After retrieving the car and bumper I got home and found that they had ripped the bumper off and broke 2 of the main grommets where it would hold the bumper on.So I bought another bumper. The part it screws into on the lower driver side was missing and several screws. I went to ask them about the screws and the missing piece,I was told they don't know anything about it and the guy I was talking to was VERY RUDE!!!! I would prefer to use more colorful word about him,but, trying be civil.DONT GO TO THEM!!! Also they got a 1500 dollar check from the insurance for tearing my stuff up and losing parts.

I cannot remember for the life of me the friendly gentleman manager (had an accent/experienced car guy) who took care of me but he and the secretary there were both very helpful and wonderful people. They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.

I've been given the run around for almost 2 years...nothing. There's a reason they want the ins payment for repair up front, they're thieves. They kept my vehicle for six months. I had damages on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off(window and doors not properly working and not to mention still didn't fix parking light that was part of the paid damage and repair from ins)IF they did $2000 worth of repair would be a stretch. They issued me a loner car for maybe 2 months (of the 6 that they had my car in their shop) and I had to use 3 AAA services on it. Yes, they were accommodating in that aspect and didn't charge me $500 deductible but NEVER said anything about forfeiting repairs to offset the deductible( apparently my $7000+ was used to repair everybody else's vehicle in shop because I'm a POC? Where's the other $5000?) They drove my vehicle too and even had their names programmed in my Bluetooth list‍. Just do not go here. I'm not even sure that they are ASE certified.I've tried multiple times to get my vehicle fixed. Multiple times "something came up" and they couldn't keep the appointment. I even took off work a couple times and they still found a way to not be there(roof repair because of storm?) At one point Chris told me I had a toll bill that needed to be paid first. I said fine, send me an itemized bill and I'll pay it just so I can get my car fixed(at this point I'm convinced they're crooks or druggies‍)Nothing!!! I've requested itemized bill of actual repairs and supplies done!! Nothing!!!!Maybe now they will answer and unblock/accept my phone calls.

Hoped to get an estimate on price and timeframe that we would need to leave it with them. To our surprise three employees immediately showed us attention. One gentleman came out carrying a fancy buffer and some product. He buffed out the bad spot almost completely within about 10 minutes. When we asked what we owed him they told us NOTHING! Whaaat??? We gave him a tip. Just want to share our positive experience. We will make the 1hr drive back to Crossville just when we need a body shop. They are awesome!
