THIS PLACE IS CLOSED/DONE !!…read more Yes, there is an auto parts store there, which employs some of the same ancient folk that worked there 30 years ago. I've spent tens of thousands (ASE master certified mechanic) with Miele, until they changed hands. Twice. It was Auto Plus for a while, now it's FactoryMotorParts or some horsefeathers. They don't stock, and cannot easily get, common parts. You think them boys were rude before? Yikes. They won't honor warranties from any of the previous business names either. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Advance or Autozone. Better yet, online with Rock Auto. For specialty stuff deal with Carquest/P&A in Park Ridge. Just don't go to the dead corpse of "Mieleap" .... Seriously. Don't.

It's a standard AutoZone with a solid selection of batteries, fluids, and common auto parts, plus the option to order online and pick up in store. There's plenty of parking right out front, so getting in and out is easy. I picked up a new car battery here and had a really smooth experience. I ordered online and chose in-store pickup, which was quick and easy. The cashier was helpful and caught that the battery I ordered wasn't actually the correct one for my car, and he swapped it out for the right one on the spot with no hassle. Returns and exchanges were straightforward, which made the whole process stress-free. Exactly what you want from an AutoZone -- efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely come back.

Just to give you some perspective I have purchased two new vehicles from Schultz Ford over a period…read moreof 1/2 years. I have spent in excess o 75 k total for both. Please understand that this is not an indictment of any salesman on the floor but instead and indictment of dealer management. I am now in the market for a mid sized truck. I went back to the dealers web site thinking I was going to do business with them again. I saw three 2024 rangers on their web site all of which were very attractive to me. I also thought that being a 2024 it would be a better situation for a deal. On Jan 18th I inquired about one of the vehicles and at the same time requested them to send me the Window Sticker because the link was not working. The responses I received either said they were going to check with management or could not provide it to me directly. I addition I was invited to make an appointment by calling. Today I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. I walked the lot and found two of the three vehicles I was interested in. I went into the showroom and asked for help. To my surprise I was told that two of the trucks were awaiting parts for a safety recall and the third one was just sold. I did stay to begin the write up of a new truck. When I left I realized that this situation could have been viewed as a Bait and Switch situation. I feel this way because I was never told up front that the vehicles were never available. Especially with the two that were not available because of recall issues which were known well before my inquires. There was no indication on the web site that these vehicles were not available. I feel I might have been mis led into thinking that I had an opportunity to purchase one of those vehicles.

They facilitated my purchase from 2 states away & were kind, accommodating, & even humorous for the entire process. I got my dream car out of the situation! The team on my case: - Colin (general sales manager) - Tony (sales specialist) - Wendy (finance manager) I would highly recommend going out of your way (like, multiple states kinda out of your way) to work with this dealership. I certainly would do it again.

I strongly urge anyone considering Nanuet Auto Service to look elsewhere…read more I brought my vehicle here when my usual mechanic was unavailable, expecting a straightforward, minor repair. Instead, Scott misdiagnosed the issue and performed an unnecessary repair that ultimately caused additional damage to my car. Within 24 hours of leaving the service, all of the oil had leaked out due to an incorrectly installed part. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
