Then the lockdown happened and we didn't know who to help us with our baby's nails. We have a 160lb bear-dog (German Shepherd/Malamute/Tibetan Mastiff) who is a huge big baby and gets scared easily, especially having to go into those doggie salons and likely feels extra stressed there. Kano changed that for us! One of the neighbors recommended her and we contacted her. She got us in way quicker than I expected and was so sweet as well! She whipped through our dogs' nails, trim, and de-shedding like it was nothing (in a good way!)! lol Our Grizzly bear usually pulls and hides from everyone but he just let her do her thing. She also gave him treats as she went along and man...was he into her lol! I am SOOO happy to say we finally found someone we are going to stick with indefinitely! Don't hesitate..give her a call she definitely is awesome and clearly knows what she is doing! Thanks again Kano!!! Grizzly is happy, and so are we!

I'm so glad we found Ruff INN It! We had plans to be in the tri-cities area and on one day, we…read morewere scheduled to go on a tour that did not allow dogs, so needed to find a dog sitter/boarding in the area and found glowing reviews of Ruff INN It. To schedule an appointment with Ruff INN It, you must first make an account online, which is easy to do. This account allows you to upload your dog's vaccination records and also select a date and time for when your dog needs boarding. Soon after I created this and made a request of our preferred date, an employee called me to confirm the date and asked that since we were new clients, to schedule a meet and greet, which is their policy as they want to ensure that all dogs here are well-behaved and aren't socially aggressive with others. As soon as we came into town, we visited Ruff INN It for our meet and greet where the owner took our dog to the back area to introduce her to the other dogs and see how she reacted. He then invited us to come to the back of the area and see the facility. The facility is split into three different dog groups, depending on size and activity level. Our little dog was grouped with the other small dogs. For all the areas, there's an indoor area where they can sleep in one of the many beds and get water and they all have access to the fenced backyard area with artificial turf where they can play with the toys and balls, run around and go to the bathroom. Tons of space for the babies to play in! We dropped our little girl off at her scheduled appointment and the staff let us know that they would take photos of the dogs and post it on their Facebook for owners to see. When we came to pick her up, the staff let us know how much fun she had with other dogs, playing around. The owners of Ruff INN It are the sweetest people, too. I can't say enough positive words about Ruff INN It! If you're looking for dog boarding in the tri-cities area, this is definitely the spot to go to. Thank you, Ruff INN It!

I had a very disappointing experience during an interview with this company. While on my way to the…read moreinterview, a friend I was traveling with suffered a serious accident that required an ambulance. I stayed with him to ensure he received help, which caused me to arrive approximately 10 minutes late. I explained the circumstances upon arriving, but the response I received was cold and mocking. I was told, "I'm not very impressed, you're dismissed." The interviewer didn't even ask whether my friend was okay. I understand the importance of punctuality and respect an employer's right to choose their preferred candidate. However, I believe professionalism and basic human compassion should go both ways. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and the way I was spoken to during an already stressful situation. Based on this interaction, I left with a negative impression of the company's approach to treating prospective employees. I hope future applicants are treated with greater courtesy and consideration.

I told them he was too hot with all his fur but was very concerned about what he would look like if he were completely shaved. I was assured that I didn't have to worry, that they would make him look cute. When I picked him up I was in shock. He looked horrible. Entirely shaved down to nothing except most of his head. Having given not much for direction, I won't even hold that against them as the idea of cute is subjective. The concept of a good job is not however. The lines were so choppy as if no effort to blend was taken at all. They shaved half way up his face and then just stopped. Picture submitted. The line on the back of his head isn't even kind of straight or blended. Though I appreciate the ability to get us in right away, I now know why they weren't busy. Thank you for being friendly and warm but I regret to say that we won't be back. Two stars are merely for the convenience of the appt and the friendliness of the staff, and not a one for the job that was done on my dog.
