We called and they were very helpful through the process of the loss of our dog, from the pick up to the delivery of her ashes. I highly recommend them.

Having to make this call was one of the hardest things I've had to do. I lost my 17 year old best friend on Sunday after a drastic overnight change of condition. I called 4 different mobile vets and they were the only ones able to do same day. It is expensive, but I appreciate that they were able to help. The vet that came was very kind and treated my buddy gently until the end. I appreciate the help.

When my Chewy passed away, I was emotional and distraught. I didn't know what to do, but I knew that I wanted to have his ashes here at home. I found Mobile Pet Cremations and spoke to Blake. He kindly helped me through the process of what I could do to have my Chewy home again. Their handling From beginning to end was very professional and with such care and empathy. Thank u for helping us during this difficult time

If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. It was one of the hardest things to do to put down my little boy Sebastian. He had cancer and was having difficulty breathing and it was time. Dr Lee was so compassionate, caring and kind. It must take a special person to do what they do.

Sitting Bull

After several visits to the vet, multiple medications, and lumpectomy surgeries in a losing battle with cancer, our family made the difficult decision to not let our fur baby suffer any longer. I researched our options online and found Mobile Pet Cremations. I never imagined in-home euthanasia was ever an option but was grateful to find out it was because the thought of loading Sitting Bull up into our vehicle in his condition and letting him go in a veterinary office was unimaginably heartbreaking. I reached out to MPC and Blake provided prompt and compassionate answers to my inquiries. From our initial contact on September 8th, he had offered a same day appointment, but we were able to schedule an in-home euthanasia for September 17th (at my request) in order to spend a few more days making memories and saying our goodbyes. When Sitting Bull's condition worsened drastically on the night of September 10th, I messaged MPC notifying them of our need to move the date up. Blake responded in the early morning hours and he was able to facilitate a same day appointment later that day on September 11th. Dr. Writt and Hayden arrived at our home that afternoon. They explained everything to us and did a medical assessment of Sitting Bull. They were gentle with him and kindly gave us time to give him kisses, Hershey's kisses and ice cream as the time drew near. We weren't rushed. We were able to tell him how much we loved him through endless tears as he slipped away in our arms in the comfort of our home. Dr. Writt and Hayden asked if we wanted a little bit of his fur and they used hair clippers to gently take a little bit of both colors (black and white) from the top of his head and placed it in a small glass jar for us. A few minutes later they carefully picked him up and took him with them giving us their condolences as they left. On September 19th, MPC reached out to confirm that his cremains would be delivered on the 21st. I appreciated that they wanted to make sure someone would be home to receive him. On September 21st, they provided a text reminder in the morning with tracking information and ETA updates. We were hand delivered a carefully packed bag. Inside were his cremains in a beautiful cedar chest with a lock and 2 keys, a paw print and stand, and his cremation certificate. A few days later, we also received a card of condolences, with an ink paw print of Sitting Bull included, from Dr. Writt's office. I will be forever grateful to Mobile Pet Cremations, Blake, Dr. Writt, and Hayden for making Sitting Bull's passing a peaceful and dignified transition. Although we are heartbroken we couldn't have imagined a better way.

A year ago we lost our Little Cinnamon. Mobile Pet Cremations made it such a great experience for such an unfortunate event. They made us feel comfortable and you can tell how much they cared for both our Dog and for us. The vet came to our home so we got to say goodbye to her while she was surround by loved ones and at peace at her home. We got to keep a little patch of her hair and they even gave us a little Glass bottle to put it in. The turn around time was quick and the results speak for themselves. We have her paw, fur and ashes forever now. I always recommend them to all family and friends who are dealing with similar situations.

