Most of the time I take my car to the Dealer to eliminate risk of potential complications due to being unfamiliar with Subaru hardware, and without a Subaru dealer in Bowling Green, I was a little worried about finding a good spot to get the work done. The guys who performed the work on my car quelled all of those fears very quickly. The main technician was excited to see the car in the shop, and we had a good discussion about affordable sporty cars, which always warms the car enthusiast in me. I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes (with one other person in front of me, and only 1 bay open, mind you). It'd be nice if both bays were open at all times, but I understand the logistics of a small town probably don't make this a viable option. All told, great work to the Crossroads team. Don't hesitate to bring your car in for an oil change if you're looking for a good value and quick turnaround!

The good thing about Valvoline Instant Oil change is... it's instant, or nearly so. Just drive up, you may have to wait a few minutes, then they can get the oil change done in 15 min (or in my case, 10). So it was a successful trip because the oil was changed but it ended up being more expensive than the local shop I've been to before. They will try and sell you things (air filter, etc) so just be prepared with your answer. I appreciate the speediness of the place but don't think it was worth me spending an extra $20 for the oil change. I'll probably stick with the local place next time.

Of course, each oil change brought semi-persuasive efforts at up-selling me for marked up engine and cabin filters along with coolant system pressure testing to check for a leak even though no other contributing sequelae presented. They also said I should change out the transmission fluid because they found no history of it having been done. In summary, I use these folks to do a simple task I could do but what I really want is for them to fish and poke around for other potential deficits and concerns. They give a good list that I can work myself. Their price for the 4 engine and cabin filters was around $89. My Amazon price for the 4 filters was $31 and they arrived at my door step tge next day. It took me 25-minutes to change all the filters. This Midas is a great place. Fast and efficient and they have great customer service. When it comes to oil changes just be ready to hear other concerns that may or may not really need immediate attention. But I always want to see their hit list. As they say, caveat emptor.

I couldn't get it out of limp mode and had to voluntarily repo it and buy a different car..they messed up the wiring or sensor or something so bad that the computer couldn't even read the codes...horrible place don't take your car here I regret it so bad...I could have used that money to buy a nice vehicle..
