They were covered by a 65,000 mile warranty and needed to be replaced after about 30,000 miles. I scheduled an appt via a service adviser to have the tread depth checked to get the warranty process rolling. When I brought my car in, they couldn't find my appointment. I finally got my car checked in with a service adviser and he told me it would take about an hour. Two hours later, that same adviser called me because he had no idea why my car was there. I finally picked my car up several hours later and was told he'd call me to let me know how the tire inspection went. Never heard from him. I left several voicemails and never got a call back. I finally went to Discount Tire and they took care of all the warranty stuff even though my tires didn't come from them. They got everything done in a few hours and now I finally have my new tires. I won't be using Eastern Shore Hyundai service ever again.

I opted for the avocado green exterior color, complemented by a black and amber brown diamond-stitched leather interior, which earned a spot on the 2026 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX List. He guided me through the entire paperwork process and remained very patient, composed, and respectful. He possesses integrity and a compassionate nature. I've never experienced such attentive service in my numerous car purchases. Brandon Baggett will treat you and your family the same way rather you want to see a Volkswagen or Kia vehicle.

My vehicle was in very good condition with no issues prior to the visit. I paid $682 expecting professional service. Immediately after picking up my car, I noticed a loud, constant noise coming from the passenger seat area that had never existed before. I gave it a week to see if it would resolve, but it did not. When I returned, the staff dismissed my concern without even properly inspecting the vehicle and told me nothing was wrong. I clearly explained that I was about to complete a long-distance PCS move from Alabama to California and needed my car to be safe. The store manager showed no concern, refused to take responsibility, and sent me away in a vehicle that had developed a new issue after their service. During my road trip, the situation worsened. About 5 hours into the drive, my AC stopped working completely, forcing me to drive for 5 days in uncomfortable and difficult conditions. The noise also became progressively worse. This was extremely stressful, especially as a military family during a PCS move. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and instead I was dismissed and left dealing with worsening problems across the country. I have records of my conversation with the store manager regarding this issue. Due to the lack of accountability and the safety concerns involved, I am escalating this matter to Kia corporate and am prepared to take further action to pursue a proper resolution. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
