I can't stress enough how difficult this was for my grandmother and the rest of my family. We had her move in with us but we were overwhelmed with all the things we'd need to buy/have on hand in order to care for her, not to mention learning how to physically care for her. To be honest we didn't know what we were doing but we just wanted to make her as comfortable as possible while she was with us. We went to med mart to buy some things and we were so fortunate to meet Abby. She was wonderful and helped us to decide on what to buy, including a bed. We had a regular twin bed for my grandma so we hadn't planned on buying a medical bed, but it honestly made a world of difference. Having my grandmother lay flat on her back all day and night was extremely uncomfortable for her, and the bed we bought solved all those problems. Being able to put the rails up was also a huge help because we didn't have to worry about her rolling out of bed. Overall I'm just so thankful we trusted what the sales woman suggested.

Maria was very thorough, clear and professional while going through everything. You can tell she's great at what she does by how she makes sure to go over details, different situations and scenarios and best practices without overwhelming the client with information. I had no idea we'd be spending over an hour here when we first arrived, but she made sure to set the expectation right away and also kept things light and engaging so it wasn't a boring experience. She also treated my grandpa with respect and allowed him to ask questions and speak on his experience with his previous machine to gauge the differences. Other than the CPAP machine, we all walked around to see if there were any items that would benefit them. My grandma found a couple items and was able to test them out around the store. One of the employees (his name escapes me but he had a Buc-ees mug), helped us go over a couple items to pick the best option and I was able to pay with him. He was also very nice and wasn't pushy about purchasing items and showed a genuine interest in getting my grandparents the best fit for their items. I am not sure how pricing on these items compares to elsewhere, but it is nice that people can test out the items here and take them straight home to use. I've looked at some items online and I'm always concerned it won't be a good fit or that the quality may not match what you read online. Here you can see it, touch it, use it, sit on in and see if it's right.

When the lift needed service, M.C. Mobility fixed it promptly at a reasonable cost. The wheelchair lift eventually proved inadequate for my wife's needs, so in May 2016, we purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna with a BraunAbility modification for my wife's wheelchair from M.C. Mobility at their Plain City, Ohio, location. The salesperson (Steve) was incredibly helpful in showing us what we could afford that would meet our needs. He was also very patient and helpful with us when we worked through the financing of the purchase of the van. The price of a low-mileage, wheelchair-modified van is high, but M.C. Mobility's prices are in line with what other companies charge, so I don't see this as a negative at all for the company. The entire experience was positive for us, and we are very glad that we chose M.C. Mobility Systems for our van purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a wheelchair-adapted car or van.

I believe the correct industry term is a stairlift…read more I had been pricing and getting quotes from multiple companies.  Most companies wouldn't even give me a price range over the phone and they were rude!  I ended up getting three quotes and Med Mart was the lowest quote  ( They didn't beat the competitor by much) .  I almost went with the middle company but the sales guy Chris was great.  He wasn't high pressure like the other salesman and was straight to the point with product facts and pricing.   My mom needed a stair lift pretty bad so we needed to get the stairlift put in as soon as possible.   Med Mart was able to put the lift in the same week I called them telling them I wanted to move forward.  They are family owned business and they told me it would really help if I wrote a positive review about my experience.  I also attached a picture of the one of the stairlifts they have in the showroom.  Being able to try the stairlift was very important because I made sure my mom could fit her caboose in the seat and operate the unit.  Thank you so Much Chris and all the other med mart employees  PS.  The installers were courteous and made sure to keep my house clean while they were doing there work!

Center where many of our events were being held. I searched online, and LMS was one of the companies that sounded most promising, so I submitted an online request for a quote. I had the quote by the next morning, and it came in over 25% lower than the national scooter rental company the convention committee had referred me to. The scooter was dropped off and waiting for me at the hotel by the time we arrived, it was in great shape, it was extremely comfortable and easy to drive, and it served me very well every day, all day. I left it with the bellman in the hotel lobby as I left, and LMS picked it up from there. My experience with LMS was perfect -- it went just like I hoped it would! I'd been worried about whether I'd be able to get around well enough to enjoy the convention, and because of the scooter, and the excellent service provided by LMS, it was completely hassle-free. I'm going back to Louisville later this year for another convention, plan to rent from them again for that week, and have already told others about them, too.
