first time grooming for my dog who has two years old she had some mats on her butt all this was discussed what we're going to do for her They came to the house, said was not very gentle upon taking her on the bus. I was worried about that however I've never had my dog groomed before so I wasn't sure if that was normal and she might've just been anxious about the bus that should've never been on. Long story short I would love to add pictures to this review. She was only have shaved. She looked like she had a lions mane on her back. She also had one leg left on shaved or cut. The whole leg her feet were bleeding. It was recommended that I let them come and fix the horrible job that Sid had done. I absolutely no one I would ever have my dog ever again SYDNE HE IS ON THEIR LIST OF GROOMER ! When the new groomer came to fix the atrocity that said had done to my dog, I was very reluctant however, my family members were telling them to fix their mistake because I also paid $130. I really wish I could post pictures ! Never in my life whatever recommend this company ever. I would also like to call the Better Business Bureau on the groomer that's name is SID !! 0-0 stars PS THE GROOMER THAT CAME TO FIX THE JOB ALSO DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HE GOT IN BETWEEN HER TOES LIKE THAT I TOLD HER THEY WERE BLEEDING MAYBE THAT THAT'S HOW HE DID IT I paid $130 for this haircut. I paid $130 so very upset that I could not get any appropriate words the $130 so he would leave and then called the company Left a message and they called back within five minutes. Ive been having Mobil pet sevice for almost a year. I absolutely love them. And completely recommend. Our pup would always come home from other groomers depressed and sad, and sleep the rest of the day. Every eight weeks for years. Large tips. Understanding when they were "running late" almost every other visit. Got the "works" for my dog each time. Booked ahead. We were good customers. When I notified them that my dog had passed away and we wouldn't need the upcoming appointment? ...Crickets. Not a peep. Not a return text. Nothing until days later. Condolences from Vista Vet Clinic (awesome), Tri City Pooper Scoopers (great work). And absolute silence from the people who I trusted with my dog for years. If you have no heart, don't do the work. My husband and I have our two dogs groomed by Jessica and Jake at Mobile Pet Works. It is so stressfree to have them pull up in front of our house and let our dogs just climb in from their own front yard. One of our dogs is a puppy and for him to be home while he learns the grooming process has been been very helpful. Jessica and Jake clearly love dogs and they become fast pals with their "clients." Our 5-year old loves them and totally enjoys his grooming/spa time!!! And now the puppy is loving them too..he is quickly adapting to his grooming sessions, and being home certainly creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere The grooming van is very efficient and clean...with no ither distractions so that your dog gets their absolute and full attention. They are always on time and ready to get to work. Good grooming for our dogs is really important for our dogs and we couldn't be happier with Jessica and Jake at Mobile Pet Works. So unhappy! Took me three weeks to get an appointment. Today was the day for our appointment, supposed to be at 11am. I get a call at 8:45 telling me thru can't make it because there's a half inch of snow. Are you serious??? If I were to cancel on those grounds they would charge me a cancellation fee!! But they cancel without repercussion! It's costs me more to take the time off work than to pay for the grooming. No compensation for their incompetency. Would NOT recommend! If you can't drive in light snow, you have no business driving at all! That's NO reason to cancel work done for those who have to take time off work for your use your services. I'll happily take the time off and hand deliver my dog to any of the numerous other groomers I called today who WERE working despite a light snow. read more

Lacking in customer service skills. I called to request grooming for my Yorkshire Terriers. Just a bath ( with my products) and a brush out, no other services were needed. My dogs trust me to do their nails, anal glands and so forth. I was told that they only sold packages.... Package 1: Bath, anal glands, nails trims and what not for X amount, or I could purchase the.... package 2: Bath, nails. Etc, etc for X amount. Too bad! Could have made some good money as my regular if they had been willing to just bath my dogs and blow dry their long coats. read more

The good: they were quick to respond to my call and scheduled for my pet grooming service within the following 2 days. The bad: they were over 2 hours late and then ended up canceling, they were having battery problems all day, they kept me updated about every hour when they were going to be late, wanted to reschedule for 3 days later. I'm understanding of these problems but it was very disappointing to be offered to reschedule my appointment for the following 3 days; back to my preferred groomer- Kanine Kreations. read more

We love this business! Our dog Smokey gets haircuts for the summer, and is a nervous, stubborn boy sometimes. One time he would not go in the bus (he knows he's going to get a bath) and the nice lady was so patient and even lifted him up! (He loves the ladies attention, anyways) I highly recommend them! read more

I have been a client for over a year and know how busy they can get so I made an appt 5 months ahead of time to make sure they were available. I called to confirm a couple weeks before and they couldn't find my appt. I was told it was accidentally scheduled for 2022. They apologized and rescheduled me for the correct day. The appt day comes around and I am waiting outside with my dogs but no one shows up. I call them to find out what's happened and they tell me they have no record of my appt and hang up. I call them again and they tell me there's nothing they can do and if I'm so annoyed to call the actual groomer. Left a message but she never called me back. They messed up multiple times but never tried to fix it or take responsibility for it. Horrible business. Do not use them. read more

What a great experience! From start to finish I felt like my business was valued. This was someone who asked me about my dog, if she's been groomed before, and gave me a reasonable day/time/cost. Plus they came right to my home! I was quoted $70 but after the grooming was charged $60 since my dog wasn't as fury as expected. The groomer was so sweet and friendly with my dog. Nails trimmed, dog is clean, and they've taken one less thing to do off my plate. Will use again and recommend! read more

This is a perfect service for dogs who get nervous in kennels. They groom both my golden and lab at the same time which allows them to be at ease because they have each other. But on the human part this is well priced service and convenient because they come you. They do a great job desheding the furry people meaning less hair in the house. read more

I was called into work prior to them finishing the dogs, but trusted that they would complete the job, then lock up the house. I came home to beautiful dogs that were groomed at a fair price. Yes, mobile grooming is convenient. We've been using Mobile Pet Works for 5 years but the service quality has been declining and the price has steadily crept up from $40 to now $70 (!). Today the groomer was 15 mins late with no call and it took him over 1.5 hrs to groom our one dog when it has always taken 45-60 mins max so I was late for work. I also asked him to trim the tail but he didn't. I don't mind paying more to get more, but an increase in price for a decrease in quality is not acceptable. read more

I have only used this service once and veered from my regular groomer because I used a spotted fox coupon and saved a few dollars. I did appreciate the ease of having someone come to my house. My dog looked awesome when they were finished. I had two concerns: first the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog to cut his nails. That was first for him and he has been routinely groomed for the last 10 years. Second, a week or so later my dog ended up with Ringworm on his back. He has not been anywhere else and has never had it before. I just wonder if he was exposed during his grooming. I am not sure, but can't think of any where else he picked it up. So I am going to stick with my current groomer. In addition, I like the idea that other groomer are present where he goes so there are witnesses. I love my dog and want the best for him. read more

I used them for the first time for my 85 lb dog as he's kind of large to haul to the pet groomer. It was a great experience, the dog seemed a lot calmer since he only had to walk out the front door and into their van to be groomed and a lot quicker.
