What a sad and difficult time when a beloved pet's time has come to cross the rainbow bridge. What was even harder for me is that my wife had passed two weeks prior, and my daughter was out of state for her grandpa's funeral. I was a mess and alone. They don't carry through.They know it's a difficult bewildering time for you. they will take full advantage of your pain. it's a business after all .$$$ Having never had to experience a cremation, I knew I wanted one for my pup at home. They are very expensive but the polite young woman on the phone sold me and so I selected them. They claim they offer you a special ID number, I've not received my ID tag. I paid extra to have my dog cremated separately. Whether they do that or not , who knows? The doctor came late and according to the owner Blake that was my fault because apparently the good Dr doesn't know to use a GPS! No problem. Things happen. That didn't upset me. I was offered a few minutes needed before my dog was put to sleep...which I could not take full advantage of as I was asked to sign documents. And the dr had to hurry to her next appointment. I let the doctor know that I set up the area where I wanted the service done. she was unpacking her medication equipment and began to do the procedure on the floor. she was young and very kind but as she was much younger than I being on the floor was ok for her. The floor was not an option for me. Sitting on a bench I still couldn't reach my pups head . I was given 5 minutes or so after the second injection to be with my pup. I could probably have gotten down on the floor but I'd never get back up. Seriously The doctor was very professional with the one exception of not using a more comfortable place for me and her. I called the owner Blake. I have nothing nice to say about him. i wasn't told that the first injection isn't allowed while the pet is in your lap. the second one you can have the pet in your lap. I said to the owner Blake why didn't anyone tell me that ? His answer, "you didn't ask". I have choice words the owner. How would I know to ask for something I didn't know existed. The owner "Blake have a nice day." I spent $1500 to be hung up on. I would ever recommend this mobile service. The owner Blake was condescending rude and greedy. We lost our beloved dog Sunny on 12/19/23, and when I got over the initial shock, I called Mobile Pet Cremations & spoke to Blake, who was courteous, professional, and efficient. He effortlessly coordinated the pickup from my mom's house in Glendora, and communicated with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. He asked a few questions to finalize logistics, and was never pushy. Invoicing was quick, and I was able to take care of it with no trouble. My dog died on Christmas Day while we were on vacation with my family so I wasn't able to come back that day but I came back next day and searched for pet cremations and decided to go with Mobile Pet Cremations since they can come to the house and I wanted to give her a nice sent out since I couldn't be her when she passed. I contacted them on the 27th and Blake worked around my schedule to come pick up my dog right away. I also asked him to do prints of my dog's ears, he said he's never done it, but he was gonna try to do it, as you can see in the picture the ear prints came perfectly. Once I called him and told him our situation, he said that he happened to be heading towards our area as we spoke and what a miracle that was. I was worried that he would not want to come out to the desert, but he said it would be no problem for him and I was so grateful. Our Shorty was older and we knew her time was near yet she was comfortable and happy. Sure enough when she started looking not so well its approaching the weekend and our Vet nor even the Emergency Vet were NOT open, due to the weekend hours and Hilary approaching and touching ground. I actually went on line thinking what am I going to do with my sweet girl if she passes and there is nowhere to take her? His Fee for his pickup, cremation, lovely pine box and paw print in clay for remembrance, then delivering her back not even a week later in a respectful bag and a burlap bag for the pine box was above and beyond expectations. I believe his fees are not any more than if I would have gone to a Vet have my pet euthanized and then left there for cremation, and then have to return to pickup my pets ashes 2 weeks later. Nothing is worse than walking out and back into your Vet without your pet, as Ive had to do too many times to count over the years of my life. We were connected with them via TrueCare Animal Hospital when our kitty Logan was experiencing renal failure and he was no longer responding to treatment. Dr. Emily was amazing, and gave us something truly special, which was peace of mind and assurance that we were making the right choice.
