They need to stick to oil changes because they clearly can't even properly balance a wheels and tire. Took a set of wheels and tires in to be mounted and balanced on the recommendation of a friend. They mounted them and then tried to balance them. They kept trying to balance on the back side of the wheel only. I told them that with this big tires that they should balance on both sides. They told me they do not do that. After several failed attempts to balance and 13 oz on one side. I told them again to balance on both sides. So they finally set the machine to balance on both sides but could not get it to balance that way either. That is because after changing the machine they should have removed all the weights from the wheel and started over. They didn't so naturally it wouldn't zero out. They finally told me the tires I had were too old and could not be balanced. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. So I told them to just charge me for mounting them and I would go. They charged 72.00 for this!! That is robbery for what they did. I was charged for their stupidity and they wouldn't even give me a receipt. Left there and went straight to Big O and they balanced them with no trouble at all.
