The result? oh we will look at it and fix it, must of missed it, because when you walk in -- Mavis Discount Tire Nanuet actually work on appointments. We will take a 3 day later, closer look why the tire sensor went off again, oh and you need new shock absorbers the current 2016, 8 year old original shocks need replacing they are leaking (Indeed I did). I then brought the car to Lenny at Duke of Oil, in New City, who has been serving the Clarkstown community for God knows how long and guess what. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused.
