From the very first call, Mike was a blessing. He was gentle, patient, and spoke to us with a level of compassion that made us feel seen in one of the hardest moments of our lives. He didn't take advantage of our situation or rush us. Instead, he made us feel protected. I knew right then that I didn't need to call anywhere else. He even offered to stay open later for us, knowing how stressful it was to get there with traffic and everything weighing on our hearts. When we finally arrived, he greeted me and my mom with such warmth. His patience was endless, and it meant more than he'll ever know. The prices were more than fair, but honestly, the care we received was priceless. When my baby was handed to me, they had added extra keepsakes--small, thoughtful touches that meant the world to me. It was clear they understood the depth of our grief and wanted to honor her in a meaningful way. Thank you, Mike, and thank you to the entire team. I pray I never have to use these services again, but if life ever brings me back to this place, I know exactly who I will trust. read more

Furever Loved is incredible. It really seems like this is what this group of people were put on earth to do. They really love pets and are fantastic at helping people get through this process of losing a pet. A few days after they picked up our dog, I asked if we could get a nose imprint from our dog that included her snuggle tooth. It was no issue. Seeing that brought a nice chuckle on that reminded me of how much fun our girl gave us. They really are a blessing at such a tough time. Thank you to Adrianna & Mike. Boxes they use are huge....wanted a small box for a Chihuahua...they use one size fits all. Look at the difference.... inappropriate and lack of caring for an already horrible time. Update: they got ahold of me an told me they would do everything to make it right and get a smaller box. read more

I used their services in March 2025 to cremate my fur baby. The only thing I am a little skeptical about is the paw print I received back. My dog had a more long and narrow paw print versus the one I received seems very round. I didn't have too much interaction with them personally as my vet was the middle man and helped with corresponding with them. They gave back fur clippings as well but double check the spelling on the names. Our pups name was misspelled on the bag but thank goodness it was correct on the capsule that contained his remains. It was $300 for all. read more

I had such an incredible experience with this company and highly recommend you bring your fur baby or pet here. Our fur baby passed unexpectedly and I called and she said to bring her down, and the gentleman was so kind and let us say good bye to her and he put her on this very comfortable table and let us take our time saying goodbye and they had her ready within the 3-5 business days as promised. This is a wonderful company to have worked with during a terrible time and I can't say enough good things about them. Here is the message I sent directly to Furever Loved; "Thank you for bringing my girl back home to me and also for the pawprint, lock of her hair, wildflower seeds, and wonderful grieving resources you put into the beautiful package. Your care truly shows. I've unfortunately had to have pets cremated in the past, and never have I ever received such a beautiful package. I was so upset that I had to take her into an unfamiliar hospital at 3 a.m to be put down, but now I know it happened because VCA was great and even more, my girl ended up in your care and I received her directly from you and you included some much needed bonuses! I stumbled across this place and I pulled in and stopped . Staff there was so kind and caring . I got my ashes back in 2 days and it was beautiful how they put together this extra package for me . And the price was cheaper than what my vet. Wanted to charge me and I wouldn't got all of this and it was going to be 2-3 weeks to get the ashes back . So , this place was perfect . I know when you have to give over your special pet to someone , you want them to care for yours and they showed me they are very caring . Offering me a patch of hair lock from my rabbit and a foot print and a wooden box that I can put his picture in . It all came in the very nice basket with Lavender spouts and his name printed on a gold plate and the best of all the Rainbow Bridge poem that is exactly what you want to hear at this time . These guys have a pretty professional set up for what can be an emotional time during the loss of a pet and family member. Nice private room right when you come in and blocked off parking to ensure easy access in and out. Turnaround time was very good. Communication was more than expected. Pricing was reasonable, they even give me a military discount to help offset the tax which was unexpected but appreciated. I hope I do not have to deal with them again in the future as I want my pets to stay with me forever but if they need arises, I will definitely be back to this location. read more
