Our beloved pet, Shaggy, was diagnosed with kidney failure by Dr. Lee at the Moreno Valley Clinic on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Though we were given the option to say goodbye at the clinic, we chose to bring Shaggy home. We wanted more time with him, more quiet moments, more nights by our side. But deep down, we knew that even though he was fighting to stay with us, he was also suffering. It was one of the hardest decisions our family has ever had to make. Shaggy still looked like he had strength left in him, and it felt like we were giving up on him. But in our hearts, we knew that holding onto him any longer would only prolong his pain. We had to put his comfort and peace above our own heartbreak. The next day, Sunday, we began calling several at-home euthanasia services. Sadly, most were only available 1-2 days later for appointments, but we knew we couldn't bear to watch him suffer any longer. On our second call, someone kindly referred us to the Vet Angel website, where we found the contact number for Mobile Pet Cremations. That same day, we were able to reach Blake from Mobile Pet Cremations. He was incredibly kind and direct, and he helped us schedule for that very afternoon. The process was simple and transparent. He clearly explained the costs, sent us the forms via email, and communicated through text messages. He also asked what type of urn we preferred and gave us time to decide. We chose the photo urn right away. While we weren't able to select the specific type of wood, we were fortunate to receive the one we had hoped for, which was the beautiful walnut finish. We contacted Mobile Pet Cremations around 10 AM, and they informed us that the veterinarian would arrive between 1 and 3 PM. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the vet who came to our home was none other than Dr. Lee, who was the same doctor who had diagnosed Shaggy the day before. It felt like fate. Having Dr. Lee there brought us a sense of comfort and familiarity, and it meant so much that he was the one to guide Shaggy across the rainbow bridge. The process was peaceful and dignified. Dr. Lee was gentle, compassionate, and treated our Shaggy with the love and respect he deserved. We can't thank him enough for making such a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable. Just seven days later, Shaggy came back home to us in a beautiful walnut photo urn. The return was much quicker than we expected, and the person who delivered him was so kind and compassionate. She offered her condolences with such empathy, and in that moment, we felt reassured that Shaggy had been cared for with love every step of the way. We are deeply grateful to Mobile Pet Cremations and to Blake for their fast, kind, and compassionate service. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in the most loving and respectful way. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any family facing the same heartbreaking journey. They made all the difference in helping us honor Shaggy's life and memory. read more

I was in a tough spot and had already made an appt with another company but knew my sweet girl wasn't going to make it another night, it broke my heart. Desperate, I called them at 2am and left a message and by 5:30am Blake reached out to me to say he had an availability that day. I scheduled for noon. As her condition progressed rapidly, I had reached out again and asked if the Vet could come sooner, and thankfully they were able to make it happen. Blake gave me several ETA's when I reached out to him as she was fading quickly - I really appreciated that. They hand delivered her ashes in 7 days, and I really appreciated that vs picking her up at the vets office. As I tear up writing this review I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get my baby across the rainbow bridge. read more

When my 16yr old best friend passed here at my home, I was in a daze, and knew I had to act quickly. I called several places before Mobile pet cremations, and they were without the most kind, understanding and prompt in helping me. Messaged this business for my pet who passed over the night for cremation services. I was texted by some guy named Nick who asked me when a good time to call was. This is my first time experiencing a loss this big to my heart. I had my very first dog companion in 2018. He was my world, my very First Gentleman and I will continue to miss him every day. This was the first place I called, and the service was immaculate. I didn't book right away because the news of loosing my best friend was heavier than I thought and I couldn't speak. I called a few other places and no one compared to the service and if I'm being completely honest, the price as well. They gave me all the details from start to finish, I was able to add a last minute service after he was picked up. The person who came took care of my baby the way I would have imagined someone who loved animals as much as me. When he arrived it was everything I was expecting. The communication is something I will forever be thankful for and the way they handled this process for me. It is with a heavy heart I had to write this because my best friend is now sitting at the top of my mantle. But I couldn't go without saying this is top tier service. read more

