The crew here at BMW from Cat at the front desk to the guys moving the cars and let's not forget Jeremy my service advisor are all amazing souls. Going here is not fun... it is because your property was or is damaged. The team here made me feel so much better leaving my hard earned money with them that it would be returned to me as if it were new. Well again, they did exactly what they said they would do. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling reassured, confident, and with full faith my car would be taken care of. We went there almost 3 weeks ago to purchase a used car. At the time, it was at another location…read morefor repairs. We told them, "We want to buy it, with cash, we only want to wait for it to return to give it a quick test drive first." I was told I would be the FIRST to know when it got back and the FIRST to see it. That was an outright lie. I texted the salesman numerous times, reiterating our interest and intent to buy it. They sold it to someone else the DAY BEFORE it returned. Right out from under me! And when I called to ask why the hell, they BLAMED ME for not signing they day I was there. THAT IS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! They have no honor and do NOT stand by their own word. I could never trust a promise made by this dealership!

Now it's my turn to share what really goes on for them to sell a car…read more Salesman, he was meh, was a typical used car salesman that will say everything you want to hear to sale you a car. Says their cars are the very best auction cars and they buy an insurance policy where they can send the car back if it isn't up to standard. Said that they have many, many repeat customers because of how good the cars are and that they stand behind them. He also said they have a great service department that can fix anything, even a big job like a bad transmission. Cool...but sounds too good to be true and it is - just didn't know it yet. During the test drive of the Lexus I saw that the passenger side mirror didn't change position with the button. Salesman saw it too and said he'd have their service dept look at it. Fair enough. So I decided to buy the car and he took it to service while I went to the bank to get the check. A few hours later I'm there signing the paperwork we get almost done. The "We Owe" paper was next. I asked, oh yeah, what did you find out about the mirror? He said they aren't going to fix it. I said really, that is a safety item and you're going to sell a car with a known safety problem. He said yea, if you don't want the car we can cancel the deal right now. Wow! I almost canceled and walked but decided to buy the car anyway since it is a minor thing to fix. It really is incredible that they would trade a simple, inexpensive mirror fix for a negative review but they made the choice and I'm doing my part to tell you to be leery of doing business with Keith Kingan's Classic Cars. I got home and discovered the trunk won't open. I am utterly surprised at all the lip service but absolutely no action. This is one customer that will never go back to that place.

I spent countless hours and days trying to get approved financing after a car accident I was involved in. no one would could get me financed after being rear ended and not at all at fault in the accident. my last plan was to purchase a car cash outright but I was limited on that plan. i would have had to buy on market place or other with only $3000-$4000 to get a not so dependable vehicle. I was in a real bad situation with my Gap insurance not getting on the stick to finish paying for the totaled Kia I was driving prior. I saw the ad on my iPhone for Coastal Auto Group. even though I had no faith left in Auto sales and dealerships I decided to fill out the quick application online which was fast. within an hour or so I was contacted then ask some additional information and in around 2-3 hours I was approved.
