I had to call them back three times to get my name, email address and location straightened out. They do not know the menus of the restaurants they work with very well. I say that because I asked the first agent I worked with tons of questions and she had me order way more food then was needed. Also she had no idea how the food was going to be presented. I am glad I noticed that the lunch I ordered stated on the invoice that chips were included and was able to cancel the 20 bags of chips she had me order. When the food arrived, I was unhappy with some of the food presentation and quantity. The order was for a Board meeting. I mentioned that it was important that it looked good and was enough to go around as it was for a Board meeting. The salad was 95% lettuce with very few vegetables. The dessert tray was a disaster! Huge blocks of rice crispy treats and huge brownies with melted frosting and sprinkles on top. This would have been okay for a family picnic but is not acceptable for a Board meeting. They should have know that is the way the restaurant packages and presents the desserts. I called them to give feedback the same day. They told me they have to investigate and would call me back. It has been three weeks and no one has gotten back to me.
