Consistently the best Mod pizza in the area. Great staff, clean store, and they never disappoint.

they were very busy, i waited patiently while i watched customers shake their heads & i witnessed a lady cuss out the staff, because she didn't look at the names of the pizzas on the "ready for pickup" table, so she stood there for 5 minutes waiting then complained about waiting. her fault not the employees. i'm so sorry to the employees who are working to serve the 100 people who just ordered at the same time, they don't deserve to be treated badly because of that. read more

I'm very impressed with this place. The vibe in store is fantastic, the prices are great and the customer service is fantastic. The gal that greeted us had such a great attitude and was ready to give us a whole run down of how the menu works seeing as it was our first time. Everyone seemed to have pretty authentic smiles like they really like, or love, their jobs. Also, as many toppings as you want for one price?!? You can watch them build it, kind of like subway, so they get it exactly the way you want it. My pizza was super tasty and that flavored lemonade they have is yummy. I will be going back. read more

I'm not even a pizza lover but I love MOD pizza! I like how my family can order a pizza to their specifications, similar to Subway. The staff is exceptional and friendly. We've been back multiple times and each time does not disappoint. They have old fashioned lemonade and teas as well as sodas. The doors slide up to the outside seating for these rare warm Washington days. This is our go-to place when family visits because it's always quick and delicious! read more

We go to a MOD almost every Friday. We go to different MODS around the Everett area. Tonight we went to Burlington MOD and I was so impressed by the service and food. We brought our elderly mother in who takes quite awhile to order... the gal making her pizza was so friendly and patient with her!!! The man at the register was equally patient and friendly! I went today with my wife to experience the new MOD Pizza in Burlington, and I am impressed as I always am with MOD Pizza. I got an 11inch pizza with as many toppings as I wanted, and my wife got a medium salad completely customized to her taste. In 5 minutes, we were both eating. The place was full, but service was fast and the oven cooked in record time despite the many pies competing for a spot. So thank you MOD Pizza, you did a great job today! read more

Mod pizza is usually GREAT!.....but not this location. We stopped by quick before shopping and they got our order quick, which is always appreciated. However, the quality of pizza at this location was poor at best. No sauce on the pizza and next to nothing for toppings. So disappointed. read more

Good pizza. Irritating how the staff usually tries to get out of putting on extra toppings by pushing you along to as quick as the can. It borderlines rude and although I eat here frequently, it never ceases to bother me. Sometimes, I stall telling them what I want just because their impoliteness bothers me. read more

Checked out the new pizza location. First time at a Mod pizza. Definitely not for us. Similar to five guys every time someone walks in the entire staff yells hello which was overwhelming for my daughter. The crust is awful. More like a cracker than a pizza crust. The edges came out burnt. The toppings were great hence the 2. We also ordered the garlic strips but it was like eating cardboard. They do have outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine however it is a busy intersection. read more

I thoroughly enjoy Mod Pizza. The staff are all upbeat and friendly and the pizza is very good. I like the do-it-yourself method of selecting the toppings and when I ask for more of something they're happy to comply. Even when it's busy the pizza is ready quickly. Shout out to NICK!! our 1st time there, i am anaphylactically allergic to pineapple, which is on the pizza topping selection bar. No only did he change his gloves, but did not take any of my selections from the bar in case other servers had pineapple on their gloves or juices had dripped into selection bin, but took my selections from the replenish containers that were underneath the selection bar. I really appreciated that kind of service especially when i had not asked for it at that level. Thanks NICK!! read more

I wanted to like this place! Stopped by around 4:15 on a Friday afternoon. Only two people ahead of me, but I waited more than 10 min. just to get a nod. Tried to figure out sizes and prices, but no signs. Had to wait to get up to the line to ask. Ordered a Dominic, Mad Dog, and a very expensive small salad. Got home with a Dominic with probably 10 tiny pieces of sausage on the whole thing. Basil (tiny amount) on 1/4 of the pizza. Very thin sauce, burnt and tasteless crust. The Mad Dog was instead a Maddy, with cheese only. I've never opened a pizza box to check before leaving, but I sure would here. I won't be going back and will stick to Papa Murphy's. I'm surprised at all the good reviews-I'm usually not that picky! Young workers were more interested in appearing 'cool' and visiting than waiting on customers and being helpful. Several people in line commented on how slow they were. Lots of workers, but only two working with people. read more

Crust was burnt and so thin that it just fell apart when picking it up. And really, $6.27 for a side salad?! You may be get 2 cups of lettuce. Regardless of the toppings, this is an insane price for a tiny salad! read more

The wife and I were able to check this place out tonight and were less than impressed. While we were standing in the 15min line some woman decided she needed to keep going back and forth cutting in and out of line to the tables about 3 times because she obviously couldn't decide what she wanted, then after having to repeat my order 3 times to the order taker I was told I could jump the line (which was nice) since I wanted my 2 mini pizza's how it's described on the menu, only to be told i had to repeat my entire order once again to the cashier who was very snooty and didn't seem to know her job very well. Also don't expect a quiet dinner here, the place was about 1/2 to 3/4 full of people and I don't know if it's just how the building is set up or what but it was extremely loud and that was with their big roll up door open. As for the food my wife and I both agreed we wish we had gone to Papa Murphy's. read more

I am amazed at the good reviews regarding food tastiness and presentation. In actuality, the toppings are skimpy and the flavors are underwhelming. I felt sorry for the prep staff; they are responsive and very personable. However, customers must get their hopes up with the end product such a disappointment. The setting is cheerful, the beer is quite good. However, with the long line of waiting customers, the busing of tables is slow, and I emphasize the staff hustles & runs.
