked and each slice was packed with toppings. I'm very happy with my visit! This location is definitely my preferred MOD and highly recommend it. read more

NO MORE WILL I GO TO MOD! I just returned from a horrendous experience picking up an online order. It said 17 minutes, so I went 15 mins later and sat in the overly crowded restaurant waiting for my 2 measly pizzas. in front of my order were 2 orders with 10 pizzas each. Each order they were calling out the names, but when the supposed 2 boxes showed for me, they never called out the name and put them between I-Q on their rack. my names starts with R so I just assumed that was another order. Well, 20 mins later I decide the look at those boxes and guess what??? IT WAS MY ORDER!!! They never said a word, and they had R on the rack for I-Q! Learn the alphabet people!!!! and how about calling a name out??? Or do you only do that for the huge orders, not the small insignificant ones?? I AM NEVER TAKING MY BUSINESS THERE, EVER AGAIN. This was my first time to eat here because, to be honest, I thought it was like Pieology which I don't like. Today, I was sitting at my desk thinking something garlic and bread-like would be good. I went to the website for MOD pizza to see what they had. They have a Pizza Salad. I love all salad and this was a perfect choice. I placed an online order and paid and scheduled it as they were not open yet. I picked it up at the exact time I had chosen. They gave me a pizza box and a sealed container of salad. The salad dressing was in little containers in the pizza box. It smelled great in the car and did not disappoint when I arrived. The photo online showed the salad on top of the pizza but I went ahead and ate the salad with a fork out of the bowl with the cheese covered pizza crust as a side thing. This item cost $11 with tax. This was almost more food than I could consume. With the pizza crust bread added, I am so full. I have that feeling when you've eaten more than necessary and you know dinner will not be needed. I wouldn't normally give stars for quantity but I do not like paying a lot for salad. It's not complicated and it's not cooked. I feel that $11 is okay for lunch and now it has turned into my dinner too so it was a bargain. The ingredients in the salad were chosen by me and it was great. There isn't much to say about warm pizza crust with cheese on it. I am pleased that I tried this today. I could have paid $8 at Salata but I wouldn't have gotten a pizza-sized piece of hot bread. Will definitely order from MOD regularly. read more
