The crust on the pizza is great! Overall a good tasting pizza. Placed order inside to go, the process of ordering seemed odd or possibly being trained so it did take a little longer then expected. Wait time overall for to go 30 minutes or so. Will try them again to Dine in not take out. read more

Every time we eat here it's because the food is good. If this place would stop hiring teenagers exclusively (including for management) , it would be a great place to eat. Not only is it chaos, because what do you expect from a bunch of kids but also, there apparently isn't a dress code because there was a girl with her literally butt cheeks hanging out and she would use her hands to pull her shorts down from all sides every 2 seconds and then immediately handle food. Thank god she didn't touch my pizza because I didn't want to have to request out loud for someone else to handle my food. I got sick after eating a vegan cheese pizza... haven't been sick in like 3 years. Maybe because they didn't change their gloves? I do have a dairy allergy. I ordered a vegan cheese pizza and I also got a blackberry lemonade. The vegan cheese was not the best, but they're bread and sauce were good enough to make it taste not bad lol. Customer service is horrible. The gentleman who we're making our pizza we're very uninviting.

So I order the pizza online to pick up and paid. I was informed through the website that the pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up at the restaurant 22 minutes after placing my order, and was told that my pizza had not been started. The pizza had not been assembled, had not been put in the oven, and most assuredly was not ready. The woman working there trying to feed me an excuse about how the printing machine got jammed in my order did not print out. I do not care about why, all I care about is that I paid upfront for a pizza that was completely ignored and now I have to stand in your store for an additional 20 minutes past the 22 minutes that I allotted for you to make it in the first place. As if all of this wasn't enough, when I finally got my pizza, they didn't even get the ingredients right. Sure the pizza tasted just fine, I might even say it was good. Today is national pineapple day and mod pizza was doing $5 pizzas with pineapple. I heard about this from my friend when she went to get a pizza, but wanted her pineapple on the side. They told her that was ok and she could still get a $5 pizza. When it was my turn to go on lunch break, I went and ordered the same pizza, but wanted my pineapple on the side but was charged full price and said they could not do that. I told them about my friend that was just there, but they acted like it didn't happen and was not going to follow through with it. read more

This is a better run location than the one in NW Austin. Very clean in comparison, staff is continuously checking on guests and wiping and cleaning. Pizza is how you make of it, your way. I've been there numerous times and have loved there pizza. I ordered online and in the comments asked for extra toppings (cheese and pepperoni). The pizza I got barley had any pepperoni and the sauce was scarce. Not only did I not get extra pepperoni, I had barley and cheese. This is our go to place for pizza! Love that they offer gluten-free options and they are always extremely friendly! I always get the pesto sauce, grilled chicken, garlic, red onions, and mushrooms on gluten-free crust. Highly recommend you try them out if you haven't. Tried MOD for the first time even though they are all over Austin. I have been going to blaze for the longest time since they are close to my house. MOD is no different than blaze. Same build your own pizza concept. This MOD that opened on 183 toll is a nice looking store with indoor outdoor seating. Employees were nice and informative. Fresh toppings. I like that they have Serrano's peppers on the offering. That's one difference from blaze or other fast casual pizza places. Other than that I find all these fast casual pizza's to be the same. Little different on the dough and sauce. I will come back if in the area otherwise I will stick to blaze that's closer to my house.. read more

We use to eat at the Mods 620 once a week for the last 18 months. Fast service, amazing pizza, never an issue. When the new Mods opened up on 183A and Whitestone, we were excited to have a Mods within 5 minutes. Yes they are new, but three of our six visits have had burned pizza. Tonight was a record, not just our family's but EVERY pizza we saw had a burned crust. I had them make a new pizza for my daughter but stood there for 20 minutes waiting. Her pizza was perfect, mine was cold, wife and son just suffered through so we could get out of there. Management or HQ, you need to dive in, train and stay on top of this. Mods is great pizza but this is a hit to your brand. As for us, we're heading back to Mods 620. Much better and worth the 20 minute commute. read more

Was truly worried about the crust but it was crispy. Spicy marinara was tasty. Ingredients looked good. Super fast from order to table. Our 1st time and we ordered online. Great website made ordering and customizing our 3 pizzas really easy. There are some really great toppings to choose from, something for everyone. I love how they have the calorie count, nutritional information, and allergen information right there for you. We opted for pick up and our order was right on time and everyone was really friendly. I hadn't been to a MOD Pizza before until last week. We were so impressed, especially being that they had cauliflower crust and I was able to make my own pizza. I was impressed with James who not only was our cashier, but I thought he was the owner as he was thorough and went above and beyond. Zero stars. This is the WOOOORRRRRRSSSST location for mobile orders. Time after time after TIME i put an online order in to pick up on the way home after work. Its NEVER been ready on time, in fact, always 20-30 min late. On top of that, they can't help me with a refund unless I wait in line......so I should have just ordered my pizza there? Why even accept online orders if you can't meet the expectation or refund someones money efficiently!? I've even tried ordering it for an earlier pick up time just in case they are late........nope, still late. Absolutely ridiculous. So many options for pizza in Austin/Cedar Park. It's none of you business if I want more cheese than the little bit you try to put on it. STHU and put what I want on it. We had to ask for 10 time to put more and even after that it did not had enough to get veg in every bite. On top, the server, she was making faces why we are asking for toppings. Imagine a Chipotle - that kind of go down the line and tell someone how to build your ultimate food mechanic. Now imagine if every single thing that you wanted on your pizza was miles above the normal pizza joints. Imagine that every employee you deal with is hyper-knowledgable about every single ingredient, and makes you feel better just for having talked with them. That's MOD Pizza. I get excited about eating here. Yes, the pizza is a little smaller than you'd get at the Domino's here in Lakeway, and it's the same price, but literally every thing about MOD is so much better that I'd probably pay almost double for the same product and service.
