Regardless of what kind of pet you have, Blake and his staff treat every pet exactly how you expect during a difficult time. We lost our sweet guinea pig Pepper and not knowing how to navigate the process, we definitely got the most helpful explanation of the step by step process, and the timing of everything was right on track. I appreciate all the help and support we received as we grieved the loss of our family member. I didn't know it came with the service but I was extremely happy to see our little girls paw prints, it was a bittersweet addition to her ashes. Thank you so much! read more

My dog Dexter unfortunately passed away suddenly and I called Mobile Pet Creations to get a quote. Blake was very kind and explained everything about the service and pricing on the phone. Within the next hour after confirming with them, they were able to pick up my dog at my house. The person who picked up my dog was also very kind and made sure we were okay with him picking up my dog and bringing him to the truck. In the same week, they were able to bring my sweet Dexter back home in a beautiful box and with a ceramic plate with his paw print to go with it as well. Very happy with how easy the process was despite the sad situation. read more

Very nice employees and offers services at a very reasonable cost. Location wasn't an issue as well.

My dog died on Christmas Day while we were on vacation with my family so I wasn't able to come back that day but I came back next day and searched for pet cremations and decided to go with Mobile Pet Cremations since they can come to the house and I wanted to give her a nice sent out since I couldn't be her when she passed. I contacted them on the 27th and Blake worked around my schedule to come pick up my dog right away. I also asked him to do prints of my dog's ears, he said he's never done it, but he was gonna try to do it, as you can see in the picture the ear prints came perfectly. They are straight up because that is how they were when she died. I love everything he provided, the urn, the paw and ear prints, Kila's name plate and the cremation certificate, along with a beautiful poem in the back. Blake -Thank you for the beautiful work and amazing service you provided. read more

Found this business online with good reviews when my small dog with heart issues starting having a hard time breathing and stopped eating regularly. I had been to her vet recently and they said there wasn't really anything else that would help her so was trying to be prepared so she could stay with us as long as possible as we've had her since her birth 11 years ago. She passed at 5:20am at home with me petting and talking to her. I had their number set aside so I called after I got my wits back together. Left a message that was returned with a text. I knew what I wanted to do and he didn't pressure me for any additional items. Price was a bit high, but it was after hours on a weekend and they were both picking her up, handling cremation and returning her to us within the week. They came within 30-45minutes and I had placed her in a small box already with a towel over her, so he just transported her to his vehicle that way. He was very pleasant at a very difficult time. That was Sunday and her cremains were returned by a nice lady on Friday. I had ordered a bio urn and pawprint mold but they also included a nice name plate and a bio box as I wasn't sure when we will bury her. I'm not ready for that yet. The owner checked back with me a few days later to ensure I was satisfied. I'm satisfied with the fast response, but still grieving her loss. I would recommend. read more

They were very accommodating and quick to come and receive our fur baby who had passed earlier in the morning. The process was smooth and mainly done via text. The turn around process was relatively quick, however I was turned off that I did receive a text asking what time I would want my Pups remains returned or if I could tell them a safe place to leave him... I was extremely turned off with the lack of empathy in this instance. You'd think by paying the fee that we paid that you'd have a hand to hand exchange... read more

We had the best service by all involved from the first phone call to the follow up.... we had our precious griffen cremated as well. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars because I surely would for Blake and Moible Pet Cremations. He provided outstanding service in a timely matter. Once I called him and told him our situation, he said that he happened to be heading towards our area as we spoke and what a miracle that was. I was worried that he would not want to come out to the desert, but he said it would be no problem for him and I was so grateful. Our Shorty was older and we knew her time was near yet she was comfortable and happy. Sure enough when she started looking not so well its approaching the weekend and our Vet nor even the Emergency Vet were NOT open, due to the weekend hours and Hilary approaching and touching ground. I actually went on line thinking what am I going to do with my sweet girl if she passes and there is nowhere to take her? It was stressful and so sad, but Blake and his prompt attention and polite help was so appreciated . His Fee for his pickup, cremation, lovely pine box and paw print in clay for remembrance, then delivering her back not even a week later in a respectful bag and a burlap bag for the pine box was above and beyond expectations. I believe his fees are not any more than if I would have gone to a Vet have my pet euthanized and then left there for cremation, and then have to return to pickup my pets ashes 2 weeks later. Nothing is worse than walking out and back into your Vet without your pet, as Ive had to do too many times to count over the years of my life. Honestly from now on with all my pets this is the only way to go, no more Vet euthanasia unless they are in pain and it is my understanding Mobile Pet and Blake can help out with this as well. Our shorty died in my arms in her own time in her own home and it was a privilege to give her a peaceful exit for all the love and support she gave me. Ive told all my friends of Mobile Pet Cremations and would not hesitate ever to recommend this company and Blake. Thank you so very much. read more

Mobile Pet Cremations was there for my family and me when our beloved German Shepherd passed away. She passed late at night, and I didn't expect to find a place that would be available, but I was able to reach someone right away. I had to put down my last cat on December 19th, he was 15-1/2 years old and I had him since he was a kitten, from a feral mother cat. He was a great cat! I tried to call a previous company that conducted pet cremations and found that they were out of business. I found Mobile Pet Cremations Inc. on the internet and I could've been more happy with their service. I recieved Puppy's ashes back today, on a Sunday(!) and less than two weeks after his passing. I can't recommend MPC more to anyone that requires their services. Great job Blake and Crew.! read more

