Tried & True Auto is exceptional in every way possible…read more I discovered this business after asking my coworkers where they like to take their cars on the area. One of my bosses told me that's where we take all the company cars and that is where she takes her personal vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil change and because it did this weird jumpy thing once when I was accelerating on the highway. They did an oil change and a lot of diagnostics and couldn't find a reason for the potential misfire that caused the jumpiness. I felt like they were very fair and transparent when they discussed what they'd done and what they were charging me for the oil change and the diagnostics. Fast forward a few months to today, when I just dropped my car there again. Anytime I go in to drop my car, I feel like I'm walking in to see family. Sounds crazy, right? Because I've really only been there twice? But trust me, they are just really really good people in their hearts. I explained that I need another oil change and the jumpiness has happened again, so I asked them to take a look. I feel that they fully understood what I was asking for and are more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car is functioning correctly for a good price. My uncle who is a mechanic, but is now disabled , and 2 of my male coworkers have all told me that not only did they not fix my vehicle, but that they definitely ripped me off.
