I took my car in for oil change look at guides and top them off --the sheet indicated "declined"…read moreand she questioned they responded they can't break seals on foreign cards (I have 2015 Honda Fit) I file a complaint with customer service. When they called the shop, the staff hung up on them then refused to answer when customer service identified that they were following up on a complaint. Customer service issued a $25 voucher but it was only good for auto center--I refused to deal with their incompetent center, so I declined. I will never use this service again!

They…read morehad me come in to help them and after 5 minutes it was me by myself in THEIR shop trying to fix their screw up. I left with a free oil change but my dipstick and tube in my front seat. They said sorry can't fix it and moved on to the next one. Just writing this review to but out the notice not to go here. They guy didn't even know where he had pulled the dipstick from.
