My apologies for forgetting the Owners name. I brought my car here to be fixed by the HORRIBLE system installed by Audio Sport. The Owner was SO SO NICE and took the time to listen to my HORRIBLE experience and when he asked me where I got it put in, I told him and he was all, Oh.... This place will work with you and make sure you are SATISFIED with your purchase. He even told me that if I didn't like something, they could change it out!! You don't find many places like that these days. This place did such an AWESOME JOB, that I get excited to drive my car and listen to my music!! These guys are amazing. I have a Hyundai Sonata 2013. This car comes with a navigation package that is very out of date nowadays in the world of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. No big deal right? Just replace the stereo. Well, this particular car does not have a third party dash kit available to make this an easy job. It's not as simple as pulling the stock radio out and replacing it with a new one. I have been looking for literally years to find a shop that would at least try to make it work for me. No luck. These guys not only took on the job but they gave me a great price and got it done in less than a day! I could not be happier with them. I don't think they fully expected the work to be as complicated as it was but they weren't fazed at all. I really, really appreciate the work they did and will be going to them for any future work. I wish I could give zero stars. Months ago they changed out the stereo in my Kia Optima. We went with their suggestion (this is what they are supposed to be professionals at) They took out the factory stereo and put in a Kenwood. Problem is the original stereo has the AC and heating settings on the display so you know what you are doing when adjusting your air. We called them within 2 days and told them the problem. They said they would call back. They never did. They were super happy to keep my $740 though. Also the new stereo they put in completely loses power and all station memory at least once a week (horrible workmanship). I finally talked with them and they said the would order a new amp for my original stereo and put the original back in my car. I said "great you can keep the Kenwood and the money, we just want our car with a functioning stereo. We also want to be able to see our air controls." Since then I have called and called They said they ordered a new amp and would finally fix my car. Again, now they won't return any phone calls. My guess is they think I will eventually go away. They are WRONG. What a rip off. Don't ever use them, they don't know what they are doing. Its like a middle schooler installed my stereo. RIP OFFS--------RIP OFFS---------RIP OFFS read more

Great customer service. Went there to get a key fob programmed, turned out it was the wrong one. Nafez the guy in the store took the time to look online for a fob that would work. Turns out the kind I need is discontinued. So we talked about a sub and amp system for my truck, gave me a great quote. Will definitely be coming back for that install when I get time. read more

I'm glad that some people here appear to have benefited and enjoy their experience with this audio installation company. I'm afraid I am not one of them. I have never written a negative review, complained, requested money back or returned items, etc, etc. Typically in life I do not complain and accept the minor inconveniences and the limitations or expectations of perfection. So it takes a lot to piss me off. I have to say I cannot tell you how entirely unhappy that I am with the experience with this installation company. After a rushed job, I received my car back, (new within six months), with thick, black smudges and stains along the fabric where the component speakers were installed. In addition, there scuff marks and abrasions on the passenger side entrance near the door. Like someone was wearing hard soled shoes while installing the component speakers. Here's a hint. A professional installer will wear slippers or thick socks to avoid such bush-league errors. So, I went back and requested that the black marks on the left and right size near the window to be cleaned. I was told nobody was there to do it and was instructed to buy Woolite. So, I'm standing in line thinking to myself why the hell am I buying this and why don't they do it. So I went back to request that they clean up this mess and to repair the scuff marks and scratches on the passenger side. I was told to come back because nobody was there to do it. By the time I returned, both of the component speaker covers were beginning to separate from the dashboard. So I went back and the owner, attempted to fix it by taking out read electrical tape and trying to fix it that way. It probably would have been better to Simply replace the covers or do something other than attempt to fix it with tape. In addition, I was told again that there was not anyone there to do it and to return. I would have returned and I appreciate the offer except when I left, there were thick greasy handprints all over the windows. Now understand, I went there to have what was already a mess cleaned up and repaired. When I left and noticed greasy handstands both on the outside and inside of the window I simply couldn't believe it. I don't want them to touch my car again. I can tell you, this is an honest review and I simply cannot comprehend how anybody would have a good experience with them this was our horrendously bush-league and amateur job the owner can consider himself fortunate that I am not taking him to court. I'm moving in about a month and simply don't have the time. I have never written a negative review on any website or regarding any item anywhere. But this really pisses me off. If this turns away even one or two potential customers, I would feel good about that. read more

