The location at 935 Lovers lane Bowling Green KY likes to bait and switch. I took my vehicle in…read moreMarch 2015 for squealing. They told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. 2 weeks later I heard grinding. They then told me I had to have new brakes AND rotors. I was out of town and had little recourse but to tell them to go ahead. May 2017 my brakes start grinding all of a sudden. I took it back to them since they did the initial work. Was told I needed new brakes AND rotors. $300. I reminded them that all of that was done 2 years ago. They said they could warranty the brakes but not the rotors. I questioned if the brakes had not failed if the rotors would not be ok. Also how did both brake pads fail at the same time to ruin both rotors. They then said the rotors COULD be salvaged but their lathe was broken. Hours later they called me back to inform they replaced my brakes under warranty and my rotors as a courtesy because the lathe was broke. I owed $70 for labor. I NEVER authorized the repair but I agreed that was fair after the fact. My wife went to pick up the vehicle. The ticket says I owe labor only. The guy at the register questions why only labor and involves the manager. She added the rotors back to the bill which made it go from $70 to $190. The manager Heather then informs me over the phone that vehicle would not be released until the $190 was paid or she could put all my damaged parts back on and charge me the $70 in labor. I told her that Jimmy told me that I would only be charged labor and said she didn't care and those were my only options. $190 to have my fixed vehicle or $70 for my broken vehicle even though I never authorized the work. Spoke to the president of the company Dennis Bull at the Glasgow store but he supported the outcome.
