I asked for a drink recommendation and she gave me two great options. I chose the Tres Cucumber and it was amazing. Refreshing, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced with a clean cucumber flavor. My husband ordered the Old Fashioned, which was also very well done. We shared the fudge brownie for dessert and it was rich, moist, and elevated with just the right hint of espresso. The atmosphere is comfortable and versatile. It works just as well for a date night as it does for a girls night or a casual meet-up with a friend. 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend this spot and will absolutely be back.

We were lucky enough to get a table along the perimeter at the window so we had a nice view and could still have conversation. We ordered some flatbread for the table (variety of 3) and they were somewhat underwhelming, neither warm nor cold, and appeared to have just had items dropped on top of them. Having ordered them once (to go) from this location as well as in-house at the Town & Country location, where they were very good both times, somebody was just a little off their game today. We also ordered shakshuka, which was very good and wiped away the memory of the less than stellar flatbread. I would definitely return here again and try other things.

Hey y'all !! Back with another review !…read more I decided to visit this winery despite the happy hour mix up . They had a sign posted outside says 5 wine , 5 cheese 5-11pm lol idk but a bunch of us thought that meant $5 wine and cheeses .. but it was $45. I love wine so I don't mind indulging in luxury . Now the popcorn was 10/10 the Parmesan with the chili powder is a hit $9 .. you get enough to share with 2/3 ppl . The wine we got was very tasty . I loved it tbh. Now , here something I felt was very wrong. I'm not a business major but I owned a business and I guess this depends on morals . This wine in the store is $6 .. we were charged $48 .. I get making your money . I would've been okay with it being $20-25 but almost $50 which it was with tax is wild . That's 700% over its value. It was also described as very high end lol " Italian "... I've visited really expensive winery's like Stella wine bar and vineyards and the prices were not even close to these. I live in the commmunity and I'm honestly shocked but I'm not from Texas . This wouldn't fly back home . I did ask and he said he couldn't discuss because he wasn't the owner , understood Overall , place is beautiful ... very comfy . I would love to visit again maybe during happy hour to taste plenty more . Please do go though if you don't mind upscale of prices 10/10 for experience and ambiance 7/10 wine Prices 5/10 ( due to over priced vs market price)

Similar to other recently opened venues that serve beer on tap and feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, there is something available for all ages in your party. Though parking is free in their lot, it does quickly fill up as the evening progresses. Our friends had reserved a few tables outside, but it also turned out to be the coldest day of the year, so we ended up settling inside. We sampled sliders, hot dogs, flat breads, pizza, pretzels, nachos, and chicken lollipops, which were served in metal catering trays along a long table. All the food items that were ordered were good. We did not order anything to drink, but the servers did a great job of coming by our tables to see if we needed anything throughout the evening, and he had quite a large party. The outdoor space is pretty large, with open areas of turf for lawn games and kids to run around. There is also ample outdoor seating, with a few food trucks along the outer part of the venue. Not sure if these are left out year-round, but they had these fire pit space heater/light sources between the tables that provided a nice touch to the outdoor space, especially as the evening grew darker. Although we don't live nearby, this was a great spot to celebrate a birthday, hang out with friends, date night, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you live on this side of town.

Inside, you've got cold A/C and comfortable seating if you want to escape the heat. Outside, there are shaded tables and an upper patio with fans that actually keep the air moving. You can pick your vibe depending on how hot it feels outside. As for the beer selection... they aren't playing. There's a huge variety on tap, something for every taste. When I visited, there were also food trucks on-site along with a small in-house menu, so grabbing a bite was easy. But the real surprise is the bourbon whiskey room hidden behind those red velvet curtains. It has that quiet, speakeasy feel -- a completely different atmosphere from the main area. Definitely worth stepping inside if you enjoy bourbon. Prices are reasonable, the energy is relaxed, and it's the kind of place you can hang out, talk, and enjoy yourself without feeling rushed. If you haven't checked it out yet, go. It's a fun spot with a lot of character.