Was searching around for a speaker upgrade and Bill gave me a very fair price on the install and parts. He was very friendly and responded to all my questions quickly throughout the process. The team even stayed hours after closing to finish up the work on the car. I did however, ended up bringing my car back again as it had a couple of installation issues the first time, partly due to the complexity of the stock JBL system in the car. His team took the time to rewire and fix all the issues and the upgraded speakers sounds really good now! read more

If you are looking for the best audio shop in Temecula that won't treat you like a number, look no further. These guys were amazing to work with. I just moved to the Temecula area about 2 months ago and had a botched job done previously on my 62' Oldsmobile F-85. I couldn't figure out what the problem was, so I called MSC and spoke with the owner Bill over the phone. He told me to bring the car in and they'd be able to help me troubleshoot it, so I did. The guys spent about 30 minutes checking out what was wrong and didn't charge me a dime to have it looked over. Of course, I had them fix the issue and re-install new wires, a receiver and speakers, because my speakers were blown and the wires were spliced in the middle of my car. I was impressed that they treated my car as if it was their own, making sure it sounded great. There is no doubt that I will be bringing my cars back here in the future. I wanted to upgrade my 2004 Toyota car stereo and be able to get a USB port. I didn't want anything fancy or need new speakers. These guys were so quick and helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although the initial visit of meeting the guys at Mobile Sound Concept was positive, Bill and Navez was friendly and helpful, the overall end of the job done was awful. I had many things done to my vehicle: viper alarm, component speakers (front and rear doors), subs and box, and an amp. They had my vehicle for 2+ days. Upon "completion" of the work I went to pick up my vehicle and immediately found it a dirty mess and scratches and scuffs in the interior parts. I was not pleased at all with that. After discussing what would be done bout it I left the shop to only find out that the system was not working correctly. So then I had to turn back and discuss further what the problem was...which resulted in me having to make another trip (50 min drive each way) to the shop for them to fix the next day. I also became aware that certain features of the alarm were not working as well...another trip back to the shop at a later date. On my visit for the alarm fix I was there for 4-5 hours and got no results but to be told I have to come back again. So now I make another trip to the shop again for them to "fix" the alarm which took a very long time again. It was felt and believed all was working and good to go at this point with the alarm. On my way home from this visit I can hear a rattling coming from the dash area, after pulling over I realize that they didn't fasten my center speaker back down (it is removed for access to wiring). So I had to turn back once again for have something else fixed. In the meantime of all this I had mentioned to them that one of my newly installed speakers sounds horrible and it would get over looked (mainly because focus was on other things). Finally i make a trip back to the shop to exchange my subs and have them look at speaker. They listens to it and find out Its blown. So once again i have to make another return trip to solve this issue. When I do we discover upon removal of the blown speaker that during initial installation they put the speakers that belonged in back in the front and the ones that belonged in the front were in the back. So the owner just replaced the fronts with the correct ones (I did throw some cash his way). So I leave the shop now feeling like I am finally set.....NOPE!!!! I took a visit to SF and during my time there my alarm had accidentally went off. I disarmed it to find out it would not reset. So once again another issue. I was trying to be in contact with owner on how to resolve the issue. Never really had an answer and become unresponsive. Once I got back home and called him, 2 days later, still didn't have an answer. So he ended up sending me to another shop where they looked at it and fixed it. It was wired incorrectly in couple different areas. I also had them check out the newly installed CORRECT front speakers because one of them had vibrations and rattles when there was extra bass. Come to find out that those speakers were poorly installed, not mounted, big holes and gaps behind the speaker. So between the sloppiness, laziness, carelessness, unresponsiveness at times, a couple rude text messages in reply to concerns and complaints, and overall poor job done.....I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. They may be nice in the beginning but that isn't the only part of business. Job completion and satisfaction is equally important. read more