I can't express how thankful my family is for Blake and Dr. Charlie for helping us thru this difficult time. We had a beautiful black lab with our family for almost nine years. He was the baby of our family. From first contact with Blake and Dr Charlie coming to our home and reflecting such a big heart and compassion and patience thru the whole process, to the delivery of our sweet boy's ashes. All was done smoothly. We are glad we found your company. Thank you and God bless you in the work you do! I lost my beautiful 17.5 year old Mia on August 8, 2025. She went peacefully at home due to illness, in her bed with me beside her petting her. That same night I looked at pet cremation services that can pick up from home. One that I've used in the past closed down a few years ago. So I took a chance and called Mobile Pet Cremations. They answered and was available to pick up in my area same day. The customer service rep was very kind and showed great empathy and professionalism. That night, the person picking up Mia came to my home and gently took her for cremation. The person was polite and professional and I felt good about where she was going. Blake who was corresponding with me via text was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Mia was cremated on August 13 and they even sent photo proof that only she and she alone went into the cremation area so I can feel confident it's only her ashes I will be receiving. I received her ashes approximately a little over 2 weeks later. Mia has 3 other dog siblings and when their time comes, I will make sure to contact Mobile Pet Cremations. It's a personal choice for me to never let my pet take his or her last breath in a cold vet office and even in death would prefer my pets to go at home. The cost for mobile pick up was comparable to the amount I would have paid if I was to go to the vet and the vets office has office hours so they wouldn't have been able to take my Mia the same night anyway. If you're heartbroken right now and your pet passed at home and you're looking for cremation services, look no further. I 10/10 recommend. read more

We also received her paw print in clay, a placard with her name and a cremation certificate. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had picked up a flyer for mobile pet cremation at my vet quite a time back, knowing that when the time came I would prefer to have my little guy at home. The time came quite suddenly and unexpected, it was a Friday past midnight. I knew I wouldn't be able to get a hold of anyone at that time, so Saturday morning I called the number. They said they did not come in my area, and kindly gave me a link with some more options. The first one I called was closed, and I hung up without leaving a msg. They immediately sent me a text and asked what they could help me with. I replied, telling them the situation but they never responded. The others that I called were closed or out of my area. I called Mobile Pet Cremations and explained the situation. Everything was explained to me clearly as far as my options and cost. Blake sent me several pictures of urns from which to choose and I got a pretty rosewood one. The time was set for 4:00 pm. I was extremely grateful they were able to come the same day, but I also appreciated that I was able to spend that time with Pip. I cooked a tilapia fillet for him and he got to enjoy that along with his favorite treat, cucumbers. When Dr. Writt and Hayden came, they were very sympathetic. I explained what had happened and Dr. Writt did a brief examination and assured me I was making the right decision. After the paperwork they asked me where I would like him to be. I had him on his bed and didn't want to move him, so they started the procedure there. Before each step they asked me if I wanted to spend some time with him before going to the next step. I was able to sit with him and pet and talk with him through the entire procedure. Pip was always anxious and would cry when he had to go to the vet, and I didn't want it to end that way, so I greatly appreciate that I was able to have him go peacefully at home. He was calm and not stressed at all and he went to sleep very peacefully. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Writt and Hayden for their kind, patient and caring manner and to Blake for his understanding and help in dealing with this very difficult time. read more

My mom's dog wasn't doing so well, and we knew we were going to have to start making plans. So, the day that she wasn't doing well, I called Mobile Pet Cremations to ask about their turnaround time, if they could pick-up, etc., and I received all the information I needed. Sadly, that same day, we needed the services that Mobile Pet Cremations offers. They were able to send someone out that day within a few hours to pick up our dog, gave us an appropriate timeline, and allowed my mom to grieve one last time before they took our Chloe away. In less than week, I was notified that they were ready to deliver Chloe's ashes. They dropped off everything in a bag and really took the time to create a paw print, a name tag, and a lovely box containing the ashes. Professional, kind, on time and with a lot of empathy. The kind of service provider you want in these situations.

We had never heard of at home pet euthanasia and cremations services until a friend used a service for their beloved pet. When it came time for us to let our pet move on, we thought we would just go to our vet like we had in the past. Unfortunately our very large dog, Koda, had positioned himself in narrow hallway and couldn't be easily moved without causing pain and suffering. The thought of getting Koda in the SUV without causing a lot of pain because of his size was overwhelming. When the final decision was reached by the family to let Koda pass on, it was getting later in the day and it was raining. Though Koda was always very well taken care of, the thought of what a service like this would cost was a concern. We thought we had made a decision on which service to use, but they had no one available. Koda was in pain, and we didn't want to wait another day. One choice did not accept Care Credit, which we needed to use. Mobile Pet Cremations was another recommendation. They had personnel available, and few hours later they arrived; a licensed veterinarian and a tech/counselor/paper work type of assistant. Having a veterinarian evaluate Koda's condition was essential to us. What if we were wrong. I knew we were not, but it would relieve some family members who were on the fence about euthanasia. The veterinarian carefully examined Koda's condition, answered questions and eased everyone's feeling concerning letting Koda move on. The procedure was done with respect. Because of the location Koda was in, a narrow hallway, the family was not able to gather around. A decision not to move him was made to not cause any more anxiety and not cause anymore pain. Everyone had their own opportunity to spend some time with Koda and we were not rushed. After Koda passed, we still were able to be with him and not rushed. The veterinarian and her assistant went outside and let us take our time with Koda and only reentered our home when asked. They were very kind. Because of this experience, when and if another pet needs help to pass on, Mobile Pet Cremations will be our first call. Being at home versus the sterile environment of a vets office is night and day. Most pets do not like the vets office and already are on guard and tense when going in. So not putting your pet through that at this very vulnerable moment in their lives and yours, is a relief in a very stressful time. Mobile Pet Cremations offer a variety of options as far cremations and ashes. They have wonderful collection of urns, provide a cast of your pet's paw, and the veterinary cut a lock of hair for us before transporting Koda. Mobile Pet Cremations was amazing. read more

