My husband and I came here for the first time specifically to try their carne asada fries. The fries had absolutely no toppings and were extremely dry. The picture we saw on their social media is nothing like what we received. The food was extremely dry and lacked a lot of flavor. So disappointing.

Found what looks like to be beard hair in my burrito which is disgusting, don't understand how that even happens... Asked for sour cream on both burritos I got and neither one has it also the burrito is dry and some of the meat is fatty. Definitely won't be back here after this

Delicious food and came out at a nice pace! Chicken burrito was yummy and moist along with the asada fries being equally as good. We will definitely have to come back :)

Almost had everything on the menu and everything has been great, the asada Torta is one of the best around, it's fast and always consistent in flavor and quality which has been hard to find up here. This spot is good to go

I recently moved into this area, and I'm so happy I found this taco truck right around the corner from where I live. I decided to try their super burrito of carne asada and first bite I fell in love. Their meat is so freaking delicious! I thought it was well distributed with all of the ingredients (rice, beans, sour cream, avo, meat) and although size wise it's not as big, because it's packed up with food it's very filling! The workers are friendly and they don't take too long to prepare your food. The wait time is about 15 minutes for them to cook everything. I also tried their horchata and it was okay, I think I've tasted better elsewhere, but it wasn't entirely horrible. I would get it again. A few nights ago, I decided to try one of their tortas, and it comes with complimentary fries on the side. When I tell you my mouth fell open when I opened my box, it did 100%. I couldn't believe how HUGE this torta was. Mind you, both the burrito and torta are around $13, and I believe the torta is worth more to get due to it being bigger in size and it also comes with French fries. The location of this truck offers plenty parking and although many people come to buy from it, there's hardly a long wait to order. I'm so so happy I live close by to it so I can come whenever I want. I hope they never move far! If you're ever in the area, stop by!

Pleasantly surprised. Happened to stumble upon this place on our way home. Decided to stop in and glad we did!! The place was extremely clean. And everything was made fresh to order. Brought it home and everyone was pleased with their order. Definitely stopping by again!

The servers were nice and personable. Husband noticed they had ceviche on the menu, either camaron (shrimp) or pescado (fish) "made at time of order". When the ceviche came out, we were both blown away. Plenty of fresh fish pieces served with a darker sauce, not the usual clear lime juices. The flavors were so fresh and full of umami, it was a burst of goodness that you must try! I asked someone about this - turns out he was the chef! I forget his name but he was so gracious in explaining the salsas he creates and adds to the juice for that delicious burst of flavors! I had never seen this before. It elevated that dish so much. He spoke about how this is actually traditional in his hometown in MX. He then surprised us when he came out with 2 small bowls of the salsas, one brown and one deeper red. So delicious and fun to taste on their own and with chips too! I had a combo plate with the chili verde enchilada and chili relleno. The pork in the enchilada was super fresh, soft, flaky, incredibly yummy! We'll be going back for sure.

My husband had asked for his chimi to have red sauce and I had asked for mine with green, they both came mixed with both sauces on them. The red sauce wasn't very good and it was weird being mixed. My chimi wasn't very well cooked, kinda doughy in the middle. We didn't get a receipt so we couldn't reference the amount we were charged for each thing, but by menu prices it should have come out to about $55. The hit for me is that MENUDO is available on a non-weekend! I've been craving it and when I ordered it (on a Tuesday), I hoped it would be fresh and it was! The broth was savory and flavorful as is but with the added oregano, dried peppers, onions, and cilantro to my liking- it just made it even better! The best part was that you can either order it with pata or no pata. Shoooot, you don't have to ask me twice! When I finally made plans to visit, I love the decor and atmosphere of the place but the welcoming wasn't really welcoming. Was asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't. I asked if walk ins are available or if we could sit at the bar. They don't have a bar seating area so no. We were sat in the middle area. The tables by the walls were mainly booths for larger groups while the middle tables would have guest of 2, 3 or 4 Our server first greeted us in Spanish and began speaking more in Spanish even though we replied in English after not understanding what he said we just ordered our drinks speaking in English. He continued to speak Spanish to us every time he came by. He knows English though and we kinda wondered why he kept speaking in Spanish to us. Me and my cousin have mixed ethnicity so we kinda look Spanish but based on our tone in speaking you could tell we only know English. Later I noticed that the booth tables were all Spanish speaking and the middle tables had every other ethnicity but I could be jumping ahead thinking wrong and the guest in booths made reservations Besides all that mentioning the star off issue, the food and drinks were great. Seriously on the high side, lunch or dinner here is definitely a celebration anniversary date night place I wanted the Tomahawk steak but after seeing that they cut it for you in front of your group I didn't think it was worth it. I probably wouldn't return any time soon but it's a must try for sure. The to go bags are so cute too as well as the delivery of the bill. The restaurant was not particularly busy, which made the lack of service even more frustrating. Our food arrived cold, and it wasn't very good flavor wise to begin with, so having it served cold made the experience even worse. One person in our party ordered the surf and turf, which came out significantly later than everyone else's food. It was delivered on a push cart and assembled tableside, which could have been a nice experience, but the server handling it seemed completely uninterested. She didn't smile, say anything to us, or provide any sort of customer service. She essentially assembled the dish and tossed the plate in front of him before walking away. We also hardly saw our actual server throughout the evening. I ultimately had to flag him down toward the end of the meal just to ask for water refills and to cancel appetizers that had never even come out. What made it even worse is he was not apologetic at all. A lady will come around a take photos of your group and bring them back out printed and framed for $25 per picture. That's nice if you're celebrating something but still pricey. For how expensive this restaurant is, we expected a much higher level of service and food quality. The ambiance definitely gives off a high-end, upscale feel, but unfortunately, the food and service did not match what the restaurant is trying to portray. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed and would not consider the experience worth the price. Do better. Oh, and make sure you check your receipts because tequila shots were added to ours that we did not order.

