I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. I'll be using Chris moving forward and highly recommend that you do, too.

I've been given the run around for almost 2 years...nothing. There's a reason they want the ins payment for repair up front, they're thieves. They kept my vehicle for six months. I had damages on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off(window and doors not properly working and not to mention still didn't fix parking light that was part of the paid damage and repair from ins)IF they did $2000 worth of repair would be a stretch. They issued me a loner car for maybe 2 months (of the 6 that they had my car in their shop) and I had to use 3 AAA services on it. Yes, they were accommodating in that aspect and didn't charge me $500 deductible but NEVER said anything about forfeiting repairs to offset the deductible( apparently my $7000+ was used to repair everybody else's vehicle in shop because I'm a POC? Where's the other $5000?) They drove my vehicle too and even had their names programmed in my Bluetooth list‍. Just do not go here. I'm not even sure that they are ASE certified.I've tried multiple times to get my vehicle fixed. Multiple times "something came up" and they couldn't keep the appointment. I even took off work a couple times and they still found a way to not be there(roof repair because of storm?) At one point Chris told me I had a toll bill that needed to be paid first. I said fine, send me an itemized bill and I'll pay it just so I can get my car fixed(at this point I'm convinced they're crooks or druggies‍)Nothing!!! I've requested itemized bill of actual repairs and supplies done!! Nothing!!!!Maybe now they will answer and unblock/accept my phone calls.

No problems but the coolant put back in was green instead of the yellow. I also had them price changing the 4 spark plugs which their estimate was $504.51. I changed them myself for $70.00 and only took an hour. I have always been a customer for several years but now question the fair pricing. The work was done satisfactory but question pricing. I'm looking elsewhere now.

Driving from Indiana on our way to Florida for spring break, a series of dash lights and acceleration issues had us searching for a mechanic in a more urgent way. Not knowing the area, my quick search found Christian Brothers Automotive nearby and after reading their philosophy I knew this is where we were meant to go. Chris greeted us in as a walk in and served us every step of the way. Our vehicle DID NOT make it easy but Jacob, the technician, worked hard to find the root problem, yay for electrical issues. I drove it to Louisville and ended up with a smoking, leaking car, dead in Oxmoor Malls parking lot. I immediately called the shop. Was told they would look at it but I would have to pay to tow it back to them...even though this is covered work under their "garauntee" and warranty given for the motor work. I paid $400 to tow it back to them. Upon inspection, they found that the water pump had not been installed and secured back to the frame after the motor install and this led to it breaking in the journey to Louisville. I have called these people multiple times I've spoken with multiple people. I have received pushback on everything except for giving them money. They did not stand behind their warranty and they did not fix the car. I am now having to buy a new car because not only is the engine light still on, but the car still does not run, months later. I highly discourage anyone from taking a vehicle to these people to have any work done they will steal your money and leave you with the remnants. I am sure they're gonna have plenty to say about this. If you have questions message me I have Receipts text messages and phone calls. Do not give these people your money.
