Jeff Flaugher, Generator and RV Solutions…read more What would you do if you suddenly found yourself in a remote area with an RV that was so damaged that no mobile service tech would touch it? Isn't that exactly the nightmare most of us that enjoy the RV lifestyle dread? My wife and I recently found ourselves in precisely that scenario with our forty foot 5th wheel that had sustained damage to the undercarriage. Yet it was our good fortune to have heard about Jeff from the RV resort we were visiting. Jeff's empathy and concern for our welfare was immediately apparent, and although it took time to effectuate the repairs we needed, he methodically worked through our problems until our unit was once again ready to travel. A consummate professional, Jeff is knowledgeable and experienced in all types of RV's and associated equipment. His passion for the work he does is readily apparent to even a casual observer. Clearly a five-star technician, if I could, I'd give him a hundred stars for the job he did for us. If you need an ALL PRO in the vicinity of Denver to keep you moving down the road, you will not finder a better technician, nor a nicer guy, to come to your aid. Thanks a million, Jeff. You are awesome!

A guy should be paid for his time but maybe next time you oughta think about making sure you can get the parts because if you can't. It isn't fair to the homeowner or customer that you take things apart, don't put it back together and just leave it

The guys told me they'd try and get it checked out, since they knew what was coming the next day. I know they were busy but, two hours later got a call that it was ready. I could not be happier with the entire process, especially how they went above and beyond to help out a guy who waited until the last minute!

Reasonably priced per hour I used them three times. I originally went because of a fuel pump power problem with my Blazer. After my second trip there for the same problem, I found that I could have done the repair better. And I did. Only three hours of work and around $250 between the visits, I found that instead of re-grounding my fuel pump with one wire, two pieces were spliced together to create a 34" ground wire. Second trip down to meet with them about the problem cost me 1 hr diagnostic fee and was told there was no problem. After being stranded in a busy intersection a few hours later, was told by one of the employees that maybe I was just an unsatisfied customer with an ax to grind over no problem being found and that maybe I cut the wire intentionally. If they'd used one piece of wire in the first place the problem wouldn't have returned and I would have been happy. The second vehicle I took there was an S10 p/u. It had a problem starting. They told me that it was the aftermarket alarm and that it would need to be removed. WRONG! Turns out that the positive battery cable to the starter had become frayed and was causing a bad connection. Thirty cents of electrical tape and 45 minutes later, I repaired that myself. All In all, if I had been more studious I wouldn't have wasted my money having electrical repairs done by people who did a half-assed job.