Blake and his team at Mobile Pet Cremations were true professionals who really helped our heartbreaking experience as gentle as possible. Our Chester passed away at 16.4 years old in my dad's arms early morning on Memorial Day. We were all in so much pain and disbelief, but knew he had to be taken care of by professionals. I called very early in the morning and Blake answered my call immediately, discussed urn options, and payment processing within minutes. I was pretty delirious and anxious, but Blake was so calm and understanding during our conversation. Chester was picked up within an hour or so (on a holiday) and was handled with so much love and care. Blake was always available to answer various questions I had throughout the entire process, and our Chester was hand-delivered to our door about a week later. We were impressed with how thoughtful and compassionate the whole experience had been. Thank you, Blake and team at Mobile Pet Cremations, for your thoughtful care and services you gave our Chester. Our retired swat K9 passed away late afternoon and after making a few calls to many business it was very apparent that Mobile Pet Cremation was the best option hands down. Very kind and professional. They took the stress away, took control and placed everything in motion gently. We very much appreciate their "bedside manner". They really understand these pets are big parts of our family units. Blake, you continue to harass me I will have to file a restraining order against you. I'm not the only one that feels the way I do. There are other reviews on your profile that state negativity. I have left a review for the company I used for the cremation service sorry your eyes can't see it. Your opinion was way off, in respect to what I should have done with my animal. To each his own opinion. You are harassing me, and I have reported you to Yelp. The majority of my comments are warranted and I leave quite a few 5 star reviews. I am sorry you can't take criticism, but you have to learn so start learning before I send the cease and desist letter to you. My dog did not suffer he passed in his home were he belongs. Words cannot begin to express my profound appreciation for the service Mobile Pet Cremations provided in what is a very difficult time for my husband and I. We were connected with them via TrueCare Animal Hospital when our kitty Logan was experiencing renal failure and he was no longer responding to treatment. He didn't have much time and I didn't want to prolong any suffering, but I knew I wanted him to pass in peace at home. All other services I had called and emailed were unresponsive or couldn't see him soon enough. The recent catastrophic LA fires were also impacting service providers. Mobile Pet Cremations were the only service that I was able to call and immediately be connected with someone who could help me. Blake was fantastic and flexible with working out a timeframe and was able to schedule someone to come the next day for our baby. I filled out a quick form via text, and received the estimate and invoice for approval via email and was able to get everything set for Saturday at 4pm. We got to enjoy a beautiful last day with our baby, and they also texted us to know the vet's ETA to plan for them coming. Dr. Emily was amazing, and gave us something truly special, which was peace of mind and assurance that we were making the right choice. Logan was our first baby we've ever had to say goodbye to and it felt so sudden, but there was no denying he was not going to recover from his conditions. Dr. Emily explained everything to us about his condition in a way that we could understand as throughout this journey we were experiencing lots of technical information without quite understanding what any of it meant from previous veterinarians. She respected our wishes of how we wanted to be with him in his sedation a little longer and made the decision of when we were ready for the final step and it helped us so much. We were with him and although it was hard, he was at peace and so were we. We were full of doubt, fear, sadness, and grief, and Dr. Emily helped us understand and come to terms with Logan's condition. She took him away and I confirmed final details with Blake about the remains. 7 days later our boy came home in a beautiful urn and his little paw pad in clay with a stand. Thank you Mobile Pet Cremations for such a compassionate and wonderful experience through such a challenging time. I am so grateful. read more

We lost 2 babies (feline) right before Christmas. Our 1st baby to go was Maxi, he was 8 1/2 and we had him since he was 4 weeks old. He had been hospitalized at the Vet for a couple of days for kidney failure. The treatment was affecting his heart so there was nothing more that could be done. We brought him home with the intention of euthanizing at home, but he passed within 20 minutes of getting here. We called Mobile Pet Cremations to pick him up and they were here within 40 minutes. The gentleman that picked him up was very respectful and professional. Five days later, our eldest, Blackcat age 17, lost her will to live. We think that she wanted look after Maxi on the other side of the rainbow bridge, so that he wasn't alone. The ER vet told us that she had kidney failure, pancreatitis, and liver issues. We called Mobile Pet Cremations, so that we can euthanize her at home. Dr. Chris was at our house within 30 minutes, mind you this was Christmas Eve evening. He was very professional, kind and sympathetic to our situation. We didn't want her to see him, as he was a stranger and she would've been scared. So he was able to stay out of sight while she calmly went to sleep forever. He let us mourn our loss in private before taking her gently to be cremated alongside Maxi. On New Year's Day, our babies were hand-delivered back home in little cedar boxes and their paw print on a ceramic disc. Mobile Pet Cremations made a very difficult Christmas, a little easier to bear. I highly recommend their services, as they are very professional and kind. Also, their pricing is inline with like companies. Blake was always sympathetic when talking to him. read more

Blake and his staff are very helpful through your tough time of grieving the lost of your little furry Best Friend. It was the most horrible day of my Husband's and my whole year.
