Yesterday I was helping a friend of mine with her Laptop issues. She was using Macafee Antivirus, however she no longer wanted to use the software. she is not computer savvy and does not know that in order to install a another antivirus you must remove the other. Well I tried to "uninstall" Macafee and to my dismay I was stuck. I had no clue what to do and I was in need of assistance ASAP! So I called this store, and spoke with "Jay". I did not expect for them to help in the manner in which they did, I figured they were gonna try to get me to come in for some costly repair..... Instead the tech that I was speaking to, "jay" seemed to know first hand what I was dealing with. Virus! I gave him the problem, and he gave the solution right then and there! Usually I'm way way too busy to write a review. But this place deserved the time... And is beyond worth YOUR time! Time and money is exactly what you'll save going here. Jacob is some sort of phone prodigal genius! Instead of waiting for my phone insurance company to send me a new phone I was able to text him a photo of my iPhone in pieces from my iPad. I didn't truly believe he could put it back together in one piece. The entire screen was smashed the button had even popped off and the entire front of phone face had popped open. He looked at it and said come back in 30. No joke 20 mins later and quarter of the price of a new phone my phone was back to brand new. Mind you this is my third time I've gone to the store because I'm beyond clumsy and an idiot that prefers the cases that look better and thus have dealt with three cracked screens point where the camera is damaged! I rarely ever write reviews, but this one had to be done. I cracked my iPhone after I dropped it face down on the concrete (it was bound to happen!). I came in at 11am on a Tuesday and the guys were amazing. I always get worried that businesses like to take advantage of people in situations like this, but Mobile Kangaroo was so incredibly professional, personable, and helpful. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on - how much I'd be charged, exactly what they were doing to my phone, and how long it'd take. I am so impressed. After they fixed my phone, we discovered a small glitch (my phone's issue, not theirs), they immediately took it back to fix and gave me a free USB lightning cord as an inconvenience. Totally unexpected, but very, very appreciated. How cool is that? In total, it only took 30 minutes to get the fix done. Perfect to sneak out to on a lunch break! A little expensive but it was the same price through apple and this was done as a walk in and much faster! It took exactly three hours, although in the past its taken much quicker through them. Our helper Tom was so helpful! we were not able to pick the phone up right when it was ready and because of weather conditions and other scheduling issues he was willing to stay over 40 min waiting for us to pick it up! If that's not true customer care I don't know what is! Its also a very cute little store and screen protectors and phone cases were pretty cheap. All in all i would recommend anyone who needs their screen repaired to come here. You don't need an appointment and its much faster than the apple store. Once again shout out to Tom for being the best representative and really pulling through with staying 40 min after closing to let us pick the phone up! read more

Great customer service. Since my children love to break things I seem to be here a lot, each time being the best experience due to new management it has gotten better :) They always have the answers for whatever I bring in. They have the lowest prices I travel all the way from Berkeley for all my repairs. My last repair was my Mac Book Air My 9 year old daughter thought it would be fun to stand on top of it and jump up and down, any who, when i brought it in they did there diagnostic and called me within that day to let me know what the total damages were surprisingly lower then expected, so they went ahead and ordered the parts needed and within hours of the parts being delivered my Mac Book was back from the crapper. 5 thumbs up guys thanks . read more

Had a great experience with Mobile Kangaroo. I did all of my interaction over the phone with Melissa. I called at 5.50pm and she was really busy with in store customers, but promsied to call me back asap. True her word she called later that evening AFTER the store was officially closed! I needed to unlock my cell phone as I travel a lot for business and Melissa explained all the steps required to allow me to unlock my phone in the most cost efficient and timely manner. All charges were explained before hand and she even talked me out of potentially more expensive options (thanks). This is a great place, I kind of want to keep it to myself....I don't write reviews often, however the service and price at Mobile Kangaroo are more than worthy of a review. I broke the screen and lcd on my Galaxy S4 and called several shops. Most of the other shops couldn't perform same day service. There was one that could, but it was very expensive. While I was out at lunch I noticed Mobile Kangaroo and walked in. Reza was friendly and helpful, not only was he able to give me a price lower than anyone else, but he was able to perform the repair the same day. If you have to get your cell phone repaired, this is the best place to do it. read more

Great service.The technician really knew what he was talking about when i went in yesterday. they were very helpful. I had to bring in 2 different items for repair*headache! When i got in there they gave me a free diagnostic for my iPhone 4S and my Dell Laptop. When they finished the diagnostic they called me and told me what was wrong since i know Nothing when it comes to electronics. I paid them over the phone made it easier so I didn't have to leave work. Then i received my phone and laptop the same day the parts arrived. Very speedy and knowledgeable tech. Went in at opening today to get an Iphone 4s and a 5c screen fixed up. Staff we very friendly, helpful, and no extra bullshit. They had what they needed for the 4s but had run out of 5c screens. No problem at all, they guy(I apologize for not remembering your name) got immediately on the phone and ordered me a screen for my 5c. Promised he would have it all done within a couple of hours. He delivered. These guys were very hassle free a gave us a very fair price. 10/10 would go back to them for future repairs. read more
