    went into the store looking for transmission fluid for my mercedes c300 and was told that a certain…read morefluid was right. did transmission flush with filter according to mercedes instructions and transmission did not act normal. that was on friday. Did a little research on fluids and found out that the fluid was wrong according to mercedes. I needed a blue fluid which is specific to my transmission. Had to wait till monday and took empty bottles and receipts to manager. After a little research and a call to amsoil who said it was just a dye to color, i was told that the fluid they gave me was right. I left because i had to go to work. He said he would call me. Later that day tyler left a message saying he got me a filter and different fluid. When i went back today they got 1 bottle of a different fluid which says its for my car and particular transmission and a new filter kit. I told them i needed 10 to flush out the wrong fluid. They then said they only ordered 6 and would have to order more. They i was told that i would still have to pay for the new oil and filter at cost. I asked about the wrong fluid and was told they cant credit me for that. I was willing to pay for the extra cost of the right fluid but they still said their website still says that the oil the gave me was right. Maybe the amsoil rep can help me out. Now i am ordering from someone else since i have to pay for everything. I will be contacting them for a new transmission if this one is messed up due to their wrong fluid.

    I had a transfer case rebuilt by these guys and the turnaround time was less than 2 days. Got it…read moreinstalled with no issues and was out wheeling the same day. Lots of new hardware and everything came back so fresh and so clean! I almost rebuilt it myself but for the price I paid. $1143.88 + $48 shipping there it was a deal. The rebuild kit itself is $600 so the extra is worth the headache I avoided. The build is a little cheaper if you dont choose the aftermarket bracket. Thank you for the great work!

Things didn't go as planned initially because of a warehouse miscommunication, and I was pretty annoyed. In addition a part (springs) I ordered was not in stock (COVID). The part out of stock was set to arrive in October. I initially wanted a partial shipment, but changed my mind a couple of days later and indicated all could be shipped at the same time. I expected everything to arrive around October. Today, I get an email stating everything had shipped, including the springs that were on back order. I emailed Josh at Wheeler's to confirm this was true. He said it was and I'm expecting to get everything today (09/01/2020). Wheeler's turned what could have become a really bad experience into something good, which is something all of their customers expect from them. Thank you, Wheeler's. I'm a customer for life.

From the moment I arrived, Grant made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly, and took the time to really listen without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. After going to so many other dealerships where I often felt like just another sale or felt pushed into decisions, working with Grant was a completely refreshing experience. What stood out most was how much he cared about making sure I felt good about everything. He explained things clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even when we were there well after closing, he and the team were still just as helpful and welcoming as they were at the start of the day. The dealership itself was also very clean, open, and comfortable, with small touches like fresh ground coffee and cold water available that made it feel inviting rather than stressful.
