Loved the food, loved the concept, friendly service to boot. However, manager needs to get on top of the cleaning. The tables were not wiped down, the trash bins were overflowing, and the bathrooms needed a bit of attention. Usually a good experience. Crew working today was horrible. No idea of pizza orders. One girl walking through the door to the back yelling this place is ridiculous! One pizza was done, my son ate and they still hadn't put my pizza in the oven. I told them and the girl rolled her eyes and proceeded to put other pies in. What can I say? Pizza just the way you want it. Just about any combination of toppings you can imagine. Stay away from the strips. Not worth the money. It's all about the pizza here. We go to this Mod a lot. Always great pizza with speedy service. We went today and sadly to say, not sure if we will go back. First of all the people working directly over the food had longish hair that was not pulled back or tamed in any way. One employee had on pants that we could see his underwear. Secondly the service was extremely slow. we waited for at least 10 - 15 minutes with only one party ahead of us. Not sure if they were processing call - in or internet orders, but this was very frustrating. This has been out go to place, so its a shame that it is being managed like this now. read more

I honestly love MOD Pizza on ai airport Road. Every time I walk in there the atmosphere is so friendly and energetic and it just makes me want to come back. The food is great the service is great especially with really that help me last time I believe their names were Kelsey, Leslie, Ovana. Ok so for this visit it was not very good. I got in line and was able to order quickly then went over to pay. The girl at the register took my credit card for payment then left the slip for me to sign and walked away leaving my slip on the counter so anyone could just pick it up. I realize the credit card info is mostly hidden but that's poor service. I then went over to an open table and it was filthy so I cleaned it off with napkins and sat down. I waited over 20 minutes and nothing so I went up to the counter to check the status of my pizza because I saw at least six people who were behind me walk up and get their food before I was called. They said they gave my pizza away mistakenly even with my name on it so I had to reorder and wait another 15 or so minutes because they got busier. I normally like it here but I must admit if the service is like this next time I'll be heading down the street to one of the many other options. Very disappointing. read more

I ordered online for a 5:30 pm pickup. I went to the restaurant at 5:28 and was told by the cashier that they would call my name when my pizza was ready. I sat there until 5:40 pm. They never called my name. I had to approach them. The pizza was sitting in a box already cold and unappetizing. The excuse the manager gave me was that they didn't know I was there, which is no excuse at all. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for the pizza a second time even though I paid by credit card online. I suspect someone failed to educate the staff on how online ordering works and how to implement the company's business plan. read more

This is a great restaurant concept. The level of "customization" possible with the ingredients they offer, at no extra charge, is incredible. The pizzas do come out pretty quickly for something that gets baked in an oven. The pizza crust is thin so it does get a little floppy if you put too much stuff on it. I come for lunch on weekdays and have never had a problem finding seating. My only beef is that there is sometimes confusion in the "pick up" process. Sometimes they don't call your name and just leave it sitting there on the counter, even though they take your name during the ordering process. read more

I've only ever been to this location of Mod Pizza and it is always great. Seriously I like what they're doing and I hope they don't change anything. So basically it's like Subway but with pizza. The wait was too long and they weren't even busy at all. My pizza sat for too long and the customers that ordered after me got their pizzas first. They refused to reheat her pizza cause it was cut in fours. The service was poor and rude. There was no eagerness to help or care provided. They called a manager to issue me a refund. The manager came out and handed me my money and never asked what happened or apologized for the issue. They never even offered to make a new pizza since they couldn't reheat mine. I thought the pizza was great a little overpriced but good I added a create your own salad it was gross my friend ordered the same salad and his was two times the size and we had ordered the same salad $33 bucks for 2 for lunch ehh whatever not bad but I would probably skip the salad next time I got a glass bottle of coke I was feeling retro then after our meal I was surprised they had no recycling there for it (not the end of the world I just personally like to recycle and especially glass) before I chucked it in the garbage I asked one of the workers if there was a recycling bin that I might have missed she looked at me like I had 2 heads and rolled her eyes to a fellow co worker. Good idea bad execution ! The idea of creating a pizza on the spot is great even though it's Cramer's idea from Seinfeld! That is were the good ends! The pizza was horrible, tasted like Ellios frozen pizza. The dough instead of folding just cracked like a cracker! The cracker crust was horrible.The sauce is nothing special. read more

It was disgusting! The sauce tasted like something from the grocery store and left a terrible aftertaste. The crust was like cardboard and the toppings were nothing special, certainly not the "local, organic" produce advertised. The service was just okay. They mixed up our order and put all the wrong things on our pizzas. We were trying to be flexible but it was obvious that they can't keep up. It is a great concept but falls apart in practice. Julia was so friendly..I was there a few days ago and I was greeted by a young girl with long hair and nice eyebrows, she was super friendly explained everything to me, I made my pizza and was greeted at the register by another friendly young lady with blonde hair...I was directed to sit as I wait for my pizza and my name would be called when it was ready, I asked her for the name of the girl that greeted me and she said it was Elga and i asked for her name also and she said it was Ovanna...I love this place would recommend it to other people, you don't get the friendly atmosphere anywhere that much read more

Ok This is more of an operations kind of rant. The food was subpar. Pizza Crust is like the crackers they give you in church. Dont order the salads. They dont know how to ring it up properly and you get more bang for your buck at salad works, panera or chipotle. I understand this place is new, but it feels like the manager is 19 years old and told all their friends they were hired to work this pizza chain. The atmosphere of the place has so much potential, but the tables were dirty ( only one attendant was profusely cleaning the beverage area) while all 9 other people were preparing and touching your meal at some point chatting and laughing with each other while there was a small line. It's silly. To top it off the people serving kept on the forgetting who ordered what. That is what happens when there is poor communication or work experience. There was no sense of urgency to help the customers in line, no knowledge of what goes on their specific pizzas or salads. Oh and one last muy importante thing , cross contamination galore. The moment and inspector sees\ the food prep people using the same tong to touch meats, dairy and veggies, they will have a conniption. read more
