The lamb chops were literally a 1/4 inch thick, which doesn't make any sense because as a former chef being quite familiar with rack-of-lamb preparation? any type of lamb is usually at least a finger width thick or 1/2 inch thick at the very least (normally 3/4" thick), not a meager 1/4 inch thick. As I said, the presentation was absolutely horrendous. Nothing was fanned out or shingled. You would think for $75 I would get something more than just flung on a plate haphazardly lamb chops. It was traumatizing. It's almost as if they cooked it incorrectly & then shaved it off in order to get the medium rare aspect, keeping the nice endcap pieces for their own consumption. Absolutely disappointed. I'm never ever ever never going back again. It's dying a slow death that it absolutely deserves as a business.
