2002 FORD ECONOLINE UVL 603A LIFT so first let me say If I could give negative STARS I would. so last year the door operators on my van were not working properly so I took it in to get it looked at, I had them replace a cable and It worked ok but there were some other issues fast forward 3 months later and I decided to get new door operators after the service manager JASON told me they would not install the new wiring kit for the old door operators while his so called factory trained tech RICK complained the whole time about actually having to think about what he is doing, instead of changing parts . So after I get the new door operators my lift stops operating correctly it wont open or close when doors are fully opened, I take it back to have them trouble shoot 2 times and they can't make it fail because It only fails when it's cold outside mind you this is at 130.00 and hour, so after I basically seen how incompetent these people are I took it apart my self and found a bad door switch something these guys should have found, If you want the job done right and not a part changer or being told you need all new parts because we can't fix these since it actually takes some technical skills don't take it here, I mean all they had to do is OHM out door switch and they would have seen the switch was bad but no all JASON said was it was an intermittent problem, I will be contacting their corporate office this is ridiculous, STEVE RIFFLE the GM is no better as a whole this place is terrible the only good thing was the free water at the office... UPDATE : to show how unprofessional this place is, I get a phone call right after I post this from STEVE RIFFLE basically telling me I do not know what I am talking about, he will not work on my van and why I posted this now months later , HEY ASSHOLE I posted It now because I suffered through a WINTER with a lift that didn't work, because your TECHS didn't fix it and I spent 2 hours and now it works great, not to worry the fact I had given up on MOBILITY WORKS and not taken it back shows how much I really think of you guys anyway.. read more

I went here for repairs for my 04 toyota sienna power door paid $120 for an estimate that just took 30 mins. they told me that the motor was shot and had to be replaced and cost over $1500. I dont have that kind of money so I went some where else to get an estimate and i was told to replace cable only for $250 and motor was fine. Its working now. Will not ever go back here again or recommend this place to anyone unless your looking to get ripped off. Its bad enough for people with disabilities specially those on a fixed income like me. We dont need businesses like these who take advantage of those less fortunate. read more

Wish I could rate lower. Horrible customer service. Mario apparently thinks having a rude & smug attitude is acceptable. He either doesn't care about customer service or was never trained to care. Either way, his lack of effort to help me out after a one way 45 minute commute with 3 children has guaranteed that this business will never again get my money. read more

We went to MobilityWorks to have our hoist modified for my husbands new motorized chair. Mike and his co-workers worked overtime to make sure it worked effortlessly for me. He even helped us figure out how to make sure the chair was secure once it was in the van. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied. read more

Had a 6 month preventive maintenance check on my power ramp, doors and kneeling systems. Service Manager Jason was easy to talk to and the service tech was thorough (adjusted chain on kneeling system as it was noisy causing concern). Tech even came out to demo how to change battery on the key bob. Price for maintenance is reasonable. read more

Price too high. I was charged $1,000 for parts and 2 hours of labor. Parts cost about $400. Staff is very friendly and courteous. however, the charge of labor is way too high. read more

I bought my accessible Van in 2011 and have had it serviced every 6 months as recommended and I recommend buying the extended warranty right before the OEM warranty runs out. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more

I posted a review previously and am upgrading from 4 - 5 stars for a simple reason. The crew down there has stayed intact over the last 1 1/2 years. I like the service staff, feel like I'm being treated honestly with respect, and will be a customer as long as they are around. read more

Given the other comments on this site, I was a tad nervous going with MobilityWorks, but I'd gotten some personal recommendations they were better than yelp suggested, and working with MobilityWorks seems to come with some advantages (national network and warranties), so I decided to give them a shot to install some hand controls in my car. Installing hand controls isn't a huge undertaking, so maybe other people had issues because their work was much more complicated, but for what I needed they were great -- got me a quote quickly, responded respectfully when I showed than a lower quote from another group, ordered the parts fast when I decided to get stuff installed, scheduled an appointment to install the day after the parts arrived, got the work done in one day, and in general were great. Couldn't really imagine things going more smoothly. I worked with Al in sales, Jason in service scheduling, and the guy who did my fitting was (I think) a mechanic named Rick. read more
