They left the lug nuts loose on my tire a block away thr tire wonbledthe lug nuts went in street very dangerous I will not trust them again I took a rental car there and they said nail went through the sidewalk and just replaced the tire . Took our truck in to have a tire checked because we suspected we had picked up a screw or nail. Was told the nail was in the sidewall and unable to repair and told us we would have to buy a new tire. We paid the $26 for the consult & decided to get a second opinion at another business in town. Big O personnel lied about the nail. It was not in the sidewall. It was in the tread and we were able to get it repaired. Went BACK to Big O and confronted their personnel about the lie and got a refund. We're local to Glasgow and older... smarter and wiser... and honest. Don't do business with dishonest businesses. read more

My car was knocking after tire service here, and got very poor gas mileage. I took it back to Big O and they said it's my car and I should just sell it and get a new one because my car model is known to do that. I took my car to another tire shop a couple days later, and they said the alignment was dangerously out of whack, and that any base level technician could see what they had done wrong. The other shop fixed the problem and it drive like a new car from then on. Never take a car here. They are reckless and deceitful. read more

My wife and I were traveling for the holidays and had a lot of driving to do. We noticed the air in one tire was low at the start of our trip, so we aired it up and went on. 2 days later it was low again, we were in Glasgow, KY visiting my mother so we were about 300 miles from home. We looked for a shop with in-stock tires because we had to have it done quickly as we needed to get back home for work the next day. We walked in to Big-O tire and received fantastic personal customer service with the lady at the front desk, we were given a couple options as far as brands and sizes to fit our budget. We made our selection of a larger tire and decided to proceed. They began working on our vehicle and got a tire on and realized that our selection wasn't going to work flawlessly and informed us we could potentially see some rubbing at full turn. The General Manager, Brent, was walking past the vehicle and said, "no, we can't do that" proceeded to ask his employees what size we were looking for. They informed him that they did not have a set of 4 tires in the size we needed and were trying a size above. He then went on to make sure we were fitted with a perfect tire and really made our trip easier. I cannot express to you how this trip to this particular tire shop relieved us from a lot of added stress. I will always return here and recommend it to friends, family, and everyone else I meet. read more

I was traveling and had time. I stopped. They quoted me 35 for the services. I pulled out the cash and they declined saying they took payment after services performed. I said I'd prefer to pay upfront and leave when done. Again, they declined saying I'd pay afterwards. When done with no additional services performed, they said the bill is 45. read more

Went in for an oil change. I had a coupon for $49.99 which included an oil change and tire rotation. I talked with the Manager about topping off all my fluids because I had just purchased the car the night before. He said they would, that it was part of it. I watched the service the whole time from the waiting area. I hadn't seen anyone checking the fluids or rotating the tires. The Manager walked through and I reminded him about topping off the fluids. He said he would do his inspection. When I was told they were finished, I showed the coupon and was charged $58.27. Before we left I wanted to check and see if the fluids were checked. The manager came out and asked what I was doing. I said I wanted to see if the fluids were topped off. He pointed at the windshield fluid and said you can see it' full. So we left. This morning when we got ready to leave the house, we started the car and the power steering was screeming! Had to take the car to a man I know to see what was wrong. The power steering reservoir was empty! The winshield washer tank had been filled with water, not washer fluid! The tires were not rotated (I watched the entire service. Never saw a tire removed!) The brake fluid was low and the antifreeze/water was low!!! I had to pay someone else on top of being overcharged by Big O to do the job that they failed to do. None of the services that they show on the invoice were performed. I don't even know if the oil filter was changed! i am very unhappy with Big O in Glasgow, KY! I used to be a regular there! Now I would not reccomend them to my worst enemy!! read more

If I could give zero I would but not possible on the app. I had an oil change completed months back and this store stripped the oil pan threads. The next oil change was completed at Toyota Bowling Green when it was discovered what had happened. They could not get the bolt back in because of the stripped oil pan. I had to leave my car at Toyota because the oil was drained and they did not have an oil pan in stock. Toyota Bowling Green gave me a loaner to take home and had it fixed the next day. I went to Big O the same day I got my car back and gave them the bill. I was told the district manager Dustin Welch would get back to me in a couple of days. He never called. I was out of town on a business trip for two weeks and no one ever called. When I got back in town, I went to Big O again was told they are going to call. They never called. I went a total of 5 or 6 times and no one ever called. Finally, I went one day when Dustin Welch was there and he informed me I have no proof they damaged the oil pan so they were not going to pay. Now I'm out $500+ for incompetence and poor management. Buyer beware. Big O Glasgow does not take responsibility for their mistakes. TWICE IN A ROW. What was supposed had been a 1 day job ended up being a 4 day job with NO COMMUNICATION!! Will NEVER take a vehicle back there again!!!!!!!!!!! read more
