It definitely was. Thank you Riza!

I brought my device in the morning around 10am, and by 3PM it was completed. Kiri was amazing!! He had to go in through a "back door" to fix it, and now all is good! Very reasonable rates and fast turnaround. I highly recommend Accurate Technologies for any support you may need with your Apple devices. This is a good business to support. I have found a hidden…read moregem of a computer service place. It was in Westtowne Plaza near the corner of Dixon and Islington. I almost missed it! I brought my aging iMac in for service and the shopkeeper was surprisingly knowledgeable and patiently checked for problems while I waited. After making an appointment and heading out via uber to the place of business, I arrive to find that there is no one there. I call later on and was told they had perhaps slipped out for a coffee. I had waited over half an hour and then took another uber to go home after trying to call the business number. I finally got the business later that day and was told.they would fix it immediately while I wait. I tool another uber there and expected them to fix it while I waited. They said that they needed an extra part and I would need to leave until t he following day. Another uber back home and then back again the next day. (Having had a recent knee injury , I was unable to take TTC) The next day , I get there , pay for repair and receive a receipt which says the phone was guaranteed for 90 days. On clerks recommendation , i purchase an expensive OTTERBOX case to avoid breaking screen again. Within a week , i.receive case and as I'm installing it, the screen cracked as I snap it on! In addition , I realize that the earpiece stopped working after repair! I needed to use the speaker or Bluetooth ear buds to answer a call. I then return to the store a week or so later and was told that the cracked screen would only be repaired for an additional $120 charge! The earpiece was also still broken I later discover. After much discussion, I begrudgingly hand over the money and was told I'd receive a receipt via email.... none was sent. A couple of weeks later , the screen started to detach from the phone !! After paying for the same repair , the phone was unusable due to faulty careless repair work. I was given such grief by this place I just could NOT go back as they would not repair without charging extra! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