The most disappointing element was the carne asada itself. Rather than tender, well-seasoned slices of grilled beef, the filling consisted primarily of small, dry, crunchy pieces that lacked both the texture and character of properly prepared steak. Traditionally, carne asada is made from cuts such as skirt steak (arrachera) or flank steak, grilled over high heat and sliced into strips. That preparation preserves the meat's tenderness while allowing the marinade and char from the grill to remain prominent. Unfortunately, the beef here felt more like fragmented remnants than deliberately prepared carne asada. More broadly, the burrito seemed to lack the care and attention to detail that can elevate simple ingredients into something memorable. There was nothing particularly offensive about it, but there was also little that suggested the food had been prepared with the level of craft or affection one hopes to find in a good neighborhood taqueria.

We were able to sit down right away in the bar area so that was nice. Our waiter came over pretty quick to see if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered some waters, a Paloma, and a beer. He came back shortly with chips and salsa and waters. We took a few minutes before we ordered and for our order we ordered the Birria tacos that came with beans and rice and the enchilada and Tamale with beans and rice. The chips were fresh and the salsa was really delicious. It was just enough spice in it and the flavor was great. Our entrees came out shortly which was pretty fast. The Birria tacos were fresh and hot, the flavor was great, and the dipping sauce completed the tacos. The Tamale and Enchilada was also delicious. The Chicken inside the enchilada was tender and tasty, the tamale was also fresh, tender, and cooked perfect. The highlight of the meal even with everything tasting great already were the beans. I asked to add jalapeños- they said that would cost an extra $2. That is crazy. I know food prices are rising but jalapeños are still inexpensive - I've eaten at hundreds of Mexican places - not one ( except Taco Hell - Bell- ) has charged me for jalapeños. So after taking my order he told me to come back in 15 minutes - like standing there and waiting was going to cost them money - how rude. Another bad 1st - being told I can't stay and wait for my order at a place I ordered from - WTF? Also the prices are too high - I can get burritos in San Francisco for $12 and they're great - as I did yesterday at a street fare - I thought $7.95 was too cheep for a burrito - but $18 in a small town? The burrito better be best tasting ever - writing this while I sit in my car. When I walked in the restaurant it was quiet - Saturday at 8:20 pm in the summer - was dead and it still takes them 15 to twenty minutes to make a burrito? That is crazy. So the ambience did not impress me that's for sure. What could improve? How about treating your customers who come into a place for the first time nice and not ask them to come back? How about not charging for jalapeños when every. other Real ( Taco Bell in NOT Mexican food) Mexican restaurant does not charge for them??? Update - the young man who took my order seemed like he did NOT want to be there - and was not attentive. When I picked up my order there were two women who were friendly and nice to me - so I added a star. The burrito itself - the beef had a excellent taste and the refried beans were good ( yes - I have had bad refried beans before ) so the burrito tasted good but on the bland side as no salsa was inside the burrito. Etc when the first guy took my order and told me jalapeños were an extra $2 I said no to the extra but did request extra salsa - all I got was a small - very small container - I like my Mexican food spicy - and this was not - tho had the potential to be great with some heat - spice - the salsa/ more of a sauce than salsa - had an excellent flavor but no the mild side for me but if had a lot of it - it would have worked as it did have a good to excellent flavor - so it gets only two stars - had excellent potential to be great - but initial bad service from the male staff and charging for jalapeños and very little salsa killed it - can not recommend
