I won't get into a long winded story about why I needed their service, but when I reached out to Az Mobile Lock and Key I got Jody - Even on the Fourth of July - he was quick in response, right to the point, helpful and professional. He sent Technician Ron out to help me, and let me tell you Ron was THE MAN. Ron is exactly the person you want helping you out when you're in a pickle. You can tell he's just the kinda guy who goes the extra mile, which he certainly did for me! I can't recommend them enough and won't deal with another company but them going forward! First, Cody gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. I was locked out of residence. I had no key. I just needed the door opened. Other company I called wanted all my personal information before finally telling me a service call was $29 and the technician would be give me a quote that could range from $50 -$200 once on site. And that the technician would call me back! Second, Cody says he was in the area and could be here in 15 minutes. He arrived on time. Third, he was kind and jovial. Cody did everything as expected! He was very responsive and helpful. I had been having issues with my key fob and set up a mobile appointment with him late in the day, same day. He showed up on time and was flexible with the meeting location and time. After a couple of minutes he was able to figure out what was wrong with the fob. Got it back working and turned me into one happy customer and now a raving fan. Call this business and specifically Cody for any lock and key issues or concerns. Everyone can make a technical job after a couple minutes of training. I am giving a rate of one star because I cannot give none stars. 1st) The technical job I requested was done (Partially). 2nd) I asked technician why he made three copies of my keys if I only requested two. Technician said "I just follow orders". 3rd) After this incident, I called "Cody" (Manager/Owner). He argued that what I saw was not what I thought it was, and rudely yelling at me, he told me "you should not be making stuff up just to avoid paying me my money. I deal with b****** like you all the time and blah blah blah". I do not recommend this service at all. I ended up hanging up the call and paying for a new Professional service to a Professional company to replace my whole door lock. Cody, I am an engineer, I am making more money per year that you have ever made on the whole 20 years this company has been running. Cody is an asshole, an uneducated person that does not have appreciation for his customers, nor women. I feel this guy take advantage that "his company" does not have a physical address where a customer can physically go and teach him a couple of lessons about respect. read more

2017 Frod F350 Truck I needed two new Amazon keyfobs programmed. Problem was I lost one of the two Ford original fobs needed to do this myself. They had the computer to program the new fobs, and came to my house to do that and cut the two new keys that go into the fobs. $125 was SUPER reasonable to me. Turns out both batteries were low or dead in the new fobs, and they replaced them without charging me more. The Tech didn't mention or work me for a tip and I was happy enough with what he did and their price that I tipped him $25. read more
