Both men took pride in their craft and did excellent work.. no job was too small. NOW THERE'S A NEW OWNER... BEWARE !!!He is overpriced.... His workmanship is poor and his customer service is terrible. I brought in my Ugg boots to be cleaned (a few spots on the toes) and to be waterproofed for the season. I wore them once and noticed all the spots lifted and were back...Looking like they were never cleaned. He charged me $48 to clean & waterproofing. I brought them back the following week and showed him my boots... and that I paid a lot of money for his service. He said I brought in 2 pairs of shoes (which I didn't), that's why I paid $48... Basically, he was calling me a liar!!! Since then, I've talk to a few other residents of Yorba Linda... one who also brought in Uggs to be waterproof. The Uggs were a brand new Christmas gift and the first time worn in wet weather they were soak!!! All the previous years when I've taken my Uggs to Andreas the water beaded off the suede when they were treated. This guy is overpriced, & doesn't stand behind his work!!! Who knows if he ever did waterproof my Uggs or my friends??? If I could subtract a star I would... but my only choice is one star and that's being TOO GENEROUS!!!

When my husband bought me a brown Roma purse last year, I was excited to try it out because of the way it was designed. The two zippered compartments with one snap compartment in the middle makes this purse so easy to organize. I have carried a large amount of stuff in my purse and ALWAYS carry my glock in it. It has held for over a year and does not show any wear. For Christmas, my husband just bought me the exact same one in black. Don't ask me how I know.....grin!! Highly recommended!!!

I came in here looking to buy some scraps for a few projects I'm working on. The shop is run by a couple and their son. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by them and helped immediately. I dug through their scrap pile (which is actually organized by thickness and roughly by color), and found some good pieces. They didn't have one color I was looking for, so the owner offered to cut some for me. I didn't need a giant piece, so he cut me some smaller pieces and gave me a great deal. He even spent some time to go over the thickness and tell me the difference between different leathers. The scraps came out to $8 a pound, and the cut leather was $10 for 3 pieces roughly the size of standard printer paper, with varying thicknesses. Thanks Adrian! I'll definitely be coming back for all my leather needs.

Champ Shoe Repair replaced the worn/missing heel tip, glued down some material that had started peeling, and also treated the material because the black dye would transfer onto my skin whenever I wore them. I would literally come home with black marks going up my feet and legs from the straps! The gentleman did good work, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I believe this may be a family-owned business, which I always like supporting. There was, however, a bit of a language barrier, and I misunderstood exactly what was included in the price. I thought more of the bottom sole was going to be replaced. When I initially picked them up, I spoke with who I believe was his son, but he wasn't sure exactly what work had been included on my ticket, so I left the shoes there again. When I returned later and spoke with the original gentleman, we were able to clear up the misunderstanding. For me personally, the repair was also a little pricier than I expected--probably more than I originally paid for the shoes! But I really like these heels and wanted to save them, so I went ahead with it. Overall, they did a good job and were very kind. I haven't worn the heels yet to see how well the dye treatment worked, so I'll have to update my review once I do. I wouldn't discourage anyone from coming here at all; for my own budget, I would probably shop around for a less expensive option next time.

I wanted to buy ribbon various color sizes and types. When I walked towards the back of the store to look at the ribbon, I was flabbergasted!!! my eyes open so wide my mouth dropped open. I had just stepped into ribbon heaven. I came away with maybe 20 different ribbons, maybe 5 yards each and $48 bill. Well worth it. I wanted various types to make ribbon book markers.
