EXCUSE ME, I meant *line by line: 1. The 15 minutes call could have been a lot quicker if I ya'll could tell me what is included in that inspection. I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. When I called afterwards to find out nothing had been done. I was scoffed at for asking, "so how do we proceed from here?" the reply, "ughhhh, were busy now." And then silence. There never was an offer to come back out later or even another day. So I think the one truth throughout the entire response from After Hours Auto ans Truck: I told them I am leaving a review of my experience. Guess they took that as a threat. When in reality my intent was to warn others of the awful experience I had with Afrer Hours Auto and Truck. If you treat people right then you wouldn't have to worry about someone leaving a review! He struggled for 30 minutes to even get it on the ramp and during that ripped the bumper off. Told my son that he did it and it was going to come out of his paycheck, he admitted it and then lied when he got back to their shop. This business is a mess and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. So don't risk having your car damaged end of story. What you should review is how unethical your business is, and the fact that your driver admitted to my son that he damaged his car and now he's lying.

I brought my 1959 Cadillac to Jake at Done Right to address several leaks and to get the AC in…read moreworking order. After roughly three and a half weeks at his shop, Jake tried to return the car to me in far worse condition than when I left it with him. Jake and his guys managed to scratch and damage both inner wheel wells under the hood, scratch the painted glove box, and left the interior of the car completely filthy. At that point, I should have taken my car elsewhere to correct the damage he had done instead of leaving it with him longer to fix. Sure enough, he repainted the wheel wells (looks worse now), he sent my glove box panel to his guy Cody at Pristine Shine detailing which also looks far worse than it did even with the scratch on it. Aside from the damage to the car, the AC duct work was never properly reinstalled, and the car had a stutter under throttle which was new since he did the work. It wouldn't have been so bad if Jake didn't have an excuse for all the damage I found to my car. He had no interest in taking ownership of the damage caused and addressing it properly. I will take some responsibility, I should have known better after seeing his operation and the condition of his shop. The shop itself is disgusting, he has teenagers doing most of the work it looks like. When I went to finally pick up my car he has kids running around the shop and my car like a playground, at that point I just wanted to get my car out of there before he could do more damage to it. I fully expect to take the car to someone capable to fix the damage Jake already tried to fix. I would implore you to find service for your car elsewhere. No consideration or care was given to my car while it was in Jake's hands, I'm sure there are plenty of other options in St. George that will actually take care of trying to return it to you damaged in disgusting condition. Hopefully my lesson helps you steer clear of Done Right.