What a sad and difficult time when a beloved pet's time has come to cross the rainbow bridge. What was even harder for me is that my wife had passed two weeks prior, and my daughter was out of state for her grandpa's funeral. I was a mess and alone. The doctors that came for my Chloe were so nice, compassionate and understanding. I can't say that it made it any easier, but it meant so much to me to have such real empathy from them, and knowing they would treat my Chloe with the respect and dignity she deserved. I hope I don't need them for either of my other two dogs anytime soon, but I certainly know who I'll call when I do. read more

At a very very sad time this company was there was for us. Making the call to Mobile Pet Cremations was one of the most difficult calls I've had to make. My cherished 14-year-old dog, Scout, began rapidly declining early on a Sunday morning, so I called a few companies that offered in-home euthanasia services. Mobile Pet Cremations had an availability later in the day, so I made the appointment. Blake was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed about the arrival time for the vet so that we knew when to expect her. The vet was kind and professional throughout the visit. The process was peaceful, which is what we wanted for our beloved dog. There are also additional options to remember your pet with, from various urn choices to pawprints and nose prints. The cremation occurred quickly, and a person hand-delivered his ashes and pawprint to our home within a week of the euthanasia. This is something that nobody wants to think about, but our home experience was comfortable for both our dog and us. I recommend using Mobile Pet Cremations for in-home euthanasia and cremation. read more

My daughter's dog, Archie went to doggy heaven on New Year's Eve night and she was devastated. I felt helpless that I wasn't able to be with her and help her with his body to take him in to be cremated. I made one call early the next morning, which was a holiday but that didn't matter because Blake handled everything. He had Archie picked up that morning and returned a few days later in a beautiful urn and paw print reminiscent. Even though the pain from losing a fury baby is unbearable the process with cremation was easy and that because of Mobile Pet Cremation. They offer all sorts of wonderful options. They don't carry through. They know it's a difficult bewildering time for you. they will take full advantage of your pain. it's a business after all .$$$ Having never had to experience a cremation, I knew I wanted one for my pup at home. They are very expensive but the polite young woman on the phone sold me and so I selected them. They claim they offer you a special ID number, I've not received my ID tag. I paid extra to have my dog cremated separately. Whether they do that or not , who knows? They offer Accurate Information of your pet during emotional and challenging time.. with all due respect they take full advantage of your emotional and challenging time. the appointment was made. The doctor came late and according to the owner Blake that was my fault because apparently the good Dr doesn't know to use a GPS! No problem. Things happen. That didn't upset me. I was offered a few minutes needed before my dog was put to sleep...which I could not take full advantage of as I was asked to sign documents. And the dr had to hurry to her next appointment. I let the doctor know that I set up the area where I wanted the service done. she was unpacking her medication equipment and began to do the procedure on the floor. she was young and very kind but as she was much younger than I being on the floor was ok for her. The floor was not an option for me. Sitting on a bench I still couldn't reach my pups head . I was given 5 minutes or so after the second injection to be with my pup. I could probably have gotten down on the floor but I'd never get back up. Seriously The doctor was very professional with the one exception of not using a more comfortable place for me and her. I called the owner Blake. I have nothing nice to say about him. i wasn't told that the first injection isn't allowed while the pet is in your lap. the second one you can have the pet in your lap. I said to the owner Blake why didn't anyone tell me that ? His answer, "you didn't ask". I have choice words the owner. How would I know to ask for something I didn't know existed. The owner "Blake have a nice day." I spent $1500 to be hung up on. I would ever recommend this mobile service. The owner Blake was condescending rude and greedy. Make sure if you use this mobile unit be prepared to ask questions that you didn't even know existed. Update - the owner Blake wants to me redact my review or he won't send me my receipts.
