I immediately took it back and they told me it probably just needed recalibrated. They couldn't get it to work. Left a note for my service advisor to call me in the morning and sent me home because it was 6pm. service manager never called me. when I finally got him on the phone two days later he told me I could bring it in but they would charge me another $189 to diagnose it. I never had my window down before I brought it in and they obviously had it down while working on the car. They caused this issue and wouldnt stand behind it. The service manager was extremely rude about it also and hung up on my sister on the phone. I will nevvvvver go back there again.

I purchased a 2014 Ram a year ago from a different dealer that came with wheel locks. In August 2026 the 2 local dealers in my area (FL) told me I could not purchase a key from them, they would have to be cut and then new locks would be put on and didn't have any appointments to perform this repair until October. I called Tameron in AL and they got me in within 5 days. Upon dropping my car off for my appointment the service representative verified what I was here for and when he leaned that I needed a key, he went in the back and in less that 10 minutes took care of my issue WITHOUT cutting anything... And despite me insisting that they charge me something for their time, the technician refused and only asked that I go online and write a review of my experience. I now have a key when needed. Now days everyone is skeptical about dealers and service and getting sold repairs they don't need... This dealer could've have taken my car in, removed the wheel locks with their key, and charged me for the repair the FL dealers claimed needed to be done and I wouldn't have know any different.... Although this was an hour away, and in a different state, this is where I will take my vehicle when I need service done on my Ram.

When I come to drop off the truck they never have a loaner ready or they can get me one but I have to go to Hertz down the road, wait for and take the shuttle there and then wait 20+ minutes at hertz for them to get their act together and prep the vehicle, not to mention the hertz location has a bad sewer odor. Recently I was having issues with my gauge cluster and it had to be replaced. Tameron had my truck for a month while they ordered the new cluster, they gave it back to me and the dimming function wasn't working. They didn't believe me and had to do a side by side comparison with another RAM to see the difference. I mean come on your guys are that inexperienced they couldn't tell it was wrong? I have a transmission issue and they reprogrammed it once; it still clunks and they say "it's operating as designed". Stay away from this place and stay away from the Service Tech Dave. He repeatedly lies, promises he'll call back when a loaner is ready then doesn't and can't ever fix anything properly. Epic fail!

I asked if they didn't carry them at all or if Mobile did not carry/have any. He said this location sold their last one yesterday, but by October or so they should have their brand new 2021 models in. Seemed a little convenient to have just sold the last PWC you have, and to say without checking that Mobile does not have any at all, but it could be true. So we asked for brochures, and he gave us the Yamaha and Sea-Doo ones to browse, which had been scribbled in. I think I'll venture to check the Mobile location, just to see, but we've been referred by others to go to Gulf Shores Power Sports & Marine instead-- for their selection and service.