A week later I called and asked if there were any other tables available and I was told no that they were completely booked. So I asked to make a note that if there were any cancellations that I would like a regular table. A few days later I called again and asked if there were any other tables were available and was told the same thing. The day before I happened to be in the area and walked in and spoke to a lady and I was told that she couldn't make any changes to the tables without her manger there I was even shown the table we will seating at. We arrived on Valentine's 10 mins earlier at the restaurant and were seated at the reserved table. Everything was fine. Our waiter was good. Up until the table next to us was seated to a different table before they sat down. At the same time the musicians were setting up right behind my husband. I mean right behind him. In which we called over the manager Jorge Rosales to see if we can change tables. He seemed very dismissive and stated that this is the table we reserved. That this was the bar area and music right next to us was expected. I told him that if we didn't get another table that we wanted a discount and he was adamant about not giving a discount. I then went to the ladies at The Who were no use at all. Finally they a lady with glasses found a table. This all being said the menu was prefixed at $94 a person. The food was mediocre at best for the price. The only good thing was the valet. The reservation personnel had to be the laziest and least competent people I've ever dealt with. I find it hard to believe that not one or more people cancelled their reservation for that night. If so then that wouldn't be able to change our table. It saddens me because we went to Pane e Vino once before and everything was exceptional

I had worked up a good appetite from walking around and Italian sounded good. When I arrived it was around 5:30 and I was the only one there. I wasn't sure if they were open because it was pretty dark from the street and the open sign was not illuminated. I was undecided on if I wanted take out or dine in but I wanted to try some specials and see how the service was so I opted for dine in. This night was an odd one because center pointe had shut off their gas and locked the meter. So they were unable to cook/heat. I decided to wait because I think it's nice to be kind to local establishments and they all seemed a little stressed. After about 10 minutes I was told it would be okay and they sat me at a table. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to come back to me. I could hear them in the kitchen saying go take care or that lady a few times and eventually someone did come out. I ordered a glass or house Chianti and the crab cake. Chianti was nice and smooth. They brought out complimentary bread with a salmon mousse and olive tapenade. I did need to ask what the dips were as the person that dropped them off did not explain what it was. The crab cake was cold in the middle. When the server came over I did mention it was cold and they remade it for me. It was much better hot. For my entree I got the Seabass. I also ordered the lobster fish for my husband to go. The seafood portions were generous. They did clear my utensils so when my Seabass was served I had nothing to eat it with. No one really paid attention or noticed this so after about 5 minutes I flagged someone down and said I needed utensils so I could eat. Seabass was good, I would probably try something different next time though. The star of the show was the tiramisu. I thought it was incredible. I loved the chocolate chips it in and all the fresh fruit around the sides. At this point the service became slightly better but I never had the same server or person helping me. I had to remind them I had asked for a dish to go. All in all I had a nice meal but I felt it would have been better had someone on the staff at least acknowledge my patience of the fact that I waited though the gas problem and the lack of consistent service. A small thank you or even a complimentary dessert or glass of wine would have gone a long way in making me feel valued. Instead I felt like my business wasn't appreciated and the service was very inconsistent. It would be a solid 4/5 stars with that improvement.

The weather will do whatever it will, but the menu remains seasonal with old favorites like the diced shrimp tempura (an absolute must), and new favorites. The fact that I could've been eating the broccoli katsu this entire time is absurd, and that white chili aioli can and should go on everything, especially the shrimp tempura. Quality remains consistent across the board and freshness was tasted at first bite of every dish. Service was great! Water was refilled without having to glance around, and though I couldn't get a midori sour today, my modified torched Paloma had the exact level of sweetness I wanted. As obvious as the casual polish present is, Tobiuo is such an approachable, welcoming establishment. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, allergies are even asked upfront so the meal can be appropriately modified, and the 2 - 5 pm happy hour menu is nothing to scoff at.

The service was wonderful and everything came out quickly. I tried the oysters which were my least favorite out of everything I tried. The onions take away the flavor of the oysters. Then I tried the unagi sushi and that one was okay it tasted like some other sushi rolls I've had. It was good it just didn't stand out. Then I tried the brown sugar scallops which the scallops are a big size and in like a thick soup like cream. It reminded me of clam chowder. I don't know if I would order it again but it is worth a try. I tried the foie gras and this was torched and I loved the texture where it melted in my mouth. However, the flavors were a bit weird I guess they're going for a fruity flavor but it just doesn't work together especially the dried strawberry on top. I tried the tomato kanapaccio and that one was good for a vegetable. I thought that blended well with all of the flavors. Then my favorite was the hamachi kosho it's spicy from the Serrano peppers but that kick is just what I needed in a hamachi. My next favorite was the miso cod. The miso cod had some bones in it but the fish was so soft and practically fell off the bone. The Brussel sprouts were good as well. It didn't stand out but it just tasted like other places nothing special. I also tried the sashimi belly flight, bluefin flight, and salmon flight. You can get these in nigiri with but I believe you get fewer slices(3 or 2) The belly flight was my favorite. It had 3 different fishes and my favorite on that spread was the o toro. The quality of the fish were tasty it didn't really have any flavors on it so do not expect a flavored fish this is just sashimi.
