iPad Pro

Came in with a broken screen and bent iPad Pro 2nd generation. I have been paying for Applecare+ since 2020 so I only had to pay $49 for a total replacement. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and got a new one by Tuesday. Super happy with the customer service, the gentlemen in the front was very helpful and made it super easy. Definitely recommend for other customers who are experiencing a similar situation.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SCREEN REPAIR…read more One star because the screen now does not work at all. The first they ordered cracked while they were putting it on the phone. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.
