Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. The mechanic said, I needed to replace the engine in my Audi Q5. I could not believe what was coming out of his mouth. I'm not a mechanic but a single cylinder not getting minimum compression doesn't sound like a total engine loss and this from an ASE certified mechanic. I was happy I get a referral here and a second opinion that was accurate. It turns out it was a bad fuel injector. Yes, better than replacing an entire engine. They have great mechanics here who are ASE & Audi certified. They have personable and professional Staff in Jennifer, JD & John. They offer a Veteran discount. sadly they don't have a loaner car option or provide drop off/pick-up transportation. Dutch, the owner, is a former 727 pilot with Eastern Airlines. Plenty of free parking.

The techs came back and said that it would be $1200 to make the repair and that she owed $190 to diagnose the issue. $190 to not fix anything and then quote us $1200 to fix the turn signal! There was not option to refund the diagnostic fee if the service was booked. This seems egregious and greedy at the same time. We had decent experiences with this shop in the past but this is ridiculous.