His ashes are in this beautiful, rose wood box with his name, and they also sent this precious paw print

I don't even know where to start. I had to put my 16 year-old multi-Pooh to rest. I didn't know who to call. I was referred through a group on Facebook in my community in Temecula and they referred Mobile Pat cremations I called and Nick was the most gracious, compassionate, patient human being And I am so grateful for him because of the state of mind I was in I called him back two or three different times and he was completely compassionate and wonderful. The doctor that came at the time of our appointment to put my precious chance to rest was amazing. In my grief at the time, I don't remember her name, and for that I am sorry because she was amazing again compassionate gracious, supportive, confirmed what I was doing was the right thing to do because she checked my dogs body. She explained everything and it was very peaceful. They were very communicative on the steps that would be taken and what I could expect next, he was privately cremated and returned today in a beautiful rosewood box and they also sent A paw print. What I paid was worth every penny. I Highly recommend mobile cremations and I would give 10 stars if they were available I don't even know where to start. Our Whiskey boy was with us from birth to death. He was a super sweet loving and active boy until his illness.

This service was crucial to our acceptance of Whiskey's inevitable death and to our ability to grieve. Being in our home, witnessing his comfort at the end and the professionalism of the Veterinarian made a devastating decision easier to accept! Thank you!

The hardest call I had to make was to this company to euthanize my darling 14 year old Pug who had been diagnosed with a collapsed trachea. After several months, the condition worsened she was suffering from a bad cough. I called them in the morning and they were able to schedule a doctor the same day. Dr. Writt arrived several hours later. She was efficient, compassionate and explained all the steps she was taking. As difficult at this was, she was kind and really made this awful decision easier. Soon, my darling girl passed peacefully. I highly recommend this organization. Thank you so much Mobile Pet Cremations.

My dogs paw print, and box for her remains.

Thank you to Mobile Pet Cremations for making this an easy process. From start to finish the communication and time frame was exceptional. They were gentle and kind and I felt safe knowing my dog was treated with care during life and in death. RIP to my baby Molly and 15 years of unconditional love.

Our beloved pet, Shaggy, was diagnosed with kidney failure by Dr. Lee at the Moreno Valley Clinic on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Though we were given the option to say goodbye at the clinic, we chose to bring Shaggy home. We wanted more time with him, more quiet moments, more nights by our side. But deep down, we knew that even though he was fighting to stay with us, he was also suffering. It was one of the hardest decisions our family has ever had to make. Shaggy still looked like he had strength left in him, and it felt like we were giving up on him. But in our hearts, we knew that holding onto him any longer would only prolong his pain. We had to put his comfort and peace above our own heartbreak. The next day, Sunday, we began calling several at-home euthanasia services. Sadly, most were only available 1-2 days later for appointments, but we knew we couldn't bear to watch him suffer any longer. On our second call, someone kindly referred us to the Vet Angel website, where we found the contact number for Mobile Pet Cremations. That same day, we were able to reach Blake from Mobile Pet Cremations. He was incredibly kind and direct, and he helped us schedule for that very afternoon. The process was simple and transparent. He clearly explained the costs, sent us the forms via email, and communicated through text messages. He also asked what type of urn we preferred and gave us time to decide. We chose the photo urn right away. While we weren't able to select the specific type of wood, we were fortunate to receive the one we had hoped for, which was the beautiful walnut finish. We contacted Mobile Pet Cremations around 10 AM, and they informed us that the veterinarian would arrive between 1 and 3 PM. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the vet who came to our home was none other than Dr. Lee, who was the same doctor who had diagnosed Shaggy the day before. It felt like fate. Having Dr. Lee there brought us a sense of comfort and familiarity, and it meant so much that he was the one to guide Shaggy across the rainbow bridge. The process was peaceful and dignified. Dr. Lee was gentle, compassionate, and treated our Shaggy with the love and respect he deserved. We can't thank him enough for making such a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable. Just seven days later, Shaggy came back home to us in a beautiful walnut photo urn. The return was much quicker than we expected, and the person who delivered him was so kind and compassionate. She offered her condolences with such empathy, and in that moment, we felt reassured that Shaggy had been cared for with love every step of the way. We are deeply grateful to Mobile Pet Cremations and to Blake for their fast, kind, and compassionate service. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in the most loving and respectful way. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any family facing the same heartbreaking journey. They made all the difference in helping us honor Shaggy's life and memory.

Brian was super empathetic and patient with us, offering us a private moment with our girl. First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!
